- Chiayin (5/5): - They offer many facilities in the room, such as microwave, stove, pot, cooking knifes, laundry with dryer function and even laundry detergent. It’s near metro station with many restaurants around. The facilities are a bit dated, the bathroom drain smells bad and doesn’t drain properly. Even though they offer many kitchen facilities in the room, but they don’t have a kettle. Metro station is very full in peak hours, looks like it’s one of the hot line for people to go to work.

Вокруг много хороших и недорогих ресторанчиков с разнообразной японской кухней. Персонал очень вежлив (хотя в Японии по другому не бывает), стараются помочь во всем. Внимательно отнеситесь к правилам уборки и выноса мусора, надо на дверь клеить наклейки о необходимости этого. Круглые сутки доступна кофейная машина с отличным кофе на первом этаже. В номере есть все необходимое, даже !! стиральная машина. Правда мы ей не пользовались.

- Yen Ping (9/5): A comfy stay - I like that the room has a washer that comes with a dryer. It also has a small kitchenette. The room is spacious too. Cleaning the room every 4 days is tough. Perhaps offer the service to every third day will be more comfortable.
- Anthony (10/5): - I had the twin residential and loved the extra space and the convenience of a washing machine. It was also very close to the Tozai and Odeo lines making most major places reachable in about 30 to 40 minutes.
- patrizia (9/5): - La mia stanza era molto grande, in particolare per gli standars giapponesi, inoltre era comodissimo avere la lavasciuga e il piccolo spazio cucina. Bella la vista, letto comodo anche se non capisco l'uso del lenzuolo invece che del copripiumino, molto più comodo. La pulizia aveva un pò di pecche, la stanza andrebbe decisamente rinfrescata. Tuttavia niente di insopportabile. Ho apprezzato il balconcino la grande finestra. La zona è un quartiere popolare molto gradevole, vicoli pieni di locali, giardini, passeggiate lungo fiume e due bei templi proprio a ridosso dell'hotel; in quello shinto la domenica c'è il mercatino dell'antiquariato che conferisce una piacevole atmosfera rilassata domenicale. Ci sono molti combini ma anche un grande supermercato. La zona è magnificamente collegata e molte belle zone sono persino raggiungibili a piedi con belle passeggiate. Ho apprezzato molto la macchina del caffè di qualità molto buona e gratuita. Ho trovato questa struttura ottimale per lunghe permanenze (sopratutto per lo spazio della camera e la posizione). Tornerei certamente. La stanza andrebbe rinfrescata, sopratutto moquette e bagno.

I had everything I needed, it was a really good stay. Everything was fine. Just only if there were any plugs for charging near bed, it would be awesome!

- MUSTAFA (8/5): İyi bir tercih - 4, 8 ve 15 dakika uzaklıkta 3 ayrı metroya yakındı. En yakın metro ile bir aktarma yaparak çoğu yere ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Odanın genişliği diğer otellere göre güzeldi, yatakta 2,5 yaşındaki kızımızla beraber uyuduk çitler için gayet yeterli gelir. Otelin imkanları gayet iyidi 5 yıldızlı otelin sunduğu ürünleri veriyorlar. Sürekli kahve ve su ikramları gayet iyi. Odada ısıtıcı, tencere ve mikrodalga olması güzeldi. 6 gece kalmamıza rağmen çarşaflar değişmedi bu süre çok uzun. En azından 3-4 geceye inmesi lazım. Yatak konforu bir tık daha iyi olabilirdi.

Plates , cutlery, dishwashing liquid etc. I loved that there was a solid case rack where both of our cases could go. The room was well thought out no bed up against the wall so that one person had to climb in and out. Two chairs and a table! And a separate writing/computer desk. A balcony door that we could open to let the breeze in. We felt so happy and comfortable at this hotel. Staff were very helpful. Nothing really except it took a little more effort with transport.

- ADI (9/5): - This is my favorite hotel in Tokyo! The location is not the most central, but its very close to the train thus super close to everything and the neighberhood is very quiet, near two temples, with many locat restaurants around. The room is by far the biggest we have stayed in Tokyo, for similar prices to very central yet super small hotels, with amazing view from the balcony to tokyo skytree and the temples below The hotel is a bit old, and the cleaniness could be improved. The beds are not the most comfortable, but fine.

- Bartosz (8/5): Very nice place to stay in Tokyo - Lovely place situated few steps from the main street and metro station, yet very quiet and cozy. There is a coffee machine in the hotel lobby for all the guests to use, free water and garbage disposal bin + some snacks. Very polite staff helped me out when I noticed I lost my passport on my way from the airport and checekd me in without any problems. There was nothing that comes to mind that we did not like.

- Rika (7/5): 門前仲町での宿泊先は東急ステイ一択 - 各フロアに9〜10部屋あり ビジネスホテル標準よりもだいぶ広いです 部屋にもよりますが窓から隣にある富岡八幡宮の⛩️が見え清々しく感じます 防音設計がキチンとしてある為 上下左右の部屋の音は気になりませんでした エレベーターが混んでないのでストレス無く使用出来ました 多少宿泊代が高いと思いましたが シャワーヘッド、ドライヤー、シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープもリファで揃えてあり高級感があります 各部屋に電子レンジが設置されています 大浴場は無いですが部屋の風呂は広めです 各部屋にエアコンのリモコンが有り温度調節も可能です 地下鉄東西線出入口に近く バス停はホテル近くに有り錦糸町駅、亀戸駅、東京駅行きが有ります 最寄JR駅からは遠いです コンビニ、ドラッグストア、飲食店有りです 移動がスムーズなホテルですから御年配の方にもオススメします 花粉の時期なのに加湿空気清浄機の加湿機能使用不可なのには困りました 掃除が大変だからだとは思いますが… それだけが残念でした

- Dario (7/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. - L'hotel si trova in una zona molto pratica, piena di negozi e ristoranti pur rimanendo tranquilla senza troppi turisti. La fermata della metro comodissima a 100 metri. La struttura offre dalle 6 della mattina sino a mezzanotte una macchinetta per caffè, the e altre bevande gratuite. Il personale sempre disponibile e accogliente. La nostra stanza 314 era situata sulla parte esterna esposta alla strada, quindi era piuttosto rumorosa. Le tende della finestra non oscurano totalmente e quindi c'è sempre luce, e alla mattina diventa troppo. La camera viene ordinata, pulita e lenzuola cambiate solo dopo 7 giorni. Rimane sempre disponibile alla sostituzione asciugamani e svuotamento cestino. Ultima nota negativa non c'è un servizio interno di colazione, quindi come detto prima fuori si trova di tutto

Didn't have a good impression previously, remembering it as slightly dirty due to infrequent housekeeping unless for a fee. This time the room felt more spacious and comfortable. The size was nice too. The drainage for the bathtub is tiny. It gets choked by 2nd shower.. and it wasn't even a lot of hair or whatt..
