- Maria José (9/5): Fantástico - La habitación tiene excelente tamaño, no se escucha nada, muy cómoda, con detalles como bata de baño, pantuflas y agarradera en el baño, (mi mamá valoro muchísimo esto último y fue el único hotel de nuestro viaje que lo tenía). El hotel tiene una decoración muy divertida y servicio de guada equipaje. Sin duda regresariamos.

The hotel is clean and quiet, the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the location is excellent. You can catch the tram from Centraal and it will drop you off just steps from the hotel itself. You can walk to almost anything in Amsterdam in about 20-25 mins. Lots of great coffee shops, panneterias and NK Noodles which has amazing thai food.

The management is not helpful, and the breakfast is surprisingly limited in variety. The only positives are its walking distance to the city center and the fact that there is a train passing in front. If you’re considering staying at a place with rooms below street level and such high prices, it’s really not worth it—you would be better off paying the same amount for a nearby 5-star hotel instead.

- N825EPcharlottec (10/5): Lovely Hotel in Amsterdam - Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Room was clean and spacious. Conveniently located near the tram. Daily market right across the street. The lovely De Pijp neighborhood was also just a short walk with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

- Florent (9/5): Hôtel parfait pour un séjour professionnel ou visite du centre d'Amsterdam - L'emplacement était parfait entre le quartier De Pijp et le centre d'Amsterdam. Egalement l'emplacement est parfait pour se rendre au centre de conférence RAI avec le tramway à proximité. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Les chambres sont de taille convenables confortables et bien équipées. J'ai trouvé l'endroit calme et très fonctionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est bien équilibré sucré / salé. La salle de sport est trop petite et trop limitée. La taille des plats proposés et le buffet au petit-déjeuner est un peu trop réduit par rapport à la clientèle. Les amenities étaient sur demande mais au moment où nous en avons besoin nous ne sommes pas en mesure de faire appel à la réception ni de monter les chercher.

- amyjI6829NH (10/5): Excellent! - Excellent location to get to dam square, tram 4 at Albert cuyop, walk over the bridge to the tram from hotel. Right by the tram stop is Albert cuyop market, Monday - Saturday! Recommend this is a must with all the food stalls and other souvenirs stalls. Never pay over €5 for a stroopwaffel, (you will find these prices in the market or other small streets cafes) otherwise you’re being ripped off, as further in the town you go they are around €14. Anne frank house is definitely a must. Upside down house is definitely a must if you want to laugh! Especially in the dress up room. We flew with KLM, one hour from Cardiff airport, complimentary sandwich and drink on board.

- W8543FImarym (10/5): Fabulous boutique hotel in peaceful neighborhood - Love this small boutique hotel. Located in a charming neighborhood foot steps away from the more hectic streets. In close proximity to the street market. We rented a car for a few days trips and found the Heineken experience parking to work out well and to be reasonably convenient to the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and well planned out (good use of space). Hotel staff pleasant and attentive. Room was quiet and clean. Bed and pillows were both excellent.

Place is quiet and great staff very welcoming. Rooms are very good (bed, desk, bathroom was very clean) Gym could be better and bigger. Breakfast is good but could be larger and better.

- Karen (10/5): Very good stay and recommendable Hotel - The staff were so so kind. I arrived to Amsterdam quite sick and they pointed me to the stores selling medicine after hours. I really appreciated it. The room was very spacious and there was a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle. The items in the fridge are complementary which was really nice. We came to Amsterdam to celebrate my husband‘s birthday and they gave him a gift upon arrival. That was really the nicest kindest gesture. The breakfast was excellent and the staff again deserve two thumbs up. The location is really good at walking distance from downtown. The pillows are enormous… being a flat pillow sleeper, I just could not use them. So I slept without a pillow which was a bit uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was not the best, but it worked OK Amsterdam is very expensive in general. We got a good rate, but I thought it was too pricey without the breakfast.

- HBroesel (8/5): Good, but not perfect - Nice and clean boutique Hotel in a perfect location, even if you want to discover Amsterdam by feet. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Our Room (2nd floor) was well sized and equipped. The room was calm, windows cannot be opened, but aircon was working. Only minus point for us was the breakfast, which was not as expected in that price range. E.g. simple scrambled eggs were not fluffy, but more dry and crumbled and only one type of fresh bread was available, … there is room for improvement.

The Tram stops right out side the door and it is right beside supermarkets and restaurants pubs. Also right beside a big market I can not remember the name of it but it was really big and had lots of food stalls and everything in between There was nothing i didn't like about this hotel

- Resort19536515652 (10/5): Wonderful experience and great location. - We chose to stay at Hotel Notting Hill Hotel at both the beginning and end of our trip, and it proved a great decision. This charming hotel is conveniently situated in the De Pijp district, where we wanted to focus our activities. Although we arrived early, Reception staff quickly offered to store our luggage, giving us freedom to tour right away. Upon returning from the Albert Cuyp Market, we found our rooms ready, clean, and comfortable. Hotel Notting Hill rooms are unique and charming. While not all rooms offer a view, they are spacious with great amenities and comfortable beds. The building is secure and quiet, ensuring our stay was peaceful. I particularly liked the line drawings of the owner's travels and the homey atmosphere. We requested twin beds and two luggage racks, and found the staff remembered our preferences and set up the room the same way when we returned two weeks later. This level of service exceeded our expectation. The hotel provides a very nice breakfast buffet a valuable resource in starting each day. A special note about service. Jacquie, from Reception, had arranged a gift packet be delivered to my room. When I return to Amsterdam, I will choose Notting Hill as my temporary home.
- tomfY3179NK (6/5): Glad I didn't spend my own money - Business trip - Would have been disappointed if I spent my own money on this. Not sure what credentials you need to qualify to be a boutique hotel but that was how it was advertised and it felt grossly oversold. Below average in every way.

Hotel very clean and a quiet hotel felt very safe while out and about during the day and night . We would definitely go here again. A lovely relaxed atmosphere and value for money.

We walked in at 10:00pm in the evening and luckily a room was available for our entire stay. They were helpful and sympathetic. The room was perfect and the location central to tram and metro stops.
