Frederique (6/5): Nous retournerons à Tokyo mais pas dans cet hôtel - Uniquement l’emplacement Chambre exiguë, sur 8 nuits, le ménage n’est effectué qu’une seule fois. Le petit déjeuner proposé n’en n’est pas un : ce sont des machines en libre service et il faut faire réchauffer les aliments dans sa propre chambre minuscule. Nous avons demandé le remboursement des petits déjeuners que nous n’avons jamais pris, les bons ont été remis à la réception mais nous attendons toujours malgré une réclamation à l’hôtel et au service client de booking

Darren (9/5): Compact yet good value room close to transportation and restaurants. - Location was close by many metro/train stations and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. I also really appreciated the free coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby. The room was a bit small, though average for Tokyo. The bed was not very comfortable, although that is personal preference. I thought there were laundry facilities, but these were only in certain rooms. There was a great laundromat nearby though.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when we need to scheduled luggage forwarding service. One of the best services that was unexpected, the hotel offered Free Same-Day Delivery to our room . This was amazing! The directions the hotel provided were very easy to follow. As soon as we got our bags at the airport we went to the Air Luggage counter, dropped our bags, and headed out to explore. By the time we reached the hotel at check-in time, our bags were waiting for us. Super convenient. I would stay here again for just that reason alone. The space was a little tight but it was expected for Tokyo.

Yulia (10/5): Comfortable stay to discover Tokyo - Our stay was magnificent, the hotel is very well located with access to many metro and train stations, while the area is quiet after working hours since it’s a business area. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice. Just to mention, they don’t offer complete room cleaning during consecutive nights stay, only change of towels and trash removal, but they won’t make your bed and clean the room as in other hotels. Also, the bathroom had a bit of smell when entering the room

PEY CHUN (9/5): 周遭有快速道路，但是晚上相當安靜。飯店有提供拋棄式刷牙和盥洗用品，但我習慣自己帶，比較環保。附近步行5分鐘就可以到達當地人氣很旺的小網神社。有多條地鐵通過，從東京車站和上野火車站往返機場算是方便。 - 乾淨、交通方便、雙人房內有自己的洗衣機、微波爐和冰箱，有足夠的桌面和小沙發區可以使用電腦或用餐，如同大家知道的，東京市區房間偏小，但是房內設計精巧，住起來算是相當舒適，若在考慮位置便利性的其他A字母開頭旅館，請務必來這裡體驗看看。早餐是用投幣機的方式，但這點看旅客需要而定，對匆忙的我而言並不是太大的問題。

Bertrand (8/5): Hotel correct et bien placé. - Emplacement pratique proche de la gare centrale de Tokyo (ce qui était notre choix) tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Chambres propres et pratiques. Le petit déjeuner consiste en des soupes de légumes + riz (et quelques viennoiseries) que l'on rapporte dans sa chambre pour les consommer. Chambres très exigües pour y petit déjeuner.

We enjoyed the little breakfast bar which had a selection of things that we could take and reheat in our room. Coffee machine in the foyer that made nice coffee. Nothing.

GOU JUN (9/5): Good! - 2nd time at Tokyu Stay hotels in Tokyo! Consistently offers a good stay, smooth check-in/ check out process. Room was spacious for Tokyo standards (I also love how cleverly the hotel maximises its space!) and amenities were more than adequate (also with excellent refa hair dryer)! The location of this nihonbashi branch felt a little under-lit and quiet at night (granted it was close to midnight), but the area still felt very safe otherwise (no issues at all during the daytime). I got on/off the trains at Kanda station for most part and loved that the hotel is within walking distance of the station (approx 10mins). Overall, consistently excellent stay by the Tokyu Stay company; I do look forward to future stays when I'm next in Tokyo! I would like to compliment the staff on the great service too - I had arranged for a package to be delivered on the day of my stay and they'd sent it up to my room by the time I arrived; they were also very responsive in the correspondence to arrange for the delivery! The air con in the room was very temperamental and couldn’t decide whether it wanted to be cold Or hot.

Chika (9/5): Cozy Business Hotel - What I liked the most was that there is a very good washing machine in each room, which is extremely helpful for guests staying for a longer period. The room is quite small but comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. I did not use the breakfast tickets, as the system was slightly inconvenient. The food is frozen and must be picked up from the reception the day before, but the refrigerator is not accessible 24 hours a day. If I returned late in the evening, I could not access the fridge and therefore could not get the food.

Room cleaning service and washing/dryer machine were very convenient. Lobby amenities are great. Nihonbashi is nice and relaxed at night. Hairdryer makes a great noise! Bed topper did not suit our backs, noise from motorbikes on the overpass could be heard at night sometimes
