• Mirela (10/5): Un dans vibrant între două continente, o explozie de arome, istorie si cultura orientala. - Micul dejun a fost destul de variat astfel incat sa nu mananci acelasi lucru in fiecare zi-o gama larga de branzeturi, 2-3 feluri de mezeluri, oua, legume si verdeturi pentru salate, fructe proaspete(pepene rosu si galben), capsune, mere, caise si multe, multe produse dulci si apetisante. Privelistea de la etajul 5 este uimitoare, nu-ti mai vine sa pleci: acoperisurile caselor, pescarusii, feriboturile care pleaca sau acosteaza cu o precizie si maiestrie demna de invidiat. Locatia este pe o strada linistita, curata si cu multe pisicute. Portul si capatul multor linii de autobuze se afla la cateva minute distanta. Practic ai acces in toate directiile la orice ora. Hotelul este curat, modest utilat dar cu tot ce este necesar, functional si confortabil. Zilnic se face curatenie si se aranjeaza paturile. Nu sunt mirosuri neplacute, totul este proaspat. In spatele zonei de lobby se afla o mica gradina/terasa ce poate fi folosita si ca loc de fumat si de mangaiat pisici... Nimic de mentionat.

• Shane Falvey (8/5): A very Solid 3 Star hotel in my opinion. With Lovely Breakfast and View. Really good Value for Money - I really love the Breakfast in the morning and the view is incredible. I actually spent 5 hrs doing my expenses, self assessment in the lobby. Listening to headphones and twice without asking a guy dropped down Turkish Tea for me for free. The Bedroom was great. Lovely and Clean. Staff really nice. Location is excellent 4 minute walk and by the water. Also which is massive bonus There is more noise cancellation to block out Call to prayer Bed was very comfortable. Not that I didnt like but, it would have been great if they did dinner in the same restaurant as Breakfast. Great View.

Достаточно удобная кровать, работающий ТВ, есть сейф. Горячая вода есть, а также включали отопление, когда на улице было холодно. Завтрак однообразный, может за 5 дней надоесть, но есть фрукты, а вид на завтраке, конечно, очень шикарный 10 из 10. И котик рыжий у входа очень милый, берите вкусняшки, чтобы его покормить. Сначала была беда с интернетом, приходилось переключаться между сетями, потом стабилизировался. БОльшую часть холодильника занимала платная вода, соки и прочее. Да, кстати, бесплатной воды в номере не предусмотрено. Еще в номере была дополнительная кровать, которой не было при бронировании номера, но в принципе, она не мешала. Звукоизоляция не очень, но соседи были не шумными.

• Sertac Atilla (10/5): Unser Aufenthalt im Sidonya Hotel war rundum gelungen – dank der herzlichen Atmosphäre, der tollen Lage und des aufmerks - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Sidonya Hotel sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die herzliche Atmosphäre und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – zentral und dennoch angenehm ruhig, sodass man sowohl die lebendige Seite der Stadt als auch entspannte Momente genießen kann. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals – egal ob Fragen, Empfehlungen oder kleine Wünsche, es wurde sich immer Zeit genommen und mit einem Lächeln geholfen. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr herzlich, unsere Kinder liebten sie und sie gaben uns tolle Insider Tipps für Aktivitäten mit Kindern in Istanbul. Für uns war es nicht einfach nur ein Aufenthalt, sondern ein Ort, an dem man sich wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Sidonya Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.
• Skalicky (8/5): - Výborná snídaně. Lokalita super , blízko přístavu ze kterého jsme pluli na "Bospor tour". Nádhera. Při odjezdu mi paní na recepci rozmluvila mojí objednávku BiTaksi , že zavolá přítele. Po oznámení ceny 1700.-TL jsem souhlasil ,ale dotyčný řidič si ode mne vyžádal 1900.-TL.

And the area is great for exploring the shops, discovering restaurants, and everything at a much better price than on the European side. The view from the hotel restaurant is magnificent, and the food is spectacular. The accommodations are very cozy with a family atmosphere. The staff are very kind and attentive, always giving good advice and making you feel at home. I will definitely return many more times. Everything was perfect

• Aysun (10/5): Immer wieder schön! - Ich komme schon seit Jahren ins Sidonya und es ist immer wieder schön zusehen wie gepflegt und familiär alles ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und der Ausblick auf den Bosporus sehr schön. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl hier und freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.

Attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable Buffet breakfast. Hotel ony 15 minutes walk to Kadikoy Metro and docks where Istanbul pass proved very useful and value for money. Recomend using the boats but all public transport was excellent. Enough bars and restaurants in Kadikoy to suit all tastes.

• Mevhibe (9/5): Top Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Das war bisher das beste Preis-Leistungs-Hotel, in dem ich in Istanbul übernachtet habe. Wunderschöne Aussicht, leckeres Frühstück und saubere Zimmer – wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super: in Kadıköy, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, auch Metro- und Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung. Besonders die Dame im Restaurantbereich war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. nsgesamt waren wir wirklich zufrieden. Einziger Minuspunkt: Ich habe zwei kleine Haare im Bett gefunden, was nicht sehr angenehm war, und das Personal an der Rezeption hätte etwas freundlicher sein können

• Poupie573250 (10/5): - Un hôtel parfait ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. J'avais demandé une chambre avec vue sur la mer et on me l'a donnée, merci beaucoup ! La rue est calme. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux.
• Mihail (8/5): It was nice, but some small improvements will do perfectly. - The location was great, the view from my window which partially included the sea was beautiful. The staff was pleasant, and even though some of them require some English improvements, they were always interested of helping the tourist. 1. The internet was awfuf! Sometimes the signal was week, rarely a bit strong and sometimes it was gone totally. 2. I’m aware that for New Year’s Eve the prices on hotels were expensive, but giving the fact of paying 78EUR for a small single room,if there was a teapot in the room - couple of teabags, coffee and sugar would’ve been appreciated as on most of 3* hotels.

• Eva (7/5): - Ήταν κοντά στις συγκοινωνίες και είχε πολύ καλή θερμανση Το δωμάτιο ήταν κάπως μικρο όπως και το μονο κρεββάτι οι πετσέτες όπως και τα σεντόνια ΔΕΝ αλλάζοντας αν δεν το ζητούσες ,τα σεντόνια δε νομίζω να αλλάχτηκαν στις πέντε μέρες που μείναμε και το πρωί ο ΔΕΝ ήταν τόσο πλούσιο όσο διαβάσαμε..και όπως είναι ένα τουρκικό τυπικό πρωινό.. Βέβαια για τα τρία αστέρια του ,το ξενοδοχείο είχε ένα πρωινό πιο πλούσιο από αυτά,θεωρω

• Maxime (8/5): - Chouette hôtel, personnel professionnel. Chambre assez grande, bien équipée et très propre. Matelas confortable, douche agréable. Quartier top et animé, côté asiatique, proche des transports et des ferries. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le petit dej dans une belle salle avc vu sur le Bosphore et l'embarcadère est un vrai plus. Le wifi est une catastrophe et le petit dej manque un peu de variété pr un séjour long.

• nilou (7/5): Almost Worth the Price, Just Needs a Few Fixes - Location Towels were not sealed/packaged, which would give more confidence about cleanliness. No disposable toothbrush was provided. Some breakfast items were cold and seemed like they were from the previous day, not very fresh.
• Supreeth (10/5): Great place to stay. - Great location, a short walk from the bus, ferry, and metro stations, as well as from the Kadikoy market area full of restaurants and shops. The hotel is well maintained and serves a great breakfast with a fabulous view of the bay from the dining hall. Rooms are good and comfortable. Would certainly recommend. A pretty steep climb up to the hotel, but the view from the dining hall makes up for it.
• Pavel (7/5): - Хорошее расположение - буквально в 5 минутах ходьбы от пристани Кадыкёй и остановки шаттла в Новый аэропорт Стамбула. Обильные завтраки типа "шведский стол" на террасе с потрясающим видом на Босфор. Наверное, это самое главное достоинство этого отеля. Наш номер тоже был на верхнем этаже с частичным видом на Босфор, но поскольку мы приехали ночью, а уезжали утром, насладиться им в полной мере не смогли Номера довольно старые и тёмные. Кровать неудобная. Найти отель не так просто: проложенный Гуглом маршрут от метро Айрылык Чешмеси вёл мимо запутанных развязок и каких-то трущоб, часть маршрута проходит через крутой подъём вверх, тащить чемоданы было очень непросто. Найти отель нам помог местный житель, без него мы, наверное, долго бы плутали в темноте. Цену за номер я считаю завышенной: за те же деньги и даже дешевле мы жили в европейской части в более новых и комфортных отелях. Рекомендую максимум на одну ночь и при отсутствии других, более удобных вариантов.

