La habitación no se sentía limpia y olía a humedad, hubo un sonido de agua corriente en el tanque del baño todo el tiempo. El staff estaba un poco perdido con la información de la reserva. • May Ying Teresa (10/5): Over all, our 3 day stay was pleasant. It’s amazing to have quiet night sleeps in such a busy part of the city. - Very spacious kitchen and living room area. Great location, very central and easy to get to all the attractions in walking distance. It’s hard to move heavy luggage because there is no elevators in the building and we have to struggle with our luggage through a few flights of stairs to get to the hotel room.

Uygulama üzerinden küçük bir oda seçmeme rağmen 1 gün önce bana ulaşarak daha büyük bir odanın olduğunu burada daha edebileceğimizi söyleyerek hiçbir fiyat farkı almadan orada konaklama yapmamızı sağladi. Her gün oda temizliğimiz yapıldı. Ayrıca ortak alanda bulunan bisküvi, sıcak su ve espresso makinesi sayesinde her zaman birşeyler yeme imkanımız oldu. Konum olarak Floransanin merkezinde Duomo Katedraline, Uffizi Galerisi ve vecchio sarayına 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Ayrıca her köşe başında Sürekli yemek yiyebileceğiniz dükkanlar mevcut. Kısacası her anlamda düşünmeden konaklama yapılabilecek bir yer. Rita Hanıma tekrardan teşekkür ederim.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Amazing experience! - The owner was so nice and helpful. We were able to stow our bags during the day. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, and the location was convenient for many attractions. There were even sweet treats in the common area for guests to enjoy!

Parfait pour profiter des places principales tôt le matin avant la foule. La chambre n'est pas grande mais il y a tout le nécessaire, le lit est agréable, bouilloire disponible. Un extra : les propriétaires prêtent des robes de soirées, talons, sacs pour profiter si besoin pour un beau restaurant ou simplement se balader dans Florence. Service très agréable.

Accommodations were comfortable enough for our short visit. I would definitely stay again! We didn’t receive clean towels everyday. Having so many people in the room it was a little chaotic trying to keep track of our towels.

Struttura accogliente e pulita, molto bella e provvista di servizi anche la zona comune. Visto che il soggiorno era breve, sarebbe stato utile sapere prima che non era previsto il cambio degli asciugamani.
• Dmytro (10/5): Great location and amazing host! - Great location, in the very centre of Firenze, and awesome host! Amazing shared space (kitchen and lounge) that reminded me some luxury photo studio with lots of art requisite 😊 The room itself was small, but comfortable. One more thing that is worth mentioning is that the private bathroom is located in a separated room nearby with a separate key. Probably it’s caused by old planning of the building. Personally for me it was fine. Also, the host were so kind and helpful: she allowed me to leave the luggage between checkout and my scheduled train departure time. Also, I was allowed to sit and to work for a couple of hours in the lounge area after I checked out. It was very convenient and valuable for me. I would highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in the center of Firenze!

The only drawback is the flight of stairs to climb to get to the reception desk, but that is minor compared to all the positives of staying here. We would definitely stay again.
