Very clean and the area felt safe. A couple blocks from 2 different metro lines which makes getting around the city a lot easier.

- Jessica (10/5): - Lyric Hotel Opera was a great centre point for all of our needs whilst in Paris. It's close to transport, food options, the river and major department stalls. Coffee shop directly across was a perfect way to start the day. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of use throughout our 6 night stay and was a key factor in us choosing this hotel for our stay. Other than this, the staff were helpful and accommodation clean and modern.

- Thomas (10/5): - This is a great hotel, well located! Only 15 walking to the louvre and 5 mins to the opera granger! Excellent train connection to CDG! The hotel room was very comfortable with modern amenities and Nuxe soap. The AC was excellent particularly in the heat! We used the hammam and pool everyday - which helped us to relax! The minibar is also free and they provided free water daily! The area is lovely as well - many excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby plus super close to great shopping! Definitely would stay here again!
- Kati (8/5): Lyric in Paris - Location was good. Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly and spoke English very well! Breakfast was average, in the spa area was OK. The sauna was not working. But a Breakfast was average, in the spa area was OK. The sauna was not working. But a nice option to have in case you want to use it. Our only complaint is somebody decided to smoke in their room in the fire alarm went off at 1:54 in the morning. Everyone was evacuating into the stairwell to get downstairs when we got to the bottom to find out somebody smoked. Would’ve been nice for the hotel to issue an apology and we hope that person got kicked out.

The location is ideal — central enough to walk to a lot of key spots in Paris, but tucked away just enough to feel calm and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I genuinely have no complaints. It was a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

- Andrew (10/5): - A real gem of a hotel in the Paris Centre. Even though it is quite a sophisticated and modern hotel there is a slightly more friendly and family vibe. There is a very sweet lady who operates the breakfast and cooks everything herself and she is wonderful. The neighbourhood is a very safe and quiet area with restaurants around it. The gym is slightly smaller but we are lucky to even have one and the fact there is a pool at this hotel makes it even more incredible. Our room was large, modern and extremely well designed.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely with a variety of options and incredible staff serving. The hotel was close to everything we wanted and we ended up walking everywhere. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Paris!

- April (10/5): - Great location - walkable to dining and shopping. 10-15 min walk from the Louvre. Rooms were clean, fresh, very comfortable beds, duvets and pillows. Rooms were a little small, but expected. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the coziness of a small hotel! The room was smallish but had a little balcony with a small table and chairs that was great. Breakfast was on the lower level- so no view, but tasty!

- Daniel (6/5): Beware of ground floor rooms. - Overall Ok, would’ve been great. However the first night of three. They had put me on the ground floor with two walls directly on a busy road. Also right next to the reception. I asked to move room immediately and was told no other rooms available. Then I was showed a smaller room, also on the ground floor right next to the lifts with no opening window. I declined. The 2nd and 3rd night I was moved to the 3rd floor. That was the type of room I had expected originally. If I had been in that room from the start and didn’t have the noisy unbearable first night. My overall stay would’ve been 4/5. The staff did what they could to move me which I appreciate, but I had to complain. Those ground floor rooms shouldn’t be rooms for the price being charged. It’s ridiculous really. I also wasn’t offered my complimentary bottle of wine for being gold member. I had to ask and received this after returning later that night. Sadly with no bottle opener so couldn’t drink it until the next day.

The room was fine, small, I had booked a room with a balcony and you had to step through a window to get to it, which was a bit awkward...and the view from the balcony was just okay...no city scapes or landmarks, etc. The staff were all very nice. Next time I'll likely try a different hotel in a different neighborhood.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely stay, would recommend. - Most of the things were what we expected. Good location near the tourist attractions and you can get to most places on the metro. The staff were really friendly and helpful. When we were there, it wasn't too hectic or noisy, so it was great. Breakfast was nice. The only criticism is that the pressure for shower and tap however weren't very good at the top floor and it was inconvenient.
- Emily (8/5): - We stayed at Lyric for a week for our Honeymoon this past November. The room was very clean and comfortable. The spa in the basement is a great bonus - we used it several times to feel refreshed and revived after our flight and again after a long day exploring the city. The only complaints which are very minor were (1) we’d return for the day & the heat in the room was oppressive. We’d open our balcony window on a winter night to balance it out. And (2) the lights were a bit fussy- the overhead light would only go off if we removed the room key. Lyric referred us to Joanne the tour guide - an absolute gem! We spent 4 hours touring sites of the French Revolution. Her knowledge of the city is incredible. Such a sweetheart as well. We really enjoyed getting to know her. Five plus stars for Joanne.

Also, I tried to use the sauna and steam/sauna/pool but there was no changing room around the shower and therefore no privacy> Even though I booked the time there it was accessible by anybody else and there was a glass ceiling where people could see in. There were no instructions about how to navigate all this. There were spa robes in the room, but it was not clear to me that I should have traversed the entire hotel in my bathrobe. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Thank you!
