The service was incredibly thoughtful from the moment we arrived - the team immediately helped us with a taxi payment issue and made us feel completely taken care of. We also really appreciated the attention to detail for our child: the extra bed, children’s slippers, cup and bathrobe were such lovely touches. The hotel has a unique atmosphere, with a beautiful sense of Hong Kong character and charm. It was a very special experience, and we would be happy to stay again.

• Chang Hyung (6/5): 깔끔하지만 조금은 아쉬운 숙소경험 - 숙소의 가격대비 침구류와 어메니티가 좋았습니다. 탁트인 수영장 전경도 장점이라고 할 수 있곘네요. 공항행 버스 출발점과 가까워서 공항까지 2층 앞자리에서 앉아서 갈 수 있었습니다. 사용하지는 못했지만 커넥팅룸이 있습니다. 승강기는 꽤나 한적해서 좋았습니다. 직원들이 데면데면하고, 스태프들은 친절하지만 젊은 스태프들이 꽤 많고 전체적인 일처리가 매끄럽지 않았습니다. (연휴기간이기에 그럴 수도 있었겠습니다.) 조식은 굉장히 신선하고 깔끔했지만 기대와는 조금 달랐습니다. (오랜만에 홍콩으로 여행을 왔기 때문에 전체적인 조식수준이 예전과는 달라진 것일 수도 있겠네요. 10여년 전 바로 옆 인터콘티넨탈의 조식은 꽤나 훌륭했던 것으로 기억합니다.) 식당에서의 동선은 꽤나 불편했습니다. 좁은 테이블 간격때문에 손님들과 스태프들은 계속 부딪혀야 했습니다. 가드들은 스태프에 비해 매우 친절했습니다. 방음은 잘 되는 편이나 침대가 잘 움직이기 때문에 벽에 쉽게 부딪히며 소리가 크게 납니다.

• Michael (10/5): Simply perfect in every way - Simply the perfect hotel for a three or four day stay in Hong Kong. The partial harbour view was just right to see the skyline. The pool was a welcome retreat to relax and unwind after a day of exploring, The breakfast was above par with similar hotels on our extended vacation. The location allowed us to use the extensive bus services in Hong Kong to travel with ease and enjoy the views while getting around. The staff must get special mention, thank you for making us feel welcome and valued.

Ausstattung, Lage, Freundlichkeit , Ausblick - alles perfekt und so wie man es sich im Urlaub wünscht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war das mit Abstand beste auf unserer 4 wöchigen Asienreise. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden .

Excellent cleanliness. Well located for Victoria Harbour front. The downstairs dining area off the reception area was far too cold. People were sitting eating dinner with coats on which spoiled the eating experience. A lot of the common areas were kept too cool, the air conditioning needed adjusting to make it a more ambient temperature.

We booked a Club room on level 23 and the included extras of afternoon tea, cocktail hour and breakfast on level 28 were excellent. The pool is lovely. Waking up each morning with an expansive view over the harbour was wonderfully calming. Recommend.

The guys literally ran towards us to collect our suitcases when they first saw us. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made every moment feel effortless. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We stayed for four nights in a fantastic harbor-view room. It was such a treat to return to our room after a swim and step back. Jonathan and Bobo are standout and quickly became our favorite. They remembered us on several visits and always stepped out of their way to recommend some nice restaurants in Hong Kong. We visited Dragonfly on Hong Kong Island, it was an excellent spot for everyone, with a great atmosphere. Overall, Hotel icon is a true five-star hotel , equal parts relaxing, indulgent, and genuinely memorable.

• soominy376 (10/5): A memorable stay at hotel ICON - I have business in Hong Kong, so my wife and I spend about one week in Hong Kong every two months. Although we have visited Hong Kong many times, we used to move from hotel to hotel without having a fixed place to stay. However, after staying at Hotel ICON this time, we have decided that this will be our designated hotel going forward. Recently, we also stayed at the Island Shangri-La and Grand Hyatt, but Hotel ICON was the most impressive to us. The facilities are excellent, and every aspect of the hotel is above average. Most importantly, we were truly touched by the service provided by Ms. Harmony at Market on the 28th floor. We could genuinely feel that she provides customer service with sincerity and a real passion for guest satisfaction. Her kindness and professionalism completely won over both me and my wife. Thank you very much for creating such a wonderful experience for us.

Although it took a while to sort out, Ying and Melva were very helpful and did their best to assist us in resolving the problem. They also arranged an early check in and room upgrade. With service like this, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will recommend it to my friends.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable sta - The hotel is clean and well located, close to restaurants and within distance to Victoria Harbor. The room has all necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the Bose Bluetooth speaker and the beautiful Victoria Harbor view. The only area for improvement would be would be the front desk service, as a more welcoming and friendly approach would make the experience even better.

• Traviscow (10/5): Exceptional Service and a Truly Personal Touch - Due to a tight schedule, we were looking for a place to celebrate a friend’s birthday on short notice. We were very fortunate to receive a recommendation from Isaac, a hotel staff member, who kindly assisted us in securing a reservation at Green. His prompt help made everything possible. The overall dining experience was exceptional. Steven and Kelvin provided attentive and professional service throughout the meal. They patiently walked us through the menu, allowing us to better appreciate each dish. They were also very observant, regularly refilling our drinks and oysters at just the right moments without being intrusive. To conclude the evening, the restaurant thoughtfully arranged a birthday dessert for us. The highlight was the beautifully crafted chocolate illustration of me and my friend on the plate — an incredibly creative and personal touch that made the celebration truly memorable. From the quality of the food to the level of service and attention to detail, everything was of a very high standard. It is absolutely worth recommending, and we look forward to visiting again.

Our stay was truly enjoyable and made even more special by the outstanding service we received at the Club Lounge. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Club Lounge team—Issac, Angel, Vivien, Karen, and Rain. They were attentive, professional, and always welcoming us with their big, genuine smiles, which made us feel right at home from the very beginning.

Was a very awkward checkout There was some issue in front of my room where there had to be a large fan and air purifier. It was very loud so we can hear it all the time. The pm2.5 levels were also above 200 Loud guests every night. I guess it was a prom party and 18 year olds were running yelling and running around the halls at 2am slamming doors

• HYUNGJIN (10/5): 최고의 5성급 가성비 호텔 - 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 홍콩에는 유명한 5성급 체인이 많은데, 그 중에서 가격이 정말 합리적이라 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고, 객실은 넓고 컨디션이 좋습니다. 부분 항구뷰라고 하지만 멋진 항구가 잘 보여 만족스러웠어요. 객실은 넓고 냉장고의 음료들이 전부 무료입니다. 화장실이 넓고 욕조가 커서 좋았어요. 조식이 특히 유명하다고 하는데, 메뉴가 정말 다양합니다. 홍콩 스트릿푸드부터 과일, 샐러드, 계란요리 등 종류가 정말 다양해요. 조식 빼고 예약하신 분들이라 하더라도 추가금 내고 조식 뷔페 드시는 것을 추천합니다. 9층에 헬스장과 야외 수영장이 있는데 시설이 정말 좋습니다. 최신 기구들로 가득한 헬스장이 좋고 수영장 역시 좋네요. 침사추이로 가려면 도보로 16분 정도 걸어야 하는데 무더운 날씨만 아니라면 걸을 만 합니다.

• Marcel (9/5): Modern hotel, great staff, well priced, just a touch off the beaten track in the centre of TST. - Great hotel with excellent staff and personalized service. Made all the difference to my stay in HKG. Rooms are very well appointed and sized with fab views of the city. Bed is super comfortable. Duty manager Melva and Concierge Jonathan were quick to sort out a problem of mine and those are the things that set one hotel apart from the next. Bar could be improved on, its a bit bland and they could maybe make use of the swimming pool outdoor area too. On a warm night, sitting outside at a rooftop bar would be nice.
