A lot of good local food shops and stores. Bus stops are also around the corner. I didn't try the buses but definitely convenient for going out by buses. Nothing

- Matthew (4/5): Great location, very mediocre hotel - Great location. Very friendly staff. Dirty bathroom. Shower had hair in it from previous guests. Dirty bathroom. They charge $7.00 USD for a small cup of coffee
- Yana (7/5): - Relatively nice view from our room. Quiet, easy to walk to old city. There is a shuttle to ferry port. It wasn’t possible to open the windows and at the same time the room had a bit of a stale smell. Wifi worked only next to the door.

- Andrew (10/5): A comfortable and viable option to the ubiquitous casinos of Macau - Great location with most amenities within 500 to 750 m walk with super tunnels underneath the hills to get you easily around!
The bedroom was comfortable clean and tidy .
- Zheldybayev (10/5): Отлично - Понравилось всё расположение отличное Всё хорошо отлично
- Nancy (8/5): Very good - Beautiful view from the terrace. Good size rooms. Very clean.
- Mahesh (8/5): A place for tranquility.... - Calm and quiet location. Terrace garden is best place for sit outside and enjoy surrounding with refreshing drink of your own. Staff was helpful especially the enthusiastic young security guy.hyfienic and clean place.heir own night club at basement. Smaller rooms, communication difficulties, very limited breakfast option, far away for even other restaurants, shops, let alone sight seeing.
- Kevin (5/5): Passable -
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Lígia (7/5): Simple and cool. - The bread an orange Juice, wonderful. The best cofee we managed to have. Nice view. Very clean. The heater function of the air conditioner was off, but they Gave me a portable heater.
- Annie (8/5): Everything was great including the restaurant but the smoke smell really affected the stay overall - Everything was great. The food of the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommemd the food there. The only and biggest drawback is the smoke smell from the air con. No matter how the smoke smell stayed in the room and stuck to our luggage and clothes for days.
Not recommended to anyone that has breathing related conditiones as one of our company has allergies and was affected during the stay.
- Rise (8/5): Very good - The food in their restaurant is superb! We kept on coming back. I give it a 5 ⭐️ rating. 👌🏼
We are very lucky to have Ruby, our waitress when we dined at their restaurant, who can communicate with the Filipino and English language very well, and also she gave us tips on how to commute, find our way around, and the things that we can do in Macau during our short stay. 😊
- Meline (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liliane (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shicun (8/5): A little pearl - The doorman from Portugal is very kind and helpful. There is walking distance to the main tourist attractions, but bus transportation is also convinent. Free bus service to Macau Outer Harbour Terminal. Beautiful view at the roof top. Safe in room impossible to use at first, be fixed later, but failed again.
- Merims (8/5): Very good -
- Lilian (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kolayut (9/5): Superb -
- Zendi (5/5): Nothing impressive - •Close to the some of main tourist attraction of Macau
•Quite spacious room •Front office staff are somewhat unfriendly
•Probably just a coincidence, but the room I stayed at smells like old warehouse
•No shuttle bus from HKBCF (港珠澳大橋澳門口岸)
Important message for those who'll be staying at this hotel: keep the slip of immigration clearance paper you get upon clearing the immigration of Macau at the entry point, since it'll be required for check-in.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Bed were comfy, room was nice, good size. 10min walking distance to casinos, there is shuttle service that can take you but runs until 1800. Doorman was very helpful and friendly
- Borislav (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Vivian (9/5): Excellent. - Accessible even by walking to the places I’ve been.Tidiness of the place comes first to me and Check✅.Wifi connection is strong 💪.A comfortable place to rest after a long day of painting the town red. None so far I am so happy 😁.
Just a suggestion since Macau is a tourist destination People who interacts with clients/customer should know the International English language 🙏❤️
- Chingyen (10/5): Exceptional - reasonably priced, close to the lighthouse and bus stops, free day-time shuttle service to certain transportation hubs, helpful and accommodating staff, especially the friendly security/doorman, night view from the rooftop terrace garden no big issues if every guest just behaves and respects others
- Laurent (8/5): Great hotel for a solo or couple's short stay in historic Macau - Great location close to the historic centre and Guia Hill Fortress. Very friendly front desk staff that spoke good English.
- Ivan (2/5): Very poor - wi fi not bad It's smoke Hotel!!!Smell of tobacco everywhere!!!Its terrible!!!
If you don't smoke -never stay in this place!
