We have experienced a great service, everyone very considerate and very well informed about all the cocktails and their backgrounds. We were served by Becky, who was incredibly sweet, attentive and hospitable. The cocktails themselves were very unique and tasty. The food was great - we had the truffle fried and the tataki. We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend the place for a nice bar night.

Nomad68349467612 (10/5): Memorable experience thanks to Elvis Yu - I booked the Ritz Carlton to celebrate 520 with my girlfriend, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of attentiveness, particularly by the front office duty manager named Elvis. I previously booked it for Valentine's day as well, and I was remembered for it when I checked in this time. Immediately off the bat, he arranged a cake and a bottle of sparkling tea (originally red/white wine) for me. This was already a pleasant surprise, and despite running into some issues regarding communication and timing, he instantly followed up on it and offered me a generous compensation despite it not being a severe problem nor anything of concern for me. This is the perfect epitome of top tier service from such a luxury establishment, and I left with a happy heart. Definitely the place to come back to or look forward to in HK.

SS2510 (10/5): One night but a complete reset of what luxury hospitality should feel like. - I'll be upfront — I stayed just one night, arriving off the back of a disappointing stay at another luxury property in Tokyo. The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong didn't just meet my expectations. It reset them entirely. One Honest Note — Getting There The walk from the MTR through the ICC complex, with several escalators and a long corridor before you reach the lobby, is not prominently flagged. Worth knowing if you're arriving with luggage or after a long journey. It is the one practical gap in an otherwise flawless experience. The Views Stunning. Genuinely, stop-you-mid-sentence stunning. Occupying the upper floors of the ICC Tower, the panorama of Victoria Harbour, the Hong Kong Island skyline, and Kowloon lit up at night is extraordinary. Waking up to that view in the morning is worth the stay on its own. Floor-to-ceiling glass ensures it is never an afterthought — it is the centrepiece of the entire experience. The Moment That Defined Everything I had struggled with the access to the property — the walk, the escalators. I said nothing to anyone but they saw I had struggled with it. The next morning at checkout, without a word from me, the hotel had arranged a complimentary car. No fanfare. No explanation. Just quiet, thoughtful problem-solving for a guest who hadn't even asked. This is anticipatory service in its truest form — and it is extraordinarily rare. Summary One night is rarely enough to judge a hotel. But sometimes one gesture — and a view that genuinely takes your breath away — tells you everything. I will be back without hesitation.

The vibe up here is unmatched, but it’s really the music that keeps me coming back—Poncho, Miles, and Mojito absolutely own the decks with the best beats week after week. Melody_LST (10/5): Amazing lunch in Tin Lung Heen! Everything checks the box! Food, services and view! - It’s my mom’s birthday lunch in Tin Lung Heen (天龍軒). Kelvin and Mike showed me what’s hospitality. They explained everything in details including tea history, food ingredients, way to cook the dishes, etc. They were aware of every single detail. For example, when I wanted to have some tea, I took the tea pot by myself (I know they usually help me but I thought I can do it), Mike saw it and instantly came to me, he held the tea pot with bare hands (that’s extremely hot!) and pulled the tea for me. Kelvin was also aware of a stain on tablecloth, he brought an additional cloth to cover it. It sounds basic for fine dining restaurants, but recently, not all fine dining restaurants provide such professional services. I can tell they are the important assets for the team and restaurant. Their smiles also made my mom and me felt warm and relaxed. Of course, food was amazing! My mom loved it very much. The best Chinese restaurant she had! Well deserved for the Michelin stars!! For me, I love the tea options. I will come back for tea and the spectacular view!! We had a great memorable birthday lunch here :)

