Unsere Erwartungshaltung wurde erfreulicherweise übertroffen in punkto Freundlichkeit (Fr. Ashanti😊Empfang entsprach unserer Bitte nach EG-Zimmer wg viel Gepäck/kein Lift/kurze Nacht👍) & Zimmer-Ausstattung (# 102/EG, gepflegt, bequeme 2 Franz. Betten, gratis Trinkwasserflaschen, Föhn, viele ‚amenities‘ im Bad) - dies in Anbetracht nur einer Übernachtung vor Rückflug bzw. Weiterfahrt. Lage: Hotel ist in ungepflegter/vermüllter Seitenstr. einer m.E. ärmlichen Wohngegend. Nachmittags sind wir (Mutter & Tochter) zu Fuß vor zur Hauptstr. (Marktbesuch & per Collectivo zur Shopping Mall, dann Malecón), abends sind wir per Uber zurück, da uns zu dunkel (unsicher?). Schade, hatte Frühstück gebucht/bezahlt, aber wir mussten Hotel bereits 6:15 h verlassen. Nachfrage wg Ersatz-Snack zum Mitnehmen (Saft, Yoghurt, Cracker o.ä.) wurde nicht erfüllt …
• Virginia (1/5): No recomiendo - Las sábanas y las fundas de los cojines estaban sucios, nos dieron una clave de wifi que solo valía para la hall, en las habitaciones no funcionaba. Llegamos con 4 maletas y no nos acompañaron a la habitación, nos dejaron dando vuelta hasta encontrarla y además nos dieron 3 mandos diferentes, dos para la tele y uno para el aire acondicionado al momento del check in, como si ya no hubiéramos muchas maletas y mochilas. No recomiendo
• Figueroa (1/5): Pésimo - Amabilidad del personal de recepción de la tarde y el chico de la noche. Aunque las habitaciones las limpiaban todos los días, las sábanas y toallas siempre estaban sucias, siempre había cucarachas ( escribí 2 veces para que lo solucionaran o me cambiaran de habitación ya que estaba con una bebé de 2 meses y no obtuve ninguna respuesta, la chica me dijo que iban a fumigar y cuando volví a la habitación habían 2 cucharas en la cama 1 en la almohada y 2 en el suelo vivas ), también hay un montón de hormigas en el cabecero, mesa de noche y tocador, no volvería en la vida, la piscina sucia con bichos , la ubicación tienes que coger Uber-taxi para poder moverte ya que está todo lejos ( sobre todo playa delfines, tortuga, caracol….) el restaurante bastante caro y de los 2 chicos que atienden uno no se entera de nada y nunca tienen de nada de la carta. No volvería a repetir en la vida.

• Kelly (7/5): Un très bon hôtel avec un personnel accueillant et un excellent confort, malgré un petit déjeuner perfectible. - L’hôtel était globalement très bien. Les lits étaient très confortables. À notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié les petites bouteilles d’eau ainsi que les gels douche mis à disposition, un geste attentionné. Le personnel était également très gentil, accueillant et serviable. L’établissement est situé à proximité du centre, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le petit déjeuner manquait de variété. Il y avait principalement du café ; pour ceux qui n’en boivent pas, le chocolat chaud ou le jus étaient en supplément et non inclus dans la formule choisie. Le petit déjeuner se composait de fruits, d’une assiette avec une omelette, deux tranches de pain de mie et de la purée de haricots rouges, ce qui reste assez limité en choix. Autre point à noter : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, ce qui peut être contraignant pour les personnes avec des valises lourdes ou à mobilité réduite, même si l’hôtel ne compte que deux étages. Enfin, pour se rendre à pied vers le centre, il faut être vigilant car l’une des routes n’est pas très sécurisée ; il est préférable de prendre un Uber ou d’emprunter un itinéraire plus sûr.
• Paulina (6/5): Jeśli nie masz dużego budżetu i potrzebujesz hotelu na jedną noc to polecam. - Obsługa była bardzo miła. Hotel posiada wewnętrzny parking, więc nie trzeba się martwić o samochód. Pokoje są odnowione i spore, a łóżka naprawdę duże. Zaraz po wejściu do pokoju zobaczyliśmy wielkiego karalucha. Udało się nam go zabić, ale przez to nie czuliśmy się tam dobrze.
• Ortiz (1/5): Puede mejorar muchísimo con un poco mas de atención al momento de reportar alguna incidencia. - El personal que me atendió cuando llegué es muy amable, las instalaciones estan bien. Se ve limpio. La chica que esta en recepcion el dia de hoy por la mañana es pésima en su trato, incluso no esta en recepción y si queremos salir no podemos debido a que no hay quien abra el portón ya que solo ellos lo pueden abrir. Hay cucarachas, la ropa de cama esta sucia, al momento de reportar solo te dicen "una disculpa"

