Cleaners are thoughtful - Left us with laundry bags with water bottles outside the room, even though we have requested not to clean the room for the day. The room view, literally just 1 tiny window with no views pretty much.

- Adeline, Wan Sie (8/5): Very nice experience here ! - 😊 Room 415 bigger than 416. Both r twin single beds. The hotel has everything we need. Staff managed to put our 2 rooms next to each other. Brought our multiplug charger, very convenient. Water hot enough, can switch to sink or bathtub. Toilet seat so warm, really nice! Lift was fast, no crowds. Toiletries all complete with hair conditioner n hair dryer. Most importantly, they have AC (bad experience with Ikebukuro Royal hotel without AC) We are happy with our stays! Will surely come back. Must try the Ramen shop few steps down the rd. Super good! October laundry is also 1 min walk, convenient to wash clothes. Which I feel hotel should advertise on their website so we don't have to search and ask around ! Mirror should be placed under light, too dark hidden behind the rack. Toilet papers can be thicker. Toilet too small for men esp. Europeans! Hope Staff can speak more English.

- Julia (10/5): Excelente ubicación. - Perfecto! Habitación amplias (tomando en cuenta los espacios en Japón). El personal de recepción súper amable, la ubicación de lo mejor, esta a pocos minutos caminando a Dotonbori y la estación Namba. Lo super recomiendo. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Microondas en la planta baja. Buena limpieza, buenas camas, elementos de higiene a disposicion. Botellitas de agua de cortesia a diario. Recepcion y envio de maletas a otros puntos de Japon. Habitacion pequeña y baño diminuto. Para entrar al baño habia que subir un escalon.

- Michael (10/5): - The staff was SO FRIENDLY. We loved them so much and enjoyed talking to them. Their English sounded native even! Very impressed. Maybe could be a little refreshed, but it was clean and comfortable.

- tooton (3/5): もう利用しない - スタッフの対応は良かった。 チェックイン、チェックアウトの手続きがスムーズだった。 居酒屋や飲食店が立ち並ぶエリアで、夜は治安が悪め。 深夜まで音楽や外から通行人の声が聞こえる。 久しぶりにお湯と水の量を調節するタイプのシャワーで、シャワーカーテンにはカビなのかただの汚れなのかわからないが、茶色い染みが点々とあり触りたくなかった。

- Cyrus (8/5): Would stay again considering price was good. - Great location. Staff were great. They helped us with sending luggage through Yamato service and made things 100 times easier. Aircon had a weird smell and toilet seat was loose. Shower curtain had a damp smell as well.

Hotel czysty i porządny, polecam Łazienka była dość mała, ale nie przeszkadzało nam to bardzo. Jej wyposażenie jak i pokoju bez zastrzeżeń

- Mahmoud (6/5): - Läget är underbart. Tyvärr är ljudisoleringen på hotellet väldigt dåligt. Dessutom så får man bara ett kort för att låsa upp dörren trotts att vi var två personer å behövde två st nycklar, men de vägrade och tillhandhålla oss det.

Bagno che sembrava quello di una cabina di una nave. Piccolissimo. Nessuno spazio o pochissimo per aprire e gestire due valige, e nella nostra stanza la finestra si trovava dietro un dipinto molto discutibile, da aprire come una porta, con le cerniere laterali, ed una volta aperta neanche si riusciva a farlo totalmente per stanza piccola. Ecco questa è stata una presa in giro. Praticamente una stanza minuscola senza finestre.

Muy cerca del metro La amabilidad del personal, me pudieron enviar mis maletas a Tokio sin problema El baño pequeñísimo literal es del porte de un baño de avión y le agregas una ducha al lado la cual conecta con el lavamanos.

- Minnie (7/5): Good - Most if the staff specially the ones in the reception is helpful and courteous.I decided to have a sleep in one day.Soon as the cleaners started to clean, they were so noisy, yelling at each other and putting loud music from the phone. I tried to approach them and ask for a towel telling them that i am sleeping in. To my surprise, they still continue to yell and laugh and make so much noise. Is this ths rule of this hotel that after 10 am everyone can make noise? Just wondering...because as far as i know..i paid for the entire day of my stay( i stayed for 6 days btw.)Look i dont mind the noise of the vacuum cleaner, dusting noise,etc. But turning the whole floor in entire chaos is unacceptable. There were 4? girls in there during that time . Overall, we had a fun time in Osaka and enjoyed the quietness of our room during the night. Thank you. Until next time Noisy cleaners

The hotel staff were very friendly. However, the facilities looked a bit outdated, especially the bathroom.

People outside could be heard even when window was closed. Could also hear People walking in the hall way. BUT overall still very good price and stay. Not disappointed.
