Melhor atendimento que já tive de funcionários em um hotel. Não consigo citar nenhum ponto que não tenha apreciado na minha estadia.

La ubicación del hotel es demasiado estratégica, especialmente para recorrer bodegas en Luján de Cuyo, ya que está cerca de muchísimas y facilita mucho la movilidad. La atención fue realmente inmejorable. Mauricio y cada una de las personas del equipo nos hicieron sentir súper cómodas a mi amiga y a mi desde el primer momento. Siempre estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras consultas, pedidos y necesidades, con muchísima amabilidad y predisposición. Creo sinceramente que lo mejor del lugar es el servicio y la calidad humana de quienes trabajan allí. Además, cada vez que pedíamos recomendaciones de bodegas, restaurantes o actividades, nos orientaban súper bien y con mucha paciencia. Eso hizo que disfrutáramos muchísimo más el viaje. El lugar también es hermoso: mucho verde, muy tranquilo, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y bien equipadas, con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Volveríamos sin duda. Como punto de mejora quizás agregaría algunos pequeños detalles de modernización en ciertos espacios, pero honestamente nada que opaque la experiencia general, que fue excelente.

• Blackett (9/5): If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing and peaceful property to call home for a few days, this is the place! - The property was beautiful, very private, well appointed, large, swimming pool and glass enclosed hot tub. It’s surrounded by huge trees and an expansive lawn, with many sitting areas in which to relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquility, The duplex bungalow rooms are placed strategically amongst the property. The closest duplex rooms are linked to the dining building by a patio. People with mobility issues find these units to be most desirable. The staff are most amazing, and absolutely the most helpful of any place we’ve ever stayed! Mauricio, Daira, Agustin. Natasha, Mario and the rest of the team worked together to create the perfect stay for us. Their knowledge Mendozas wineries and restaurants is vast and they put together an incredible agenda of top wineries and restaurants for us for four days. As well, they arranged for our drivers so all we had to do was immerse ourselves in this incredible wine country.! We also enjoyed the properties two beautiful German Shepherd dogs, Pauncho and his three legged daughter Mila. We will definitely return There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. If there was anything that could be improved., I would perhaps add a separate clothes closet in the spacious wood lined open beam ceiling rooms.

• Moose (10/5): Great Time in Lujan de Cuyo - The staff was great (Daria, Mauricio, Augustin, and Natasha in the breakfast room). They made bookings for tastings, lunches, and tours for me. They also arranged my rides from and to the airport. The breakfasts were excellent with eggs to order. The dinners were excellent as well. My room was large with a very comfortable king size bed. There was a table for making coffee or tea. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The parklike setting made relaxing in the afternoon very enjoyable. Pancho and Milo were very friendly German Shepherds. The location is great too. I found it very quiet and didn't hear the cars on the road from the room. It is a 20-minute walk to Mendel Winery and another five minutes to Martinos. Uber was easy to use for wineries further away. Frat is a general store that is across the street.

• Sophie (10/5): A great place to stay - Excellent facilities- pool+jacuzzi and lots of games to play in the common area. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was basic but there were lots of options- eggs, cereal, fruit etc. The dinner (and wine) was delicious! rented a car and it was easy to get around and Ubers were easy to get too. However the highlight was the excellent communication with staff well before arrival (via WhatsApp). Agustin at the front desk helped with anything we needed and went above and beyond. The other staff (sorry I didn’t catch their names) were also incredibly friendly. A very minor point that (the owner?) lives just next to the hotel and given all his windows and doors were open it was a bit confusing whether that was part of the hotel or not. I’d suggest putting a sign up saying ‘private’ so they don’t get people walking in there like I did, which was a bit awkward.

• Conor (7/5): Lovely location and super friendly staff. Good value for money - We stayed in two different rooms during our stay. The first was a bit nicer as the second one had a slight smell of cooking gas. If I was in the first room for the entirety of my stay I probably would have rated higher. Staff really nice. There are two lovely dogs on the property that were so friendly and nice. Food served on site was very nice. Great value for money. There are two very convenient shops just across the street which was also very useful. The smell of natural gas in the second room we stayed in (there was a cooking hob in this room). This was unpleasant and concerning however I think the smell may actually have been coming from the vent system.

