• Kari (9/5): Very convenient and comfortable! - The room was a very comfortable size for 1 person and having a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and washing machine all in the room made it so convenient! The bathroom and tub were a good size by Japanese hotel standards. I appreciated having a table instead of a desk in the room. The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I was on the 11th floor and didn't get much street noise at all unless I had the window open for fresh air. The location is very convenient, but there are love hotels and such all over that area so sometimes it was quite rowdy outside at night. I couldn't hear anything from my room, so the only concern was walking to and from the hotel. I never felt unsafe, though.
• Ebihara (9/5): Highly affordable compared to Shinjuku or Shibuya but with easy walking access to just as many conveniences and services - Clean and excellent customer service and very good free coffee machine. Very very quiet and comfortable. Extremely convenient to Ikebukuro Station west entrance.

Vending machines in the lobby located in what I perceive to be a nice area. The only thing I didn't like was the curtains were white and semi see through privacy wasn't the concern the issue was too much ambient light i like to sleep in complete dark but the light from the neighboring building keeps the room somewhat lit at night

• Joyce (9/5): Inasmuch as the room was rather small, the amenities and low cost made our stay worthwhile. - The amenities in the room and lobby were great! The room had all the comforts of home; and the lobby provided amenities such as coffee and water dispenser machines; and other items in a drawer for guests to use. The only thing that really bothered us was the lack of space in the room to store our suitcases and clothes, but we somehow managed by storing our suitcases opened under the bed and used them like drawers.

I would stay here again! - I liked the location - close to Ikebukuro station, restaurants and many supermarkets/shopping centres :) I also liked the facilities - there was free coffee and tea, a lobby for hanging out in, a kitchen and a washing and drying machine. They also offer breakfast/dinner services if you need. Staff also helped us book luggage transfer to our next hotel. The water pressure of the taps were really weak. Sounds like a nitpick but it made it hard to wash the dishes provided with the kitchen, toothbrushes etc. The washing machine takes longer than expected to wash and dry everything (sometimes 3+ hours).

Nous avons eu des taches dans nos draps et sur notre couette à plusieurs reprises.. il n'y a pas de housse de couette c'est un drap simple avec une couette par dessus, ça n'est pas très hygiénique.

There was no view from our room. It was usually quiet but there was a few nights we heard a lot of noise and thud sounds during midnight from the upper floor.

• Lianne (9/5): Delightful stay, will book again! - Great location, 5min to Ikebukuro station yet quiet enough for a young family. My toddler enjoyed the kid’s corner and the daily breakfast was excellent: plenty of options at incredible value. Hotel staff were warm and friendly. Compact and difficult to move around with a big luggage but that’s most hotels in Japan anyway.

• Shimon (10/5): - חדר די טוב, יש מיטה זוגית לא קטנה וגם שולחן אנחני היינו זוג והיינו צריכים לעבוד חלק מהזמן, יש מרחב עבודה לאדם אחד. בנוסף יש בלובי חלל משותף גדול שבו אפשר להיות במחשב (ולשמור על השקט). יש מכונת קפה לשימוש ללא הגבלה בלובי. הצוות נחמד ועוזר. המיקום טוב, 7 דק הליכה מתחנת רכבת איקובוקורו (תחנה עצומה) וממנה 7 דק נסיעה לשינגוקו וקצת יותר לשיבויה. בקצה השני של התחנה יש איזור קניות ענקי עם כל החנויות המוכרות רק בלי התורים. תמורה למחיר 10/10 מי שמחפש להיות במרכז העניינים, זה פחות המקום. אין הרבה מקומןת פתוחים באיזור המלון בשעות הערב.

• Sovia (9/5): Excellent stay and will be happy to stay again here - It was well located close to train station. There are lots of eateries nearby and also a little supermarket and several cafes. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was no hanging pole available in the bathroom to hang our clothes after washing.

• Yueh Jung (7/5): 地點佳，設備完善，房間不大，員工友善積極，但清潔有待加強，早餐不推薦！ - 1. 地點不錯，在池袋C1b出口有電梯，不怕帶大行李；走路一分鐘可到達飯店！ 2. 有免費咖啡及茶水供應. 3. 房間有洗衣機及微波爐. 4. 櫃檯工作人員友善，有問題都會積極回應處理！ 1. 訂房網未註明早餐是兩種套餐擇一，付費訂餐後到現場才發現：麵包/飯糰套餐是冷凍食品，需自行帶回房間微波，要花至少10分鐘微波，品項只有飯糰和麵包各兩種，最後幾天只剩一種麵包…咖哩飯套餐要取生米加水煮飯，分別需要花15-30分鐘準備早餐，很浪費時間，現場價格要各1500日幣/人. 2. 房間設備齊全，也有配免治馬桶，但免治馬桶的噴嘴頭沒有清潔乾淨，跟櫃檯反應後更換房間，但噴頭一樣沒有清潔乾淨，櫃檯人員第二天請清潔人員清潔乾淨後才放心使用！

• Hui Wen (7/5): Convenient stay but some parts were not as clean as I hope for it to be. - The location was good and the common area is quite nice. I liked having a washing machine in the room which functioned very well and was super convenient. I also like the option of having only fresh towels delivered without staff entering the room, very respectful towards privacy. The bidet for the toilet looked a bit unclean… I didn’t dare to use it after that. The staff seemed less experienced, but they were still friendly enough. Our room was facing the back alley so didn’t receive a lot of light.

