• Janette (7/5): Practical location, cute neighbourhood, friendly staff! - The location of the hotel is amazing, just a minute from the metro, also very quite at night. The neighbourhood is charming and I think one of the cutest neighbourhoods we walked in Tokyo. Shibuya, Shinjuku, Minato City are really close by metro (considering Tokyo being really huge). The staff was very useful and friendly. The hotel has free coffee available which was very useful in the morning. We got room on the upper floor and got very nice view of Tokyo. The hotel is very old and my expectations from the photos was that the room are a bit newer. The bath was also very old and a bit moldy. Also the room didn’t feel clean and I found hair on multiple places in the room and the carpet was stained. The cost was one of the highest from what I saw on the booking so I would expect it to be cleaner but I guess it is due to the great location of the hotel.

Built more like an apartment / airbnb than an actual hotel. Rooms were not very clean and smelled bad and the "washiki" room was just a couple of regular mattresses on the floor without bed frames (not at all authentic washiki), so if anything it was giving more broke college student dormitory vibe than traditional Japanese vibe.

• Serafina (8/5): - - big room - great location in a quieter part of Tokyo, close to Naka-Meguro, only 3 minute walk to the train station that takes you to Shibuya in about 10 minutes - we had a view of the train station and Shibuya from our room which was great - TV with Netflix - the hotel is a little dated, we had big stains on our carpet and the bathroom looks about 30 years old; it doesn't really have a well designed feel - no room cleaning, even though we stayed 6 nights (you can get the trash taken out and the towels replaced though)

• keiko (2/5): 最悪な経験。 - ロケーションが素晴らしく良かった。洗濯機がついていたり、キッチンがついているので長期には便利です。 老朽化した設備、どこをとっても、これが東急ステイなのか、と驚きを感じ得なかった。冷蔵庫は、６にしないと稼働しない。加湿器を入れると結露が多量に出て窓の下に水溜りが。タオルを置いておくしかなかった。（風邪から喘息になった）トイレは一度詰まり、（元々水漏れがしていた）部屋の移動もあった。他の部屋もトイレは水漏れがありその音がうるさかった。ベッドメイキングもシーツがマットレスのサイズに足りてない。すごい体験でした。また、部屋の大きさも二人で長期は狭い。防音にも問題。スタッフもプロとは言えない人が多い。

• Masen (8/5): Great hotel at the pricepoint in a wonderful location - Fantastic location, nice amenities in lobby, laundry, comfortable bed, nice hair dryer, friendly staff Nothing comes to mind
• Uta (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Zur Subway braucht man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ringsum. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Man konnte sich kostenlos Café, Schokolade und Tee in der Lobby nehmen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

• Mika (7/5): Convenient location. - Location Not super clean as you would expect from hotels in Japan. Especially around the bottom of the washing machine. I didn’t feel comfortable using items from under the sink. It’s our second time, we got the larger room for lot more $ because the double bed room is tiny. This room they say can room up to 4 people, is comfortable for 2 ppl. it would be only possible to have 4 ppl stay by packing futons like sardines. Feels pricey for what you get. Not sure if we’ll stay here again..
