• jean-baptiste (9/5): Hôtel calme très bien situé quartier des musées - Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 pas de la station museumplein (quartier des musées). Très facile de se déplacer sur les points d’intérêts d’Amsterdam avec tram bus métro.. Quartier très calme, pas de bruit le soir. Hotel proposant un petit déjeuné simple et efficace. Pas mal de rangement pour vos affaires. Rien, hormis peut etre le balneo dans la salle de bain qui ne marchait pas, mais pas dérangeant car vous pouvez quand même prendre un bain pour vous relaxer.

The location of the property is perfect and the area itself has a lovely ambiance and feels safe to walk around in. It is not loud and the area is walking distance to the beautiful museums.

• Svetoslava (7/5): Great Location, but Feels More Like a Hostel Than a Hotel - Remarkable property with a fantastic location. The staff makes a real effort and is generally very attentive and accommodating. Despite the excellent location and overall facilities, my experience was not entirely satisfactory. At times, the hotel felt more like a hostel than a high-end property. There was no minibar in the room, and the self-service setup in the lobby was inconvenient, as you had to wait each time just to pay. The towels were worn out and even torn, which is unacceptable. The garden furniture was extremely dirty and unpleasant to use. Overall, the hotel is in need of renovation and serious investment to meet expected standards.
• Shira (9/5): מלון בוטיק מקסים ונעים - מלון בוטיק באזור המוזיאוני ובקרבת תחבורה ציבורית. שקט, נקי ונעים. הצוות נחמד מאוד ועזר לנו עם כל שאלה ועניין בנועם ובחיוך. החדר מרווח, נקי ונוח. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה ומגוונת, היה מוסיף אם היו משלבים גם עוד סלט ירקות חוץ ממלפפון ועגבניה. בלובי יש אפשרות לקחת שתייה וחטיפים ולשלם עליהם בהמשך הביקור אם לא נמצא באותו רגע איש צוות. זו מחווה מחממת לב של אמון ורוחב לב. ביום המלך המלון חילק שלל פריטים כתומים לאורחים כדי שישתלבו עם ההמון הכתום:) בסך הכל הרגשנו שמקבלים אותנו בשמחה ובלב רחב ונהננו מהאירוח. הכיור נמצא מחוץ לחדר המקלחת וזה קצת פחות נוח. המזגן קצת מרעיש.

• Antonín (10/5): One of the best hotels we have been too. - We got upgraded and honestly, its been one of the nicest hotels we've ever been too. The location was amazing a close to the city center - easily reachable just by walking. The staff has been really helpful and nice helping us enjoy our time in the city.

• mariela (8/5): Good value for money - Well located, comfortable bed and the staff was super friendly. They even left some sweets and balloons knowing it was our engagement celebration trip. Jacuzzi didnt work nor did the AC. They did provide a heater.

• Neil (10/5): Cosy hotel in a quiet residential area, well located for visiting Amsterdam’s world famous museums - Its location in the Museum Quarter was perfect for us. We arrived from London by Eurostar, took a tram to the nearest stop to the hotel, and walked. We stayed there for 4 nights, and enjoyed visiting Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Royal Palace, and Rembrandt House. Their breakfast was really good, especially freshly cooked pancakes. There are many nice restaurants within easy walking distance, too. I was impressed to see three different types of sockets (Europe, the UK and the US) on the wall in case a guest forget to bring an adapter. The walls seem to be very thin, and sometimes we could hear voices and TV sounds, or doors opening / closing from the other rooms.

Aika vähän oli asioita, joista voisi sanoa, että pidin. Aamiainen oli erittäin suppea. Toisena aamuna oli vaikeuksia saada lisäystä lopussa olleisiin tarjoiltaviin. Pyynnöstä huolimatta ruokailuvälineiden ja servettien saaminen kesti todella kauan. Aamiaisaikaa oli jäljellä vielä lähes tunti. Asiaa seliteltiin henkilökunnan toimesta, eikä myönnetty virhettä. Vastaukseksi olisi riittänyt, että asia korjataan mahdollisimman pian. Hotelli ei todellakaan ollut neljän tähden hotelli. Hinta-laatusuhde pahasti miinuksella. Kylpyhuoneessa vain sadesuihku. Allasta ei saanut millään huuhdeltua, joten kylpyyn meneminen likaiseen altaaseen ei kiinnostanut.

• Janine (9/5): Amsterdam zeigte sich von seiner freundlichen Seite - Lage sehr gut; fussläufig erreichbar: Museumsinsel und Modequartier ; öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in max. 5 min. Zu Fuß und zur Fahrt ins Zentrum nutzbar. Aufmerksame Hotelmitarbeitende , freundlich und hilfsbereit. So konnte ich ein weicheres Kopfkissen erhalten, da mir das Vorhandene zu hart war. Restaurantempfehlungen und Stadtkarte sind zu erhalten. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl, das frische Brot war sehr lecker. Diverse Eierspeisen sind bestellbar. Kaffee und Tee stehen im Zimmer kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Leitungswasser ist trinkbar. Die Zimmerreinigung kann manchmal laut sein; für Frühaufsteher kein Problem

Chambre au décor soigné, propre dans un quartier tranquille mais très accessible. - Calme, propre, à proximité du centre, des restaurants (à une dizaine de minutes à pied) et du quartier des musées Même si la chambre familiale était très agréable, le fait qu’elle soit en sous-sol avec une lumière naturelle peu accessible, est ce qui était le moins agréable. Mais nous le savions à l’avance et nous nous en sommes bien accommodé.

• Gökçenaz (10/5): Comfortable - Room was bigger than we expected. Bed was quite comfortable and the room was very clean. Only downside is the shower. There was no curtain or glass the whole toilet gets wet. Beside that all was good!
• Regina (9/5): Bestlage für Stadtbummel und Museumsbesuche - Das Zimmer hat alles was man auf Reisen braucht. Bin hierher aber nur zum Übernachten gegangen. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Es ist eine ruhige Lage, nur ein Paar Schritte vom VanGogh Museum und RijksMuseum. Ideal ist die Anbindung an den Flughafenbus, in nur zwei Minuten erreicht man die Haltestelle. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Cafes in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

• Hrishikesh (9/5): Wonderful stay with great staff - Great property staff and good location. Bedroom is well lit and very cosy to stay in. Mattress and pillows were actually good to sleep in- which is surprisingly hard to come by. Staff helped stow luggage early in the morning and gave good recommendations for going around. Bike parking available right outside the hotel. The “nordic” bathroom design needs a dedicated exhaust fan. It’s also made keeping average Dutch heights in mind. Just gotta be careful getting down from bathtub to floor.

• Nancy (9/5): Terrific location; very comfortable modern hotel. Excellent! - Room was very nice, comfortable bed. Nice buffet breakfast. Location of hotel was perfect! One block from direct bus from airport, and also on 2 tram lines going to train station. 1-2 blocks from Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, and Stedelik. And ca. 3 blocks from Concertgebouw main concert hall. And many restaurants!
• Christine (8/5): Lovely clean, comfortable hotel with lovely staff - The hotel was lovely, lovely clean big rooms. Staff were lovely and perfect location. Not in the busy area but you can walk there. We booked for jacuzzi baths and when we tried to use them it didn’t work, we was told they had been turned off months ago. However everything else about the hotel was perfect.
