- Toledo (10/5): Excelente experiencia en el hotel! - Excelentes habitaciones y espacios comunes, limpios. Además de quedar en una excelente ubicación en Sultanahmet. Debo destacar que el personal es atento y muy amable. Adore tomar té en la entrada por las tardes y en la noche! Quizás el baño era un poco pequeño.

- DANIELE (8/5): Istanbul a piedi senza problemi - Posizione top per la visita della città e per raggiungere moschea, topkapi, cisterna, gran bazar. Tutto anche a piedi nel raggio di 2km max. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e cordiale. La colazione è sufficiente anche se nulla di particolare. La mancanza di un'ascensore per raggiungere i piani potrebbe rappresentare un problema per molte persone. La pulizia andrebbe migliorata.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de muchos lugares turísticos, del transporte público y además al rededor hay muchos bares y restaurantes de buena calidad. A pesar de que el hotel es de 4 estrellas, su infraestructura no se nota. Se escucha todo lo de las otras habitación y el buffet aunque está buen pienso que podría ser mejor ya que el hotel es de 4 estrellas.

- Sharon (7/5): Exceptional Location - Location was the very best you are in the heart of every attraction no more than 2 mins walk everything is right on your doorstep. Cross the road and it’s all there. Grand Bazzar is a 15 min east walk. Room very small but comfortable. Breakfast items ran out too early and were not replaced. If you go there late and certain items finished it’s not replenished.

Ещё прямо под нашим окном был расположен генератор в первую же ночь так бахнуло что соскочили,ничего не поймём.. ещё сигналка вслед.В защиту могу сказать что последующие дни это не повторялось.Временами пропадает вайфай,но после просьб перезагружают и всё норм.

- Aïcha (1/5): MÉDIOCRE et CATASTROPHIQUE - Positionnement de l’établissement TOUT L’hôtel n’est absolument pas ce que l’on voit sur les photos. Les chambres de trio sont minuscules et bien trop petite pour accueillir trois personnes. L’état de la chambre Roma était totalement insalubre, forte, présence d’humidité et de moisissure sur les murs cachés par leur (joli papier peint). Aucune présence de produits de douche, mise à disposition. La télé est minuscule, sèche-cheveux, inutilisable, chambre, super, petite et étroite. Si jamais vous remontez votre mécontentement, suite à l’état déplorable de votre chambre et tenter de vous faire rembourser, sachez que c’est perdu d’avance. Les propriétaires de l’hôtel ne sont pas honnête. Il négocie votre remboursement en échange d’un bon avis qui est totalement éloigné de la réalité ou cherche tous les prétextes possibles pour ne pas vous rembourser. Ils font preuve d’une mauvaise foi énorme. Je vous déconseille fortement cet établissement qui est à fuir malgré son bon positionnement dernière chose la sécurité de l’hôtel est totalement à revoir. Sachez que votre chambre peut aussi bien s’ouvrir de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur si on a entre possession la clé et l’établissement ne dispose pas d’ascenseur

- Trono (7/5): Basta che pulite - La posizione molto buona, centrale. Unica cosa positiva Non è un 4 stelle, manco 1 stella. Io pulirei un po. Nella camera della prima sera c’era puzza di sigarette ed era sporca. Poi abbiamo fatto cambiare camera e la seconda dopo una serie di lamentele era almeno pulita.

- Станимир (9/5): Cosy place at the heart of Istanbul - The location is exceptional! The staff is polite and helpful. The room and amenities are exactly as described. Breakfast is included, and it is very satisfying. A place I would gladly visit again when coming to Istanbul! The restaurant is on the terrace and is accessible by stairs only (no elevators), which may be difficult for some visitors.

- yvonne (5/5): - Lage ist top. Personal sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war in der obersten Etage, was ok war. Allerdings war es sehr kalt und feucht, da die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Es waren deutliche Schimmelspuren zu sehen, was definitiv nicht in Ordnung ist!

- Tuiu (1/5): Dezgustator. - De cand am ajuns in aeroport a inceput si totul rau: am facut book pt transfer ….nu ne-a asteptat nimeni. Am luat taxi pana la hotel. Am ajuns la 2:00 am la hotel si am avut surpriza neplacuta sa gasim niste camere mici , urat mirositoare iar la camera care era alocata mie daca deschideai geamul daddeai de niste scari din metal la fel de dezgustatoare. Prosoape nu erau , am vb cu baiatul de la receptie si a adus, lumina nu mergea ( bagai cartela la locul ei si nu se aprindea ). Am luat decizia sa plecam in miez de noapte sa cautam alt hotel. Am platit in avans prin booking sejurul de 3 zile iar dupa ce am parasit locatia pt ca acesta nu este un hotel de 4 stele niciodata , am sperat ca o sa primesc macar o parte din bani inapoi dar se pare ca proprietatea nu doreste sa returneze nimic. Cea mai proasta experienta de pana acum.

- Agar Max (10/5): - Lo que más me ha gustado fue la atención del hotel, porque ni bien llegamos al hotel, el recepcionista salió de su oficina y recogió nuestras maletas y todo el día el joven Emre estaba al tanto de sus huéspedes y cualquier duda que uno tenía él y un chico más que no recuerdo su nombre, siempre estaban ahí para brindarte buenas recomendaciones y paquetes de Tours. - Eleni (7/5): Didn't reach our expectations, sorry! - Όμορφη και βολική η περιοχή που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο για να επισκεφτεί κανείς τα βασικά αξιοθέατα στην Κωνσταντινούπολη όπως το μπλε τζαμί και την Αγ. Σοφία. Στο ξενοδοχείο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν άνετα και η θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο εξαιρετική παρότι έξω είχε αρκετό κρύο. Η θέα στο χώρο του πρωινού στο Βόσπορο ήταν όμορφη! Δεν μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι με τις παροχές του ξενοδοχείου. Δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρά, τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες ήταν λίγο φθαρμένες. Επίσης το πρωινό δεν ήταν κάτι το ιδιαίτερο, ούτε μεγάλη ποικιλία είχε παρότι η κοπέλα ήταν ευγενική και χαμογελαστή. Γενικά είχαμε μεγαλύτερες προσδοκίες για αυτή μας την παραμονή!

- Davicín1989 (10/5): EXCELENTE - La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado de los principales sitios de interés. La habitación, el servicio y la limpieza son inmejorables. El desayuno muy bueno y con mucha variedad, además desde el comedor se puede disfrutar de unas vistas increíbles! Destacar la amabilidad, hospitalidad y atención de los trabajadores, muy cercanos y atentos a cualquier petición, sin duda un sitio recomendable al 100%. Volveremos seguro! Nada, sinceramente, todo fue excelente.

- Imen (8/5): Bon séjour. - Bon séjour, le personnel est agréable établissement propre. L’hôtel est bien situé. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Le seul point négatif serait le petit déjeuner pour les enfants, pas trop de choix et il faudrait faire un effort sur les jus de fruits qui n’était pas top.