• Wen-Ling (9/5): - 房間內附洗脫烘衣機，每天出門前將衣服放進洗衣機，回飯店便有洗乾淨烘乾的衣服。 地點不錯，離副都心線很近，離JR也不遠，而且地下街超市、超商和餐廳都很方便。 飯店對面的居酒屋很好吃，對晚一點回到飯店的人是個很好的選擇。 房間較小，行李箱打開後就沒有行走空間，建議飯店可將床稍微架高，可以將行李箱收納在床下面。

• Caroline (8/5): - Great location in Ikebukuro. Super nearby Ikebukuro station exit with lift, which makes transporting luggage from the train easily accessible. Great amenities.

• Michelle (9/5): Everything was great. - Close to the elevator to get down to the subway with our stroller! Also lots of good food and department stores. The bathroom didn’t seem to have ventilation or a fan.

• Oleg (8/5): Good location hotel - The biggest highlight is the in-room washing machine and dryer — very convenient. The location is good, 5-7 min to Ikebukuro Station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The staff were very polite and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. Rooms are compact but functional, and staff provides a full set of amenities (toothbrush, skincare items, razors, etc.). The washing machine and dryer are only in Japanese, which makes them difficult to use at first. The room can feel quite stuffy, especially the bathroom, and guests are asked not to keep the bathroom door open, which doesn’t help ventilation. Housekeeping is very limited (only towels are changed and trash is removed). The hotel also feels a bit worn in places. The breakfast concept is unusual and not very clear—you can only eat in your room, and it’s hard to understand exactly what you’re getting.

• ALASDAIR (5/5): fantastic staff and comvenient in room amenities for an independent stay but not personally worth the cost and with few - the property had some rare but welcome amenities in the room such being a microwave and a washer and drying machine. the staff were fantastic and eager to assist me as well as seeming to have a number of different languages spoken. a note is that the property is located in a particularly seedy red light district on the west side of ikebukuro which isn’t necessarily an issue but definitely something to note for women and families and also I also did note that on a number of occasions i was able to hear the sounds of “activity” from the buildings adjacent my room but was usually able to block it out by closing the window. the rooms where not made up or cleaned without an extra service charge and I did find some marks in the bathtub and sink that hadn’t been fully wiped down, there was also minimal room for baggage unless small which meant i had to cramp up the space of my already very small room and trip over my bags whenever i needed to move about. all this i would have been able to take in stride except the quality was not in my opinion worth the cost of the accommodation however it was also booked last Minuit during hanami season . the staff were all exceptional and deserve credit however i found the level of cleanliness, lack of room tidying or other services to be a let down for me personally however staying here effectively gives you the experience of managing things on your own as if it’s your own apartment.
• Sin Yin (8/5): - 位置便利，從池袋C6/C1b出口都很快到達。房間內有獨立洗衣機，洗衣乾衣功能非常好。提供的吹風機及清潔用品質素也很好。 房間較細，勉強只能打開一個28吋行李箱。由於住宿日數較長，酒店提供了一次免費房間清潔。不過浴室設計較易積聚水積，令浴室濕氣難以散去，如果能提供每天恆常清潔，保持衛生清潔就更好。
• Will (9/5): Brilliant Location - Location, proximity to rail station, Friendly helpful staff, cleverly designed rooms, washing machine, climate control in the room was easy. Haneda airport bus stop is just a short walk away. Beds too firm - property could spend more on beds next upgrade! Also some USB outlets.

• Maik (10/5): Trotz einiger Kleinigkeiten waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel nur jedem empfehlen. - Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und viele kostenlose Alltagsdinge an der Rezeption. Sehr enge Zimmer, Bettwäsche nicht für jeden geeignet.

But very small - Location was great and it was excellent having access to washing machine in the room, although more aid with programming it would’ve been nice so it didn’t have a 4 1/2 hour cycle. Also they provided everything you could want hygiene wise. Third hotel i have stayed in in japan and it was the first to have a comfortable pillow It could use some more facilities for the price like a proper breakfast, and maybe an update because despite being mostly clean, it had an air that made me thoroughly check for bed bugs. It was also incredibly small, enough i had to jump over my suitcase every time i went to the bathroom, but that was as expected so not a criticism, just good to be aware of because if i had had a full size suitcase, there is no way i could’ve opened it. Luckily i had one on the smaller side

• Hao Wei Yu (9/5): 整體來說，非常推薦飯店要找在池袋的人，未來如有機會，也會再選擇入住！ - 飯店的地點，距離JR池袋車站走大概5分鐘就抵達，如果搭乘地鐵找到C1出口則更快(基本上第一次都是花時間在車站找出口比較耗時)；附近就是兩條地鐵線+JR，要去哪裡都非常方便。走過來的沿途也很多店家，機能上也很方便。 進到飯店服務人員態度非常良好，且也有提供行李托運到機場的服務；公共環境非常整潔，明亮且舒服，走廊電梯也沒有異味，提供設備(洗衣機、自動販賣機等)也都很充足。 房間的部分採光OK，床也夠大，廁所非常乾淨，且可以每日讓房務人員打掃，非常貼心，整體隔音也不錯。 早餐的部分也很喜歡，是提供餐券的方式再去兌領自己想吃的餐點，飯店方有提供咖啡機暢飲。
