• Russell (9/5): Best Mid price, hotel in Shibuya - The location was great , close to Shibuya, but not in the middle of the craziness. In room washer dryer/ mid sized fridge/ microwave & hot plate w/ plate ware. The room was well appointed. Great mini mart directly across the street ! There wasn’t much. It’s just our kind of Hotel. The A/C vent blowing directly on the bed not a big deal. Only a suggestion, place some coat hangers in the room.

• Mary Joy (10/5): Great option for Shibuya! - We loved the location of the hotel especially since it was in a local neighborhood and you got a feel for the authenticity of it. There is a convenient local market across the street and restaurants and bars nearby. The room is on the smaller side, but it did the job especially since it was our first leg of our trip. The staff were all incredibly helpful and welcoming. They helped us luggage forward our luggages to Osaka without any hiccups. The free amenities in the lobby were a lifesaver. We definitely appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Tokyo and want a quiet area to stay in but near the hustle and bustle. N/A

• Collins (9/5): Great bang for buck - Good size rooms and the staff were very friendly! We stayed at a tokyu stay in Kyoto that had a drink dispenser, ice dispenser and a free sake. Would be so good if all of tokyu stays had that.

We also loved the fridge (as there wasn’t one in every hotel we stayed in) and we even had a small balcony! Close to the hotel are lots of restaurants which are not as crazy crowded and everything is very vlose in general!

Facilities where new and clean and largely cozy. The breakfast is, well more like a small lobby cafe downstairs. Not much selection and not really cozy or my first choice.

• Mary (8/5): Great stay near Shibuya - This hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Shinsen station and about 15 minutes walk from the larger Shibuya station. Very easy to walk to the main area of Shibuya for shopping & dining, but the hotel's street is a little quieter which is great. Quick walk to a few convenience stores and restaurants as well. Overall very happy with our stay here and would recommend if you're looking to stay close to Shibuya!

Quedaba a 10 mins de Shibuya caminando, cerca de Konbinis y tiendas. Ofrecían amenidades a libre disposición. Amé el secador de pelo. El aseo era limitado, algunos días solo cambiaban toallas o sacaban la basura, nada más.

• Rochelle (8/5): Super location and friendly staff - The location was superb. Close to restaurants and attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious for Japan and very comfortable. One quilt had a red stain when we checked in late night (looked like a blood stain). We informed the reception immediately and they changed it the following morning.
• Kristina (9/5): Great hotel for family stay - Great location. Short walk to Shibuya station yet very quiet at night. Room had everything we needed as a family with a washing machine and basic kitchen. A little on the expensive side.
• Madaline (9/5): Our room for 3 people was large compared to other hotels we stayed in and the location is good. - The room was wonderful for 3 people. Really liked the small kitchenette. There was a hot plate, a microwave and an electric teapot. We were able to have our own breakfast since they do not have a restaurant onsite. The best thing about the hotel was having a grocery store right across from it where we could buy essentials for breakfast. The walk to central Shibuya was a little farther than I had realized. Staff had lots of communication problems because most front desk staff had bare minimum English speaking ability. It appeared they reserved the one English speaking staff to mornings. They were also a bit stingy on their free coffee at the barista bar. There were 3 of us for 3 days and we were given 3 free coffees which seemed a bit lacking. It seems like you should get at least one a day per person not 3 coffees for 3 days for 3 people. As you can tell coffee is important to me especially when you don't have an attached restaurant. Otherwise I would say this is a great place to stay if you don't need breakfast in the hotel. Did not like the auto light by the bathroom as it lit up the entire room in the middle of the night.

• Layne (10/5): Spacious stay pn a quiet street close to everything in Shbuya! - I loved the kitchenette and washing machine in the room—that was super nice to be able to make tea and wash our clothes halfway through the trip! Our room was also very spacious for Tokyo stays (balcony, full bathroom with door not off of bed, kitchenette). Staff was incredibly friendly and the location was on a quiet street close to everything.

Room was an okay size and included in-suite laundry. No coffee in room, no breakfast included and the room was smaller than similar prices in Osaka and Kyoto which also had far greater facilities on offer.

• Catherine (9/5): Loved our stay here and would definitely return - This was our first place in Japan (arrived via cab from Haneda). It has comfortable and spacious family style rooms with bunks with balcony, both bathtub and shower with separate sink area, a market right across from hotel lobby and is on a quiet side street with a variety of restaurants. Also a quick and easy 10min walk to the famous Shibuya crossing, one of the coolest districts in Tokyo as well as the beautiful Yoyogi park (and “pignic”cafe if you have kids).. From hotel we were easily able to be picked up for a private highlights of Tokyo day trip. Everything was comfortable and quiet, handy magnets outside door to indicate service needed. Fridge and kettle. Pajamas as well as many extras included. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Can’t think of much. Maybe balcony was small with limited view but still So nice to have an outdoor space.
• Tiffany (7/5): Good stay, all the basic needs will be met - Bed was comfortable, has all the basic things you need. Though the location seems close to all the main shops, getting back is quite a walk (going uphill/ incline) and if you do a lot of shopping like we did, carrying it all back was a bit of a workout. Something to consider if you’re not a fan of incline walks! Great news if you want to get your steps in though!
