• Kaori (9/5): 干渉されることなく静かに滞在できた - セキュリティ面。まずG階のリフトフォイヤーに行くのに、自動扉がありそこで一旦カードをスワイプしていくので安心感を覚えた。タオルの変更もドア掛けが選べ、自分の滞在スタイルに適していた。冷蔵庫が大きく使いやすい。電子レンジもすごく便利。滞在が長かったのでお部屋の洗濯機も大活躍でした。 壁紙に傷や汚れが多く、到着後の第一印象に影響した。ただ、他は大丈夫。

El hotel esta muy bien situado, con una boca de metro a 2 minutos del hotel y con una gran variedad de sitios para comer/cenar. En las habitaciones hay lavadora/secadora y productos para lavar la ropa. Eso es un lujazo sobretodo si te quedas varios dias en Tokyo. La habitacion es comoda para dos personas. La chambre était particulièrement pratique grâce à l’espace cuisine ainsi qu’à la machine à laver/sèche-linge, un vrai plus pour le confort du séjour. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, à moins de 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro. La taille de la chambre était très correcte pour Tokyo, ce qui est appréciable. Le tout avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

• Alex (9/5): Basically the Perfect Hotel in Tokyo - The location is fantastic. So many things to do around this hotel, and the hotel itself is comfortable and clean. Easy access to Suidobashi Station (both Train and Subway) and FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Tokyo Dome are all super close and convenient. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and has plenty of amenities. The only issue I had was some of the walls and some of the non-bed furniture was a little dirty. It wasn’t disgustingly filthy or anything like that, but it did stick out as basically everything else was very clean. This is also a nitpick, not an actual issue, but I don’t love the carpet in the hotel room. It feels a little uncomfortable on bare feet, though the slippers provided definitely help with that. My only suggestions for this hotel would be to go that extra step and add that attention to detail to ensure the hotel room and it’s furniture is spotlessly clean, and this hotel would otherwise be literally PERFECT.

(7/5): - The stay was ok... cleanliness is very important to me when travelling with children so we were satisfied with the beds and on the surface bathroom I think the general cleanliness needs to improve. Going further from the surface, you can see nothing has been cleaned for a LONG time. Like behind the machines, between them, behind the couch, etc. If you'd compare the room cleanliness in it's completeness with cleanliness around the hotel reception area (including the bathroom everyone shares), it's like you're not in the same hotel. I think a big cleaning exercise would improve the experience immensely.

The best part is compared to every other hotel where the roooms are more spacious. Extra facility that washing machine in the room that easy to wash everything and take it fresh for the next stay. There are many convenience stores and restaurants that are also walking distance. Friendly helpful staff. This hotel is able to hold luggage before check-in. Good air-conditioning in the room, great shower and hair dryer, microwave in the room which is very handy, great free amenities such as skin products available. Free coffee in the reception area was much appreciated! We did not try the breakfast. Thank you - Would happily stay here again. Small room but that's to be expected in Tokyo. We did not have a view from our room either but that's okay, just so that others know. At first we only had one pillow each, when we asked for one more each they didn't have any, but the next day when we asked we got an extra pillow so the first two nights were quite uncomfortable to sleep, but our last two were fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay
