• Konstantin (10/5): Superb Location in Prague - Superb location, right at the foot of Charles Bridge, on the Prague Castle side, in a cozy neighborhood, next to lots of cafes and restaurants, with an easy walk to the downtown area on the other side of the river. Very quiet at night, and lively during the day, which is ideal. Clean, spacious room, outstanding value for the money. Will definitely stay there again, and would happily recommend to others. Not a problem for us (we travel very light), but a heads-up to people who bring a lot of luggage: there is no elevator, and although the stairs are wide, if you don't feel like hauling your bags way up, think again

Water & coffee not replenished daily, no air-con, check in information was excellent but wasn’t sent until day of arrival & as we were travelling all day it wasn’t seen until after we checked in & the building is difficult to find so it would have been more beneficial to have this information sent the day before as the pre-arrival emails were very clear with photos provided.

Très grande chambre, très confortable! Très calme! Je n'ai pas été dérangé par la présence du restaurant au rez de chaussée (chambre 21) Salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire fourni. Ménage fait tous les jours. Les explications pour trouver l'entrée sont clairs. Le code PIN est communiqué par mail et sms le jour de l'arrivée (self check-in). Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultant.

• Cagri (10/5): Excellent - The rooms are clean and spacious, suitable for families. The windows are well insulated for outside noise, the heating works very well, and the location is excellent. Slippers, coffee, and tea are also provided with a coffee machine and kettle. Automatic check-in process is easy. We would definitely choose again.

• Věra (9/5): - Kousek od Karlova mostu. Velký pokoj, vše čisté, opravdu skvělé ubytování. Byla jsem zde ubytování již dvakrát. Jednou nahoře v podkroví, tam je skvělé + terasa nahoře jako bonus. Poté ubytování v klasickém pokoji. Ale ten byl taky skvělý. Doporučuji 👌 Nemám co bych vytkla.

Quando chegamos, havia cápsulas de café disponíveis, mas infelizmente elas não foram repostas durante a estadia. A falta de elevador pode ser um problema para quem viaja com muitas malas e crianças, como foi o nosso caso. Ainda assim, o lugar é muito charmoso, antigo e com uma decoração bonita. The fully automated check-in and check-out process works well without any direct human interaction, which may or may not suit everyone’s preference. The facilities, however, felt somewhat uncomfortable. Each morning there was a noticeable smell coming from the restaurant below, which by the way, is a very good authentic restaurant, but this was not mentioned anywhere in the description. The room’s “balcony” also felt rather pointless, overlooking a dark patio filled with kitchen equipment. Overall, the place is acceptable, but the description could be more accurate and transparent to better reflect the actual conditions.

L’appartamento era davvero spazioso, con una doccia grande ed un letto molto comodo. Abbiamo passato qui tre notti e tutte le mattine la camera veniva ripulita ed ordinata dal personale della struttura. Il piano terra dell’edificio in cui si trova questa camera è interamente occupato da un ristorante sempre molto affollato. Anche se molti avventori cenano all’esterno e sotto le finestre della camera, non abbiamo avuto fastidio per il rumore perché le finestre isolavano bene ma gli odori della cucina in alcuni momenti arrivavano anche al ns piano ed in particolare nel corridoio che porta all’ingresso

Overall, the place was very clean; until you looked under the beds and sofas. My 5-year old found old socks and a salad dressing cup (still full). There was no place to leave our stuff before checking in so we had to ask the restaurant underneath to store our suitcases. The waiter was super kind to us and let us put them at the staff patio (under our own risk). Because the apartment is on top of a restaurant, the apartment smelled like whatever they were cooking in the kitchen... which was a bit annoying to me.

• Marketa (10/5): - Posto meraviglioso sotto ponte Carlo, nella zona più autentica di Praga. Appartamento era molto spazioso e silenzioso nonostante la posizione sopra la birreria. Avevamo bisogno di rimanere un ora in più dopo check out e non ci sono stati problemi, sicuramente ritorneremo. La pulizia di bagno era purtroppo un po' scarsa e primi asciugamani erano con buchi.
• Elke (8/5): Außergewöhnlich - mit Flair - historisch und mittendrin - Das gebuchte Superior-DZ war letztlich eine sehr geräumige, geschmackvolle 2-Zimmer-Variante mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Garderobenbereich und kleinem Verbindungsflur. Top! Hohe Räume, Altbau mit Flair, Deckengemälde, Doppelte Sprossenfenser, Parkettboden.... Schöne, stilvolle Atmosphäre. Die jeweiligen Zimmer sind ausschließlich über das Treppenhaus erreichbar. Hat Flair - ist allerdings bei der Wahl der Unterkunft zu berücksichtigen, wenn jemand nicht mehr so mobil sein sollte. Wird jedoch von der Unterkunft/der Buchungsplattform entsprechend kommuniziert. Die Lage ist wunderbar - unmittelbare Nähe zur Karlsbrücke. Bedeutet natürlich auch entsprechendes Aufkommen an Touristenströmen, auch sehr viele Einheimische - die Geräuschkulisse ist selbstverständlich bis in die Abendstunden gegeben (auch durch das Lokal im Erdgeschoss). Ist jedoch bekannt vorab und selbsterklärend, wenn man sich für diese Unterkunft entscheidet. Die Dachterrasse mit dem traumhaften Panoramablick ist nicht allgemein zugänglich, sondern hat den Zugang lediglich von einem der Zimmer aus. Alles in allem außergewöhnlich und besonders. Ich kann es empfehlen. Frühstück wird leider nicht angeboten; das wäre als mögliche Option natürlich vorteilhaft. Man hat vor Ort keine Rezeption bzw. direkten Ansprechpartner. Check-in, wie bekannt, "fully self-serviced". Ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man persönlichen Kontakt gewohnt ist und dies wünscht, ggf. Situationsspezifisch, wenn Informationen für den Gast dringend sind.

• Sai Varun (10/5): - The room is really good. Very close to the Charles Bridge. We have a lot of stores and restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms themselves are very spacious and was very clean. The rooms are silent even though there is a restaurant below. The coffee machine in my room didn't work. It would be good if there are some cutlery in the room. Other than thatno complaints. I would definitely recommend this to others.

• Elina (8/5): Great location, but some basic comforts need improvement. - The hotel is in a very good location if you want to explore the city, as it is right next to Charles Bridge and very central. Online check in was easy. I didn’t like that although the bed was double, it was made with two single duvets which were in very poor condition. Also, there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor ourselves. Additionally, we were charged an extra €20 per night for our dog, which we found excessive, especially considering that other hotels do not usually charge such a fee.

• Birgit (9/5): Spitzen Lage und viel Platz - Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben der Karlsbrücke und unterhalb der Burganlage was besonders in der Früh und am Abend fein ist, wenn noch fast keine Touristen unterwegs sind. Einziges Manko: der Küchengeruch vom darunterliegenden Lokal, der zwar nicht durch die Fenster dringt aber das Lüften etwas schwierig macht. Am besten in der Nacht lüften, wenn die Küche nicht in Betrieb ist. Kann auch sein, dass das nicht alles Zimmer betrifft... Dennoch, die Vorteile des Quartiers überwiegen.
