También mencionar que la cama y sobre todo la almohada son de las mejores que he probado El desayuno podría ser bastante mejorable, es muy limitado, sobre todo las opciones saladas. Otro punto a mejorar es el lavabo del baño, demasiado pequeño y no hay ningún otro mueble en el baño para poder apoyar el neceser.
• Archibald (9/5): - A wonderful boutique hotel, beautifully designed. The location couldn't be better, on the main street, everything is walking distance. The welcome drink and the breakfast are on the rooftop with breathtaking views. Breakfast selection was alright. The staff was helpful, they were flexible on our requests. The room was a bit tight.

O hotel é novinho, reformado, exatamente como nas fotos. O staff é fora da curva, muito prestativos e educados. O café da manhã tem poucas opcoes de comida, mas isso parece ser algo comum na Argentina. Tinha apenas ovo como proteina.

No quarto andas (ambiente onde é servido o café) tem uma ótima vista da cidade. Wi-Fi de boa qualidade e velocidade. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções e o salão de café poderia ser maior, pois nos horários mais movimentados fica bem cheio.

Hotel bem decorado, quartos amplos e cada um possui seu wi-fi. Embora seja muito bom, não justifica o valor da diária. O barulho de carros a noite por ser na avenida central.

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated and with helpful and friendly staff, perfect for our 3 night break in Ushaia. We had a sea facing room which was quiet apart from the local youth who like racing motorbikes round the city at night - but not the fault of the hotel! Would recommend the Lennox !

• Beck (8/5): Gute Lage, komfortabel und Frühstück mit Hafen-Aussicht - Tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen beim Frühstück und gute Lage mitten im Zentrum. Drumherum sind ausreichend Cafes und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt eine schöne, kleine Lounge oben neben dem Frühstücksraum zum Verweilen, um die Zeit zu überbrücken, bis man an Bord des Schiffes darf. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und sauber. Wie bei fast allen Hotels, kann man sein Gepäck vor und nach dem Check-in noch verwahren lassen Ich musste eine Nacht unverschuldet canceln, weil mein Flug gestrichen wurde. Ich hatte dies dem Hotel ein paar Wochen vorher bereits kommuniziert, trotzdem war man nicht bereit mir einen Teil des Preises zu erlassen, sondern das Zimmer wurde voll berechnet. Und dies, obwohl das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht war und das Zimmer daher sicher noch hätte wieder vermietet werden können. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht, zumal ich das Hotel am Anfang und am Ende meiner Reise gebucht habe. Aber scheinbar sind die Meisten hier nur einmal im Leben und daher besteht kein Interesse an "Kundenpflege". Ansonsten war aber alles top. Sofern man nichts canceln muss eine gute Wahl

• Hoyausum (10/5): A convenient and good choice in Ushuaia - We spent 4 nights and was satisfied with the stay and services. In particular, the staff were helpful and friendly. We have joined an early excursion and they were willing to serve breakfast to us by 5:45 am. The restaurant at 4th floor was kind and tried their best to meet with needs of the guests. The front desk staff Javier and Ailin were great and Martin was superb who served us decently the early morning breakfast. Please relay our appreciation for their dedicated service which deserved recognition. We shall stay again next time at this end of the world
• watchfulbaker (10/5): Great hotel and staff in a central location. - Wonderful place to stay while visiting Ushuaia. Cynthia was especially helpful during our check-in and during our stay. The rooms were very nice and the upstairs lounge was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet we especially great. We stayed at several hotels during our stay in Ushuaia and my partner and myself agreed that, Lennox Hotels was the best. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the area.
• 73nigelf (6/5): Nice hotel, shame about the motorbikes - Nice, comfortable hotel well positioned in the centre of town. Food in the restaurant is good and the views are great. We had a room in the front on the third floor and unfortunately all the local lads think it's a great idea to remove the baffles from their motorbikes' exhausts and speed up and down the main road outside the hotel all through the night (and I mean all through - these lads don't seem to need sleep) so unfortunately our experience was marred by three very disturbed nights!

Sound insulation could be improved. Fair amount of noise from the common areas. Odor of gas in the central stairwell, probably a slight leak that should be addressed.
• Sylvain Belisle (8/5): Short stay in Ushuaia - The location was perfect right into the city center. The room was clean and good size for the time we spent in Ushuaia. The breakfast was also good and diversified with a great view on the water. Staff gave a good service. Unfortunately it was very noisy from 1am - 4am the both nights we stayed. There were cars and motocycles that were racing on the main street and our room was facing it. We spoke to front desk about it when we did our check-out and she indicated that we should have called so they could call the police department to advise them. We would assume that they would call automatically, if they have someone on duty, knowing it would disturb guests at the hotel. Maybe it's a procedure they should have in place from now on....

Our room overlooked main street. Very noisy up to 3:30am! Ask for a back room. Room was relatively small and facilities in general not as good as I’d hoped for the price, but I think everything in Ushuaia is fairly pricey.

Danke, dass Sie uns kostenlos zwei Adapter ausgeliehen haben, wir haben das sehr geschätzt. Das Restaurant hingegen hat diesen Charme leider nicht. Manche Teller und Besteck waren zudem schmutzig und mussten zurückgegeben werden.

Tivemos a impressão de que o hotel esteja com problemas financeiros, pois cobraram um pré-pagamento sem avisar e antes da data acordada. E, ao chegar ao hotel, mesmo após a quitação das diárias à vista, nos pediram garantias, inclusive em dinheiro. Banheiro perigoso por não ter barra de apoio e ser velho com modelo de box em uma banheira desgastada. Café da manhã com poucos itens saudáveis. Sem castanhas e frutas variadas. Sem café expresso. Sem reposição de itens. Horário de check out às 10 horas. Na saída, o atendente nos ligou às 9:50 de forma indelicada exigindo a nossa saída. A limpeza é inadequada.

Happy staff reflects how hotel treats their staff. The staff were sympathetic to us since our luggage was lost and we even needed to lounge around the next day while waiting for our voyage to Anatartica.
