Lovely clean hotel in the heart of everything. Erin and Esmet are a gem to the hotel with their helpfulness. Location could not get any better with everything nearby.

It has to be indicated more clearly in the description - the type of room and the availability. Otherwise it was relatively OK considering the price. Enough space. The Wi-Fi was good. Helpful and kind people at the desk. Currently no breakfast due to the pandemic. The property needs some refreshment - especially the bathroom. The restaurants in the close vicinity are expensive, the staff tends to be deceptive especially with western looking foreigners and to charge extra. So you better watch the bill and go a little bit further down in Beyoglu...

One major drawback in case you visit for a business trip- there was no iron / iron board in the hotel. I arrived late and had to go to important meeting the next day without proper dressing.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location, good value - Hotel is perfect distant to Taksim Sqaure, front desk and the rest of the staff is very nice and helpful. We needed to check in around midnight and had zero problems with this. Balcony rooms have a nice view in a urban area while still not being noisy. Only issue was with a leaky bathtub which they will hopefully correct.

The reception was willing to always make restaurant reservation s give us direction and call a cab when ever we needed one. Room's were in good condition and very clean. Room service prompt. Excellent location close to taksim square and nice restaurants like falafel house. Breakfast was amazing worth getting a room with breakfast included. Overall I would say excellent stay. Just don't use the airport shuttle service as a taksi is much cheaper.
