John (10/5): Stunning beach hotel ! - A really stunning hotel, right on a beach, I would definitely go back for a long stay, sadly I was on there for 1 night. It was worth more than the £125 I paid. It a 15 min drive to Dubrovnic and I dont think there is much in the location in terms of shops & Restaurants, but the hotel has everything! I was only there for 1 night, so I didn't venture out. I eat in the Pizza restaurant on the Terrace which was excellent. My room was a amazing, with a huge bed! Nothing, they even parked my car.

Hayter (10/5): Perfect hotel for an amazing getaway - Such an amazing location beautiful views and walks around the hotel, outside the city enough that it was quiet but only a short bus ride to old town. It was clean and comfortable with lots of food options around it. The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful with anything needed. Would happily stay again. Not a single thing I could think to change

Bus service to old town was close by and easy. Although early May the pools seemed to be drained on our stay. The rooftop for adults only was open and a smaller lap pool.

Staff of the hotel was very friendly and ready to assist on all matters. Our view was to the back street and I missed a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea.

Nice complimentary drink on arrival Sadly this is where it fell apart for us, the standard of food was not good, we opted for the Half board option , breakfast was very limited, ok if you like cheese, there was no good choice of cereals , fruit was a tin of fruit cocktail opened and put in a bowl..... sliced banana with strawberry sauce on , apples, oranges and bananas and a bit of basic melon, not a berry in sight, small croissants that had not been cooked long enough so very stuck together and greasy . We did however hear someone ordered poached eggs on our 2nd to last day and they were good but for a supposedly 5 star hotel, overall way below par. Dinner was buffet and basic , 2 nights I ended up with just soup, no main course and the dessert selection barely changed 3cm square pieces of cake, Panacotta that was not set and like a custard, cookies or again apple, Orange, banana , at a cost of 45€ each a night it was not worth it at all.

Schody, zero pojazdów od strony panoramy. Monotonne śniadania, kolacje tylko dla dorosłych, dla dzieci trzeba prosić o mleko, wszystko już zamknięte. Ciepłe napoje do kolacji dodatkowo płatne co przy tej cenie za pobyt z wyżywieniem jest przesada. Na 5 gwiazdek plamy na dywanie i dziurawe krzesła to trochę przesada.
steven (10/5): Prachtige locatie, mooie kamers. - Het hotel is prachtig gelegen vlakbij Lapad. Mooie omgeving en faciliteiten zeer netjes. Het ontbijt vond ik niet zo verfijnd. Door de goede reviews had ik er meer van verwacht. De skybar is maar open tot 18u terwijl daar het mooiste zicht op de zonsondergang is.

En de wellness en de gym Jammer dat er nog zwembaden dicht waren, en voor het hotel is er flink tegen de auto aan gereden, helaas geen bericht van de bestuurder. Maar dat laatste staat los van het hotel. Alleen misschien waarschuwen dat mensen niet voor het hotel moeten parkeren

We had an amazing bedroom, living room and 2 full bathrooms!! And huge terrace looking over the sea!!! Parking may be tight in the peak of the season.

Petra (7/5): Odlicna lokacija, preporucam uzeti sobu sa pogledom na more. - Lokacija objekta je fenomenalna. Konobari u kaficima i osoblje u spa su bili vrlo dragi i susretljivi. Hrana za dorucak je bila dobra, vecera takoder ukusna al ne sa prevelikim izborom. Objekat ima 5 zvjezdica ali ne ostavlja takav dojam. Grijanje u sobi je bilo nemoguce za dobiti, takoder nije bilo moguce posuditi cetku za kosu na recepciji te kartica nam jedan dan prilikom ulaska u sobu nije radila iako je to bilo brzo rjeseno. Spa centar je mali.