- Ryan (7/5): Good -
- Evelin (8/5): The Chinese world with a touch of Portuguese influence - European style, clean, lots of eateries around. The hotel is at the foot of the Guia hill. We arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m. The taxi from HZMB (Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge) to Guia Hotel at night costs 100 MOP (or HKD) for 2 people with 2 large luggage. The road leading to the hotel was in the slope, hard to climb. It was a nightclub on the ground floor at another entrance guarded by several bouncers. Far from city center.
- Miriam (8/5): Very good -
- Rey (9/5): Superb -
- Christopher (7/5): Good -
- Lightness (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandyc2018 (8/5): Good for short break - Appreciated upgrading to better room with nice views. Easy to get around. Many channels for TV. Could not adjust the air-conditioning by myself.
- Paula (10/5): Great memoeable stay - Cleanliness and accommodating staff Shower slightly defective
- Ella (10/5): - Property newer and pleasant condition
- Oleksiy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariana (9/5): Great :) - It's not in the center but location is still good! Best bed I've ever slept in! Room was big enough and they even upgraded us to a room with view!
- Albertmateo_ (8/5): Everything else is great! - I like the cleanliness and view from my room Hotel could have reminded me about my checkout time
- Mien (8/5): Very good -
- Ernest (9/5): Enjoy our stay in Macau - We went to Macau for a short stay during weekend once every few months. We stayed in Hotel Guia most of the time because it is in the centre of the city and close to many good restaurants and tourist spots. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful. The Chinese restaurant in the lobby is very good. We enjoyed Dim Sum breakfast during each stay. We had to go uphill for a while. Not very convenient especially is was raining heavily.
- Santosh (8/5): Ok ok - Shuttle services, cleanliness, Rooms are very small, no place even to keep luggage. Only Chinese restaurant
- Jie (10/5): Good - Very good experience.
- Kenneth (8/5): Very good - Nice place. The air conditioning was not working. The room was with heavy cigarette smiley even though it was non-smoking room.
- Ma (8/5): Very good -
- Ekeisha (8/5): Great gem in Macau - The beds are comfy, all essentials provided in the room. The room size is adequate and thr staff are friendly and attentive. The room is not sound proof I could hear the cleaners as well as the other guests next door. Also the television doesn't enable connection to the phone. A little dusty at parts in the room.
- Rana (8/5): Very good - Location was a little off the main street however there was an hourly shuttle from the hotel to take you to the main town square. It would have ben great if there was pick back from town square as well. The location of the hotel and also the room sizes were quite small. Slightly bigger rooms with more of corridor area would have been great.
Also there were hardly any quality eateries in the near vicinity so to have a more varied menu in room service would have been great.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - close to the ferry terminal. resto and atm on site
- Lorenzo (10/5): Nice hotel and very beautiful and elegant room with a nice view - From a purely aesthetic point of view, the room I stayed in was the most beautiful and elegant hotel room I've ever slept in, plus the view was very nice too. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and sits on a hill, a very short walk from the Guia Fortress which is the highest point in town. The staff are very polite and helpful. If my hotel room had been slightly larger, it would have been the perfect place to stay.
- Hooi (9/5): Superb - There are quite a number of restaurants nearby. Easy access to quite a number of tourist attractions, either by walking or by taking buses from nearby bus stand. Comfortable room and attendants at the hotel counter were friendly and helpful. The roads nearby are quite steep, a bit testing for us.
- Travis (9/5): Superb -
- Elaine (10/5): It was just perfect in every way. - I love the hotel restaurant, we go there for breakfast, lunch or dinner . Love their menu.
The hotel laundry service was the best, highly recommended. There are nothing you can dislike.
- Hideaki (9/5): Good - So clean , kindness staff , cheap , wide room Location is a little bad
- Mee (8/5): Very good -
- Yu (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel is located in the middle of a moutain. There is a good view. But the stay is not comfortable. There is a club in the B1 which is noising in the mid-night. The hotel is in a mountain and that is not friendly for old people who can not walk well. No proper traffic to the hotel except for taxi. The window can not be open or even a gap which make air condition smell not good. The price goes too high during Chinese new year.
- Christian (8/5): Very good -
- Ernest (9/5): Very nice stay in Hotel Guia - When we travel to Macau, we stay in this hotel most trips. It is very close to the city centre with many attractions and good restaurants nearby. The room is not big but is clean. The staff are very helpful. The Chinese restaurant in the ground floor is good for a dim sum breakfast. Need to walk uphill to reach the hotel although it is short.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Tg (8/5): Very good -
- Maikeli (7/5): Good -
- Jian (10/5): Exceptional -