• Marcus (9/5): Great location, friendly, comfortable - Great location in a quiet street halfway between the hipster neighbourhood uphill and the bus station, ferry terminals and cheap eats down at the port. The staff were always very helpful. There are great views from the rooms on the top floor where they also have the dining area. It's recommended to check in as early as possible (12pm sharp) to boost your chances of getting a room with a sea view. It would have been great if they could have stocked some bottled beer and kept it really cold! During our stay they only had smaller cans that were not very cold.
• Oleksandra (1/5): The Most Disappointing Hotel Experience in Turkey - This hotel claims to offer a high level of comfort and service, yet my stay there was the most disappointing I have ever had in Turkey. • From the very beginning, the staff created an unpleasant impression: cold, unfriendly, and often ignoring basic greetings. • The noise level was unbearable. The elevator could be heard across the building, and every morning the cleaning team turned corridors into a chaos of loud music and shouting into walkie-talkies, even outside rooms marked “Do Not Disturb.” When asked to keep it down, they reacted rudely. • Both of our rooms had plumbing issues. The shower drains were clogged, toilets did not flush properly, and the showers were defective. In one room, the cracked hose sprayed water everywhere except the showerhead. In the other, the hand shower was unusable, and the staff simply told us to “use the ceiling shower” instead of fixing it. • The rooms also lacked basic practicality — there were far too few power outlets for even the most essential devices. • At checkout, although we had paid 4–5 thousand lira per room, the staff wasted time counting if we had consumed a tiny water bottle or a cola, delaying us by ten minutes when we were already in a rush. The greatest disappointment, however, was breakfast, which cost an incredible 700 lira but was nearly impossible to eat: – The menemen looked diluted, as if ten portions had been made from a single egg. – Boreks consisted of burnt scraps, while the edible pieces seemed to have been kept aside. – Many items were spoiled: butter was rancid, yogurt sour, and sausage so bad it nearly caused food poisoning. – Even the simplest staples like simit were often missing. It is unacceptable to charge such prices for food and serve guests burnt leftovers and spoiled products. When we showed staff the sausage with its strong smell, they neither apologized nor showed surprise — it was obvious they already knew.

The staff are extremely unfriendly; most do not even respond to a greeting. The soundproofing is terrible — you can clearly hear the elevator operating at the other end of the building. Housekeeping staff think it is normal to start cleaning in the morning, turning on loud music or shouting into walkie-talkies right next to rooms with “Do Not Disturb” signs. When asked to be quieter, they rudely shushed us. We rented two rooms, and in both the shower drains were not working properly, the toilet tank did not always flush, and the showers were broken. In one room, the shower hose was full of cracks, so most of the water leaked out of them instead of the shower head. In the other room, the switch to the hand shower was broken, so only the ceiling shower worked. When we asked the staff to repair it, they just gestured to “use the ceiling shower.” Very few electrical outlets in the rooms. Upon check-out, despite paying 4–5 thousand lira per room, the staff ran around counting whether we had drunk a 0.3 water bottle or a cola without telling them, wasting 10 minutes while we were in a hurry. Acess by car is easy There are shops to cater for all needs food, clothes and eating. Will stay her again. They did not have a toaster in the breakfast area and these had to be requested and charged for. There is no iron provided in the rooms. An ironing service is available at a cost. For those with physical disabilities, the location requires walking up a steep road but it is accessible by taxi.

• SAIDKAMOL (4/5): Угрюмый персонал - Завтраки хорошие, на этом все Персонал малоразгворчив, лица недовольные постоянно. При заселении попросил заменить сломанный бочок, сказали ок. Придя вечером обнаружил что не поменяли. Пришлось просить другого человека 2 раз, поменяли соседнего номера. Точно больше не буду бронировать этот отель еще раз.