No on-site sales person for organizing tours. 3. Inside the room, no tap in shower area. 4. Wash basin out side the washroom just in front of cabinet. 5. First day a big 🪳 cockroach was lying on the floor. 6. First day A/C was not working. It was later repaired. 7. A very zigzag way to hotel from main roads. No sign boards.

Il a fini par accepter. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la navette et il n'a jamais répondu

• Gustav (5/5): - Very nice staff and nice facilities! They have a pool, and a billiards table against a deposit (ID). The wifi login information did not work despite getting help from the staff, which was acceptable as we only stayed for one night while waiting for our flight, and luckily the TV was already connected to the wifi. Quite loud with no isolation toward the hallway. The hotel is in a bit of a dodgy area, run down and dark streets filled with trash - did not feel very safe walking at night.

The area seems dangerous, no free cancelation of stay, room was cleaned only when we asked for it, one of receptionists was nasty, but what is most important, we were robbed. Probably one of the cleaners had stolen our jacket and nobody’s wanted to do something about it. Of course she hasn’t conceded. Receptionist didn’t want to show us recordings of the camera on corridor, boss didn’t want to talk with us. Ster clear of this pit!!!

Love the toiletries in room, included toothbrush, lotion, tissue pack and shampoo. Area is rural but Ubers are easy and affordable. Took one to nearby Playa del Niño. The front desk sells refreshments and water. Note: not at all close to the Cancun hotel zone

Walking distance to shopping boulevard,shops, ATM,plaza,etc. Used Uber to get around which was easy and affordable. Would recommend for short stays. Toiletries were a nice touch.

Only at nighttime is loud and you can hear literally everything around. Overall, it was a great place for the price especially with friendly people working there. Will return hopefully in the near future.

• Jerry (10/5): Exceptional - Fir the price of the room it was much more than my expectations. Clean, quite, great staff. I even extended my stay for three more nights. I'll be leaving cancun for three days but will be rebooking this place to finish my vacation.the When I first got to my room I closed the curtains and they fell down. Maintenance fixed it right away. Later on I turn on the ac no working. So I got moved to another room. It was all good then.
• Deigh (8/5): Very good - Clean and Convenient Paying additional tax on arrival. This was not transparent and refusing to hand over the keys to our bedroom unless the tax was paid in cash. Offered to pay via card as we had no cash dollars on arrival. Reception refused but later accepted card. This is the same for Deigh booking on the 10th February as well. Please be more transparent next time. Paid 315,000 Pesos per room.

• Jairo (8/5): Hotel su price me in the inside. - Hotel rooms were just remodel with new bathrooms tiles, sink and paint. Beds were comfortable. Hotel not recommended for family vacation per the área. Hotel came with gate parking only booked it to pick up family early morning at the airport. Hotel not bad for the price I paid give it 7/10.

• Wendy (1/5): Terrible experience - Nothing They don’t clean the beds or even whole bedrooms, even bathrooms! First one of the drainages (the shower one) was not absorbing the water! They changed us of bedroom but the another one was full of mosquitoes and dirty they don’t do the sheets! The location is very bad, far from the center where there are stores and everything and it is even dangerous, I was with my mom and we were scared of even think about going out. Also have like a mafia with the taxis of the city, they ask for unfair amounts of money for rides and if you ask for your own taxi service they stalk you and any person that goes for you to give you a ride! I asked for my own ride and they attacked the driver! I needed to stay in there because I paid first and I couldn’t cancel but it was the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Unfortunately I just took a picture of the problem in the shower but I hope other people can show more

Owners could not be more helpful with arrangements, suggestions, and ideas for your - Brand new in buildings and landscaping, Atenea is an absolute GEM on Holbox. It is quiet, safe, across the street from the beach, gorgeous buildings with all the amenities and owners 100% committed to ensuring the comfort of your stay. Nothing at all not to like about this property.
