• Adam (10/5): Good - Hotel Akçınar – Sirkeci ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) Tento hotel hodnotím maximálne pozitívne, hlavne vzhľadom na cenu a úplne TOP lokalitu 👍 Izby boli čisté, upratané a posteľ bola pohodlná 🛏️. Sprcha a kúpeľňa boli v poriadku, všetko fungovalo tak, ako má 🚿. Navyše hotel mal aj klimatizáciu ❄️, čo bolo úplne super, hlavne po celom dni v meste. Najväčší highlight tohto hotela je jednoznačne poloha 📍. Nachádza sa v Sirkeci, kde máš všetko extrémne blízko. Marmaray je asi 70 metrov od hotela 🚆, takže sa dostaneš rýchlo kamkoľvek po meste. Hneď vedľa je aj električka T1 🚋, ktorá ide cez celé historické centrum Istanbulu. Okolie je úplne top – reštaurácie 🍽️, kaviarne ☕, obchody 🛍️ a dokonca aj prístav 🚢 sú na pár krokov. Všetko je dostupné pešo, takže skoro nič nemusíš riešiť dopravou. Celkovo sme boli veľmi spokojní 😊 všetko fungovalo ako malo a za tú cenu to bola naozaj paráda 💰🔥. Za mňa jednoznačne 10/10 ⭐ – hlavne kvôli polohe, dostupnosti a celkovému komfortu. 🫶

• FELISA (3/5): - La habitación olía fatal. Creo que a tabaco, y no se iba el olor ni ventilando. No nos cambiaron de habitación. Solo echaron ambientador a las cortinas, pero eso no quitó el olor. La limpieza de las habitaciones dejaba mucho que desear.

• TULUN (2/5): Médiocre - L'emplacement Les meubles de la chambre familiale sont vieux. Un des lits devait normalement être du 180, or il ne faisait que 140. Il devait y avoir un canapé lit 2 places et à la place il n'y avait qu'un lit une place. Rien ne correspondait à l'annonce sur booking. La clim ne fonctionnait pas. Les radiateurs sont vieux et chauffaient mal. La salle de bain était sale avec de la moisissure, le papier peint décollé. Le pommeau de douche était cassé et de l'eau fuyait par le bas. C'était pas très propre et pas du tout adaptée pour une famille de 5 à 6 personnes. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant 4 jours. Le ménage n'était pas fait tous les jours. Malgré nos demandes à l'accueil, rien n'a été fait. Le petit déjeuner était minimaliste et toujours la même chose. Bref, je ne conseille pas du tout cette chambre familiale et l'hôtel non plus. Le seul plus c'était l'emplacement.

• Anissa (7/5): Super séjour, mémorable et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent. - La situation géographique excellente, à côté de tout : transport, attractions, sites touristiques. La chambre est propre, le personnel très disponible et répondent à toutes les questions. Le petit déjeuner: toujours la même chose sur la semaine. La chambre pour trois personnes est légèrement petite mais elle reste confortable et propre.

• Haris (8/5): Great value for the money: clean, safe and central. - Great value for the money. This is not at all a luxury hotel, but it is clean, central and quite comfortable. I have stayed there several times in the past years and it is definitely a better deal compared to other hotels at the same price range. Minor issue: Cleaning service starts somewhat early in the morning, which is a problem if you want to wake up late.

• MARIIA (10/5): Отличное расположение, хорошая транспортная доступность, лучший персонал! - Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Сразу отмечу, что персонал, очень внимательный, вежливый и всегда можно обратиться за помощью. Сам номер был небольшой, но уютный. В номере было очень тепло! Большая двухспальная кровать с нормальным матрасом и подушками, хорошая душевая кабина. Есть шкаф, сейф и прикроватные тумбочки. В номере убирали и меняли использованные полотенца каждый день. Завтраки не очень разнообразные, но было все необходимое: яйца, овощи, хлеб, чай и прочее. Само расположение великолепное, до площади Султанахмет или Египетского рынка около 10-15 минут пешком. До Галатской башни я ходила через мост пешком. Удобная транспортная доступность (метро, трамвай). В общем всем рекомендую! Нет приборов личной гигиены - зубных щеток, зубной пасты, шампуня. Немного шумно, рядом с отелем находится бар и местные кафе. Иногда приходилось засыпать в бирушах. Но после 24 обычно становится тихо.

• Zakiuddin (9/5): Well done on the hospitality you offer - Can I say we’ve had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The train station is just behind. The rooms we stayed in were reasonably spacious, air conditioning was in order, beds were very comfortable and toilets were newly done and clean. There is a lift but its quite small. They serve an amazing breakfast every day, its not the same every day. This place is only a 6-7 minute walk to Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace and other important landmarks. I got exactly what I paid for. This is not a 5 star hotel but your stay will be comfortable, it definitely was for us.

The power energy cracked out for 2 days, and the suply was made by a diesel generator, with so much noise! We hope that next time when we will stay there the management will tkae care of that issue.

Die Zimmer sind für 2 Personen viel zu klein, kaum Platz zum umdrehen. Die Handtücher wurden immer wieder nur aufgehängt und wenn sie ausgetauscht wurden waren sie leider nicht sauber. Kein Schlaf, extrem laute Gäste. Wir waren im 4 Stock und hörten jeden Morgen das Geschirr krachen. Das Frühstück war immer das selbe und nicht gut. Wir haben extra mit Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt und nie gegessen. Schlafen konnten wir kaum, wir würden nicht nochmal dorthin. Vorallem zum Preis von knapp 500€ für 7 Tage 2 Personen.

• AMALIA (7/5): Aceptable - Buena ubicación, cerca de paradas de tranvía,estación de metro y el ferry, a pocos minutos de la mezquita Azul y Santa Sofía, el bazar de especies y con muchos restaurantes alrededor. Desayuno muy básico, todos los días lo mismo y quizás tendrían que mejorar las instalaciones( colchones , grifos).

It’s located just a few steps away from the port and surrounded by many restaurants and shops.It’s also very close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque & park.The room is cleaned every day,WiFi works well and breakfast is served daily.The atmosphere is nice,I got this “home away from home” feeling.I’ll definitely choose Hotel Akçinar again when I return to Istanbul.

• Samir (2/5): - As for the hotel, the staff were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel itself is old — the sink is installed very low, below standard, and is almost falling off. The windows do not seal properly, so you can hear everything from outside. People were smoking in the hotel — I don’t blame the hotel itself, but rather the tourists who were smoking, making noise, and dragging chairs on the terrace until morning.
• marius (7/5): Trebuie prelungit programul la micul dejun și recomandat turiștilor anumite intervale orare… - Ca de obicei locația este punctul forte Hotelul a fost plin , aproximativ 40 camere cu cite 2,3 sau mai multe paturi deci cel puțin 80 persoane care pot cobori la micul dejun unde au un program de numai 2 ore (8-10), unde găsesc doar 30 locuri la masa….???

Nous nous avons pas pu avoir de l’eau pendant trois jours donc on sait pas lavé pendant trois jours et je trouve ça. Dommage

Le petit déjeuner proposé est assez simple qu'il faudra penser a améliorer avec plus de choix variés dans le buffet, tout en assurant la disponibilité pour les clients retardataires avant la fin du service à 10h.