LUCIA JEONG - CLUB CONCIERGE 같은 한국 사람이 이렇게 좋은 호텔에서 일하시는 모습이 너무 멋있었습니다. 의사소통도 영어보다 수월하기에 더욱 편했습니다. 마지막 가는 날에 인사드리지 못할까봐 걱정했는데, 전날 미리 오셔서 인사해주시고 잊지 못할 선물까지 챙겨주셔서 더욱 감동이 되었습니다. 한국인이 있다는 것은 정서적으로 도움이 되었고, 이렇게 세계적인 도시, 세계적으로 유명한 호텔에서 일하시는 것을 보니, 같은 한국인으로써 정말 자랑스러웠습니다. JANICE - INTERPRETER 저는 사실 통역 자체는 그렇게 필요하지 않지만, 호텔의 세심한 배려로 소개받게 되었습니다. 저는 Janice를 번거롭게 하고싶지 않아서 부른 적은 없지만, Janice가 직접 저를 찾아오셔서 필요한 사항이 없는지 수시로 체크해주시는 점에 대하여 감동이 되었고, 이에 대하여 감사드리고 싶습니다. 분명 다른 한국인 투숙객들에게 큰 도움이 될거라 확신합니다. SUMIN - CLUB LOUNGE INTERN Sumin은 너무나 프로페셔널해서 인턴인 줄도 몰랐습니다. Sumin만큼 저희 아이들을 케어해주신 분은 없을 거라고 생각합니다. 예를 들어, 아이들의 밥과 김이 5분 이상 나오고 있지 않았을 때에, "곧 밥과 김이 나올 것이다"라고 말을 하면서 저희를 안심시켜 주었습니다. 이러한 말 한마디가 왜 중요하냐면, 만약, Sumin이 그 말을 해주지 않았다면, 우리는 호텔측에서 우리의 요구사항을 잊었다고 오해했을 것입니다. CHARLOTTE - LOUNGE STAFF 이 키 큰 네덜란드 여성 직원분은 저희 빈 접시를 가장 신속하게 치워주셨습니다. 4명이서 식사를 하다보니 접시가 많았는데, 바쁜 와중에서도 수시로 저희 식탁을 체크하고 불필요한 접시들을 치워주셔서 편안한 식사를 할 수 있도록 도와주셨고, 이에 감사를 드립니다. VANESSA NGO - CLUB SUPERVISOR 마지막날 아침 식사 때에 약간의 문제가 발생했을 때에 신속하게 그 문제를 해결해주려 노력해주셨습니다. 사람은 모두 실수를 할 수 있다고 생각하기에, 그 이후에 어떻게 대처하는 지가 더욱 중요한 것이라 생각됩니다. TRACY NG - DIRECTOR OF ROOMS 체크아웃 후 저를 로비까지 안내해주신 분입니다. 다음에 재방문 시 연락달라고 하셨기에, 재방문 시 메일 보내드리겠습니다. ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ 엄청난 부자는 이러한 투숙이 평범하겠지만, 저같은 평범한 가족은 이렇게 많은 돈을 쓰고 투숙하는 것이 정말 특별합니다. 누군가에게는 평생에 한번 밖에 없는 이 특별함에는 스트레스가 없어야 하고 마음의 상처가 없어야 합니다. 비록, 마지막 날 아침에는 약간의 문제가 있었지만, 그 문제 하나가, 지금까지 열심히 일했던 모든 분들의 노력과 헌신이 희석되어서는 안된다고 생각합니다. 그래서 1시간 30분이 넘는 시간동안 감사인사를 쓰게 되었습니다. 다른 투숙객들에게 이 글이 보인다면 참고하시면 좋겠습니다.

802ChrisT (10/5): Best Ritz Carlton I Have Stayed In - Truly an outstanding hotel perfectly situated in Kowloon. I was contemplating between The Rosewood, The Regent and The Ritz Carlton, I'm so happy I chose the RC, it was far beyond my expectations. Easy access from Kowloon Station coming from the airport makes it very convenient and upon arriving to the Lobby, Olivia welcomed me with a warm smile that I knew I was home. Andrew from the Club Lounge AKA Superman was everywhere all the time. He's extremely helpful and provided me valuable local insight which was most appreciated. The rooms are extremely comfortable with breathtaking views and the Housekeeping team were magical, I never saw them but my room was continously clean. The five different service experiences in the Club Lounge provide exceptional culinary delights, honestly there's no reason to leave the property! It was a pleasure to meet the General Manager, Anas, the perfect host and a delight to speak with. I look forward to returning very soon!

To celebrate my daughter’s birthday, she specially drew a beautiful and exquisite greeting card for her as a thoughtful gift. This sweet and heartfelt surprise deeply touched our whole family, and my daughter was absolutely delighted with this unique present. It was a full on experience and it is excellent and supercalifragilisticexpeliadocious. I usually seldom ever go to fancy restaurants, but this one? It is full on different, Service? Excellent. Food? Excellent everything is good here. Ryan trahan pls come here, we need you to do videos of Hong Kong 5 star restaurants and buffets please I beg you.
lourizcastillo (10/5): Kudos Gio and Yoga! - I had a really great dining experience at Cafe 103 (dinner buffet) and I wanted to highlight how much Gio and Yoga contributed to making the visit feel welcoming and smooth from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, they both had a friendly, positive attitude that immediately put my family at ease. The service was attentive without feeling rushed—Gio was especially helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, while Yoga was just as kind, polite and professional. I appreciated the way they interacted with customers; it felt personal, genuine. Even during a busy moment, the staff stayed calm and focused, which made the whole atmosphere feel comfortable. The cafe itself also had a nice vibe—clean, cozy, and easy to sit and enjoy a meal or drink. Overall, my visit to Cafe 103 was a standout experience, and Gio and Yoga definitely played a big role in that. I’d absolutely recommend Cafe 103, and I’ll be coming back again soon.

Ein Traumblick auf den Hafen von Hongkong (wenn man Hafenblick bucht), toller zuvorkommender Service, super nette Kellner in der Rooftop Bar. Hat seinen Preis, war aber für uns ein einmaliges, lohnenswerte Erlebnis. Das Frühstück war für Europäer ein bißchen reduziert, Wurst und Käse habe ich nicht gefunden. Aber alles andere Top, und die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen auch.
