Beim Frühstück haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Der gestandene "american coffee" war scheusslich. Das Bestellen eines Cappuccino hat zu lange gedauert. Sonst war das Frühstück gut.

Vonk (8/5): Aangenaam en spectaculair uitzicht restaurant - Op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van Piazza de Duomo en winkelgebied ligt dit hotel op een prima locatie. Ook kleine straatjes met leuke winkeltjes in de directe omgeving. Grote parkeergarage direct achter het hotel. Goede kamers helaas zonder te openen ramen. Douche in de badkuip, dus hoge instap en niet geschikt voor oudere gasten. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en prima verzorgd. Uitzicht vanaf 13e etage is spectaculair. Helaas kende het personeel de koffievariant 'triple shot espresso' niet. Op de eerste avond wilden wij een dessert en koffie gebruiken en werden wij geweigerd door de receptioniste van het restaurant terwijl 80 % van de tafels niet bezet was. Gelukkig had een (b)aardige medewerker meer gevoel voor service en hielp ons aan een tafel. Uiteindelijk € 124 besteed deze avond, wat door de receptioniste gemist zou zijn. Te openen ramen op hotelkamer, aparte douche in badkamer

Sarah (2/5): J’espère que vous avez de la patience!!!! - La seul chose que nous avons aimé c’est la propreté et l’espace de la chambre. l’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking nous devions à chaque fois marcher avec les enfants, tout en sachant que nous on a un enfant de deux ans, avant le départ, ma fille de deux ans s’est mis à vomir, elle n’était pas bien après le petit déjeuner à partir de 11 heures, ils se sont mis à nous harceler pour nous demander de sortir de la chambre, ça venait toquer toutes les cinq minutes. Impossible d’avancer pour libérer la chambre, c’était juste affreux. Nous ne remettrons plus jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel honteux.

Ann (5/5): - Läget, rummet och utsikten från hotellet var utmärkt Incheckningen - inga uppgifter om Wifi. De kändes inte speciellt hjälpsamma då vi bad om hjälp hur vi skulle ta oss till mässan. Frukosten var inget speciellt - det var ofta slut i skålarna och man fick gå flera gånger för att lyckas få det man önskade på sin tallrik. Den glutenfria frukosten var under all kritik - trots att det mejlat innan och frågat så hade de inget speciellt. Dag 1 kom de in med 2 skorpor och 2 små kex - och när jag ifrågasatte det lyckades de hitta bullar - 2 micrade bullar i sin plastförpackning fick jag in på bordet. Dag 2 fick jag 1 liten bulle - ingen som frågade om det räckte, inga små kakor - inget extra - väldigt dåligt för att vara i Italien som har så mycket glutenfria produkter.

Swetlana (7/5): Viel zu teuer für diese Qualität - Die Lage war gut, nur 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Dom, für die Mailands Verhältnisse war ok, die Stadt ist riesig! Ich n der Nähe waren zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte mit allem notwendigen. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und nett. Im Badezimmer gab’s für den Haarföhn keine Steckdose, beim Duschen spritzte das Wasser überall raus, da nur ein Duschvorhang war und einen Rand aus Gummi am Boden. Das Rohr unter dem Waschbecken hat es die ganze Zeit getröpfelt, musste ständig Handtücher darunter legen. Anscheinend war das Zimmer für behinderten gerecht ausgestattet, sodass die Toilette hoch angesetzt war und einen komischen Aufsatz hatte. Statt normalen Becher und Gläser hatte ich 3 Papbecher bekommen. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel ist es unakzeptabel. Durch die Baustelle nebenan am Dach des Nebengebäudes konnte ich morgens nicht ausschlafen, oder das Fenster komplett zumachen

virginie (6/5): très moyen pour un prix exorbitant - RIEN DE SPÉCIAL À PART LA VUE DE LA SALLE DE PETIT DEJEUNER CHAMBRE TRÈS SIMPLE POUR UN PRIX EXCESSIF, pas de voiturier et de service parking,pas de vrai cafetière dans la chambre, un rideau dans la douche……

Nanah & Andre (6/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich gut in nur 15 min zu fuss ist man am Dom. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren im Parkhaus in der nähe und haben 50 EUR für zwei Nächte bezahlt ist ziemlich günstig für Mailand. Es war leider nicht ganz Sauber. Wir hatten im Bad Schimmel an den Wände der Badewanne. Und auch das es keine Dusche gab sondern nur eine Badewanne für ein Superior Zimmer fand ich nicht so toll, auch weil mein Vater mühe damit hatte ein und auszusteigen. Das Zimmer roch auch sehr streng nach Abfluss was schade war.

Javier (8/5): - Tuvimos la suerte de que nos dieran una habitación en una planta alta con vistas a la catedral. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas. No escuchamos ni un ruido por la noche. La ubicación es muy buena para visitar el centro de la ciudad. La catedral andando está a 10 minutos, y hay estaciones de tren, tranvía y bus a cinco minutos. La misma vista a la catedral la tienes desde el salón de desayunos. El desayuno no es demasiado variado, y especialmente el café y el zumo son pésimos. El café lo tienes en jarras, el zumo es artificial 100 %, no hay pan para tostadas, pero tampoco es necesario porque ni siquiera hay tostador. Muy por debajo del desayuno esperado para un hotel de esta categoría.