El buffet es excelente: desayuno variado y abundante, y por la noche la comida es rica y de buena calidad. Como detalle a tener en cuenta, es un lugar que se percibe más orientado al turismo extranjero que a un ambiente familiar. De todos modos, nunca nos sentimos incómodos y disfrutamos la experiencia.

Overall - private quiet place 10 minutes driving from Mendosa, with garden, pool and spa on the territory. A great place to stay, will come avain, for sure. Dinner was delicious, and very affordable. Not really a downnside, but breakfast could have more different options from day to day.

We had dinner on site twice and the food was delicious... some of the best food and wine pairings in the region! The rooms were comfortable, we loved the pool and hot tub, and the location is close to lots of wineries. There was some traffic noise from the street that we could hear from our room.

The rooms are comfortable. The pool was open, even early in the season. Lovely places to gather and enjoy end of the day conversation. I also appreciated the travel guides in their bookcase. It was helpful to have our own water bottles with us.

The staff were amazing and knew the area really well, recommending us small boutique vineyards we would never have found by ourselves Having the hotel book the vineyards and organising taxis for us was like having a private concierge service. They even organised someone extra our dollars to AR which (if you’ve visited Argentina before) is a total in the arse to sort out usually I would 100% stay again as it’s amazing value for money compared to staying in an Air BnB and having to book all this by yourself Breakfast is also great!

• Matthew (10/5): A Perfect Stay in Mendoza Wine Region! - From the moment we checked in, I knew we had made the right decision. Mauricio welcomed us with open arms and delicious wine. Not only was he able to set us up with an immediate reservations at a local winery upon checking in, but he drove us as well! Along with Mauricio, Nacho, Mario (forgive me if I misspell any names), the whole staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was fantastic, the B&B grounds were beautiful, and we were the first people to try out the new heated pool. Another huge plus was the beautiful family of German Sheppards, cat & turtles that lived on the property. Whenever we return to Mendoza, we'll 1000% be staying here again! Thank you guys for such an amazing stay!

The dinners on site were among the best we had during our month+ stay in Argentina, thanks to Claudia the chef. We got bug bites (but the property had bug spray readily available), property was not near town (but there is a small shop less than 5 m inute walk away with sodas, etc.) There was some noise from the road but it never disturbed the peaceful feeling of the property.
• Bruce (8/5): Good location to explore the area vineyards - Very nice grounds. Mauricio was very helpful and arranged a great vineyard lunch. Breakfast was exceptional. Meals are available at the property and are recommended as the cook is great. There is a wine cellar on the property, and a great selection of wine is available. The pool is nice and they are working on heating it. Our room was adjacent to the highway. As such it was very noisy early in the morning. The room was somewhat small as well. This room should be discounted as it does not present the same value as rooms further into the grounds. Mauricio did offer to change the room on the second night.
• Maya (10/5): This place is a rare gem! - Exceptional B&B in every way. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They helped with finding wineries, booking taxis, and were so helpful with our many questions. And the food was amazing! Breakfasts were in the peaceful dining room, and we had several dinners out on the patio next to the pool. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, which was ideal. One of the bedrooms had a coffee/tea service on a table next to the window--perfect for playing cards together at night. A beautiful oasis for our family vacation! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Nina (10/5): Wonderful! - The staff was so helpful and Clau the chef was the best. Have dinner with her every night. Biking to the vineyards is very nice and we also enjoyed the olive oil tasting. I wish I was still there.

Nice settings and gardens and pool ..easy access to Mendoza central and to vineyards, horse ranches and amazing Andes mountains. Evening meals outside in the garden..Great food. Nothing
• Joseph (10/5): Perfect location, comfortable, and very helpful and accommodating staff. - Mauricio and his team were very accommodating. Even when we were unable to make it for early check-in, we were provided with a late check-in along with dinner and wine awaiting us upon our arrival. Everything was perfect.
• Crawford (9/5): Amazing! Dying to go back! - We absolutely loved this place! The staff are incredibly helpful in planning your days and the dinners are so good we never ate off property. I would add rugs or at least a door mat as the floors were very dusty from the property
