Engin (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen!! - Umgebung Dear Limak Hotel Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stays at your hotel. Unfortunately, I have noticed some areas that need improvement, particularly concerning the professionalism of the staff. During both of my visits, I observed that the greeting and farewell processes, as well as customer relations, were handled quite amateurishly. This lack of professionalism significantly impacted my overall experience and makes it difficult for me to recommend your hotel to others. Additionally, despite breakfast being included, I was charged 4,600 TL for five people. Of course, I did not pay this amount, but a similar situation occurred during my stay last year. Such discrepancies are quite frustrating and do not contribute to a positive overall impression. A warm smile and a friendly welcome can go a long way in covering up various shortcomings, yet I feel that the management of a five-star hotel does not meet the expected standards. Breakfast was great & there were options for vegans, ie soya & almond milk, however no vegan yogurt options. Restaurant was amazing & again there was plenty of choice on the (various) menus for vegans, and all the meals were terrific. Location was quite remote and isolated. Couldn’t really walk anywhere.

We stayed for a week so we like to unpack we ended up living out of our suit cases. The drinks were expensive and the staff in the bar were difficult to communicate with. The pool is deceptively small (the picture on the site is deceptive)

Mark (6/5): Not worth the money with poor staff - Hotel looks grand, but the room is fairly basic lacking in things like a coffee machine.Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Reception and bar/restaurant staff were quite unwelcoming and when we asked the concierge to arrange a taxi he told me to download Uber. Not deterring if its star rating and certainly not worth the cost. We had one meal in the restaurant which had little flavour and only half the food arrived.

Ich finde fűr ein 5Sterne Hotel muss das Personal freundlicher und hilfsbereiter sein.Man sah von den Mitarbeitern gezwungen einen Guten Morgen rauszuholen...das Hotel war immer eher beschäftigt mit den Gästen die Hochzeit gefeiert haben oder die dort einen Seminar hatten.Das Frűhstűck entspricht nicht nach einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Abend Buffet nichts außergewöhnliches...und Nachts im Zimmer leider sehr viele Fliegen!

manojmph (10/5): Decent experience - The hotel staff is friendly and the service is quick. The stay was decent and so was the breakfast spread. The food is not that expensive, and there are quite a lot of dining options within 400m radius. The only problem was in reaching the room service as they take a while to receive the call.