Adeel Asghar (10/5): - I loved the view from my room, the hotel offers eveything from spa to indoor, outdoor , rooftop pools. Various options of restaurants ,walking and jogging paths. Every inch of the hotel is so thoughtfully made for the comfort of their guests and special for social media influencers. In some of the restaurants it felt like the food quality is not upto the level as their other facilities.

ejohnson333 (4/5): Not for a family, not worth the price of admission - Royal Palm Stay The hotel is beautiful but lacks luster to say the least. We arrived with a packaged holiday around 1:30 PM, unable to check in. The hotel itself has only one common area. We were offered a beverage while we wait, but 1.5 hours doesn't go by very quickly when there is no form of entertainment anywhere in the hotel. No pool tables, tvs, or reading nooks. We were then checked into a two king connecting rooms, no living/common space. A room the staff thought would be more accommodating vice the one I paid for. The receptionist was mindful of enough to show us the actual room type we paid for, a suite with a common space and mini kitchen. We moved rooms. Traveling to with a toddler and teen, we know that we need a common space for eating and playing games. After settling into the room we noticed some amenities were missing. The room has a stove and microwave. There were no basic kitchen appliances and the microwave had to be physically moved for single use. This hotel is not all inclusive, we needed to be able to use the stove due to early morning excursions. No pots, pans, utensils, salt or pepper. When we called for a pan, a pot was delivered, still no utensils. The fridge did have a mini bar and the amenities in the bathroom were very nice. The bathroom door in the main room sounded as it would come off of the hinges every time it opened. When we checked in the pillows on the king bed were encased in beautiful gold and embroidered pillowcases. The next day when the room was serviced we received traditional white linen pillowcases. Not a big deal, but it took away from the “luxury” feel. The room was likely not ready for guests. The king bed was positioned in front of another king bed post. In addition to nails being in the wall where there were maybe once paintings. The outdoor pools were not only closed but unserviced. They were destitute and smelly, no water only dirt for viewing. The hotel is a part of a larger chain on the same strip, there was no mention of those areas and or bars/restaurants for enjoyment. Day after day our housekeeper missed key items even after stopping her in the hallway to tell her our specific needs. Almost every day day, a single roll of tissue in the bathroom for 4 people, no glasses, no coffee, and less than 4 towels. There was also no iron and ironing board in the room. The only operating pool in the Palm was out of towels and the pool although advertised as warm, was room temperature. Upon check out were given a €400 bill for the mini bar. We used every inch of that room and there was no mini bar price list anywhere visible. It should have been in or on the fridge. There were multiple markets within blocks where we were able to purchase wine and food. There is no way I would have rightfully drank/ate €400 worth of mini fridge items when I could have spent €100 at the market for the entire week. The receptionist called the manager and this went unresolved. We visited the Valamar while there. That is truly a luxury hotel and if given the choice, that is where I would stay. Not worth the money.
Em0785 (6/5): Not a 5*. Average breakfast & service - Breakfast very disappointing. Food not replenished quickly so lots of waiting around. If you order an omlette it comes about 45mins later or not at all. Not good at clearing plates. Room was large and excellent for a family however the family offering in general doesn't exist. No entertainment, playground or kids facilities. This was ok for us but if thats what you want don't stay here. Valamar collection next door is 5* - look, feel, facilities. This is more a 4*. Not a premium feel just a solid hotel.

Sve je ustrojeno na zavidnoj razini. Preporuka svima koji dolaze u Dubrovnik ☺️ Nemam primjedbe na hotel jer zaslužuje samo pozitivne recenzije.

Patrik (10/5): Predivan hotel, s divnim osobljem! Ako volite mir, predivan pogled na otvoreno more, ovo je pravo mjesto za Vas! Uz hote - Predivan apartman od 55m2, pogled na more iz apartmana je nesto posebno. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno! Za hotel od 5 zvjezdica soba bi morala skroz čista. Na nekim površinama su se vidjeli tragovi brisanja, i pošto je na podu tepih, trebalo bi svakodnevno usisati. Ali to su stvarno bile sitnice! :)

Spa veoma ne organiziran, nema nikoga na recepciji(potrebni rucnici). Oko bazena i ispred sauna puno vode(nitko ne brise podove/sklisko). Dorucak jako skroman. Nema mjesta u restoranu za sjesti. Mora se cekati na stol. Za veceru treba hodati 5 min dalje do restorana, sto nam se nije svidjalo.
