- Danny (8/5): Top locatie! - Locatie, lounge area zeer prettig om even wat te drinken. Locatie is heel prettig omdat de wijk relatief rustig is (je hoort enkel wat vekeer) en dicht bij de metro (G03 Gaaiemmea). Ook is Shibuya op loopafstand waardoor je aardig wat spot onderweg, is ongeveer 30 min wandelen. Kamers zijn echt klein, zeker als je als stel beide een koffer bij je hebt. Ondanks dat we er enkel sliepen en vooral veel in de stad zelf waren, was het wel soms vervelend dat je eigenlijk alleen op bed kunt zitten.

- Daniel (9/5): Perfektes Hotel - Unser Aufenthalt im Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders praktisch war die hervorragende Lage: Sowohl die U-Bahn-Station als auch die Busstation sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch kommt man schnell und unkompliziert zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stadtteilen von Tokio. Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Ausblick aus den oberen Etagen war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Für Städtereisen und Geschäftsreisen ist das Hotel durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung definitiv zu empfehlen.

- Michelle (7/5): Decent hotel, peaceful if not far from hotspots - Clean and comfortable hotel, with friendly staff and wonderful views of the city! Plenty of great cafes and bakery's around, but all open around 10-11 except for the main chains like Starbucks and City Bakery. This area has a lot of high-end retail, and is about 1.5 km from Shibuya and Shibjuku - it was okay for us because we like walking. No restaurant for breakfast/meals, if you buy a breakfast ticket, its to get things from their "buffet" of packaged breakfast options and take back to your room to microwave, not different to grabbing something from 711 or FamilyMart. Location was okay, but awkwardly in between major train station hubs - in future I'd aim to stay closer to a station with multiple lines, not just one.

La chambre est petite et manque de place pour poser les affaires, c’est ok pour une nuit ou 2 mais peu pratique pour plusieurs nuits à 2.

- Clement Yeo (8/5): Satisfactory hotel for business travellers - The rooms came with washing machine, a mini 2 door fridge with freezer, a microwave and TV. The window next to the bed had a nice view of the surrounding of the hotel. Location was near convenient store and supermarket with some small eateries available. Walking distance to train station. We had to go to lobby to collect drinking water, there were no bottles available; luckily I had my own. Had to buy at the convenient store a big bottle of drinking water and reuse it for refill. You also need to collect the complimentary coffee and tea bags that are only available at lobby.

- RW (9/5): Great location - Location was excellent, near convenience stores and supermarkets. Many restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Omotesando and Harajuku. Note they only do a full clean every 7 days but will change towels and empty trash upon request. There's also a small (ok tiny but good enough) kitchen and washer dryer. Rooms are basic but clean. Nothing. Will be a return guest in the future!

- MIYUKI (8/5): - 地下鉄銀座線の外苑前駅から歩いてすぐだったこと、また、 部屋の中に洗濯機があったことが最高でした！ ミセスのコンサートの集中のせいか、2泊で100,000円弱してしまった。ブッキングコムを通したから高かったのか少し後悔している。。

- Swee Yong (8/5): PLeasant if not for the rigid supervisor who talks without thinking in front of 4 other staff! Really a nightmare! - Location n the newly opened RESET Lounge though operating hours could b longer. The reception supervisor (Japanese fair female) is awful. If she is one giving directions/train staff, u will lose customers. Asked me to bring my bag for takkyubin back to room n bring back again with CASH! Would not even keep my bag despite I am still staying there. I got so UPSET.
- Joshua (9/5): Nice location medium upper budget 8/10 - The property was close to the foreign dignitaries “palace” and had lots of cool little parks and shrines within walking distance. There did appear to be dust on some of our shelves and refrigerator, other than that it was clean.

- Amit (10/5): - The hotel is in a perfect location, very convenient and close to the metro. The staff are kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this hotel and the overall experience.

- Nancy (9/5): Very nice, but few restaurants in the area - Room was beautiful and clean. Staff was very kind and very helpful. It was not very easy to find restaurants in the evening. We are not young, were tired, and did not want to take a taxi or train to have dinner. We found restaurants we were happy with but really had to search the neighborhood and Google was no help. There were plenty of food stores, though for one early morning breakfast in our room. The area has office buildings, high end furniture stores, a baseball stadium and a convenient subway station - Gaiemmae. The Reset lounge (I think it is called) in the hotel was never open when we were interested in using it, but I am sure it is lovely.

- Oyej (10/5): It was a very pleasant stay and conveniently located. - Although the lobby is not located on the ground floor (and it felt more secure), we appreciated the easy access to our floor. In-room washer/dryer was very convenient. Location is easy access (5-minute walk) to Gaienmae Station and along the way, there's a few cafe/bakeries and a market. n/a

Will never come back here again. - the coffee machine was pretty decent. the room was filthy when we checked in. bathtub drainage is choked full of hair, place was dusty in every corner (literally balls of dust on the walls). cleaning of room has to be paid and is basically just making our bed. tissue box was not refilled daily. washing machine was black and dusty. staff did not greet us at all in the morning, and almost felt like they shunned us (which is shocking for Japan). we have been to Tokyo so very often and this is quite literally the worst hotel we have ever stayed, to be honest. bonus: our window is a full view of a cemetery.

- Sabina (9/5): Hammer Lage! - Die Aussicht war sehr schön aus dem 21.ten Stockwerk und die Lage war der Hammer !! Vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!! Das Hotel Zimmer war leider etwas klein. Das Sofa und der große Kühlschrank hätte nicht sein müssen, stattdessen eher mehr Ablagefläche.
