Breakfast not great - service was poor ( except for the rare time we had contact with Padraig who was good) very limited options from a not so “ special “ menu for apartment .The croissant was poor ., but coffee was nice Would have preferred an option for no breakfast at a lower booking price so we could have a full breakfast option from the menu .

The actual facilities listed were different to the description on booking.com. Paper towelling and tissues would be useful
• Nicholas (8/5): The very enjoyable stay - The location of the property was central but just off the busy main streets. It was an ideal size for the length of stay we had (4days, 3 nights). It was nicely decorated and was clean. There was plenty of brochures on offer in the accommodation for anyone who is a late planner. The stay included breakfast at the Festival Cafe which was great. It was not far from the apartment and the selection available was very good. Although back from the main street, its close by to hotels and we were sometimes woken up at 4am in the morning by the kitchen staff arriving into work. If your a light sleeper this might be a problem.
• Erin (9/5): Very central, convenient and cozy place to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik. - Correspondence from Petra's Apartment was great, they were very responsive and informative. We met at the restaurant to get the key and for someone to show us the way to the apartment to let us in, and it was a nice opportunity to meet their friendly local staff and have a short guided introduction to the City when we arrived. We enjoyed the convenience that the included breakfast was at a cafe, and it was delicious. We were not certain the tap water was drinkable and bottled water for drinking would have been appreciated. The apartment is ground floor on a side street, and sounds from the street outside can be heard in the apartment so it would not be considered quiet.
• Wynvie (10/5): Nice, convenient property and friendly staff. - Location: easy access to the „main street“. So we didnt have to carry our luggages up. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor but the Host (Petrica) and her team help us out and arranged that our luggages are carried up when we arrived and carried down when we had our checkout. The property is well equipped, clean and furnished. There were enough towels, tissue and blankets. Breakfast was included in our reservation and we had it at Cafe Fiesta, which is a short walk from the apartment. Breakfast has a lot of option and was offered at quite reasonable timing (you can go early or a little later). None that we could think of.

• Lorraine (10/5): A brilliant stay - will return. - Brilliant location in Dubrovnik Old Town. Excellent air con which is really important during the summer season. The apartment had all the necessities and included a Kitchenette, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The host Petrica was responsive with any queries, she was also able to get us a last minute booking at a fine dining restaurant which was booked out for months. Matej from Cafe Festival, who was on ground in Dubrovnik met us at the meeting point - Cafe Festival. He advised in conjunction with the apartment booking/host and Cafe Festival, they provided a complimentary drink on arrival and daily breakfasts up to midday, which was great. Matej briefed us on things we should know, showed us to our accom and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the booking. Most may say stairs going to the apartment but I’ve been to Dubrovnik a few times now and you cannot avoid stairs anywhere. Overall there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

• Keith (8/5): Dubrovnik has become very expensive in every way - central location inside old city walls. Short walking distance to many of the notable features of Dubrovnik. Unit was freshly refurbished. Small but very nice Our unit was up two levels. Narrow staircase lacked hand rails for the most part, and stair treads were somewhat irregular. While lighting in the staircase was adequate, the lighting was on a timer which did not allow us to ascend or descend to/from our unit without one person staying by one of the multiple switches within the staircase. Timer needs adjustment to twice its current length of time. The included breakfast which was provided at a nearby restaurant was acceptable but lackluster. Owner was very accommodating and helpful

• Angela (4/5): Better to stay right outside the old town than to stay in the worst apartment in town - I liked the assistance from Antonio and Matej . We disliked how much wasted precious vacation time was spent due to the poor condition of the apartment . Various locks/ doors in disrepair, poorly functioning washing machine with no written instructions but most pressing issue was the dangerous stairs. The stairs are in such disrepair, narrow stairwell with very little railing and 4 sets of these made entering and exiting perilous for my older parents and young child. Carrying luggage and dim lighting also added to the fall hazard. I wrote before I booked this apartment asking specifically about the stairwells and was greatly misinformed. All old cities have stairs , that doesn’t mean that the stairwells should be rotting and worn . The price of the rental should easily justify some investment to the infrastructure. Only redeeming factor to this apartment was that the hired workers most especially Antonio tried to help us as much as possible but there is very little he could do about the apartment itself .

It was in the center of old town which was convenient for tourist attractions. Front door lock was difficult to operate. Three, narrow, circular flights of stairs. Tough to carry suitcases. Tony at Cafe Festival helped carry up but we had to bring down because of morning departure didn’t want to bother for help.

It had air conditioning and the sofa bed was comfortable for our sons. The toiletries were lovely, great shower. Nice breakfast in the morning. Nothing really.

• Heather (5/5): A fine, basic stay if you want to be in Old Town and can overlook some issues. - The apartment was in a great location in Old Town. The apartment itself seemed clean. There were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. The host and her family/friends were responsive to our questions and needs. While there was confusion about storing our bags after check out and our transfer, the host did what she could to rectify the situation. The entrance is dark and narrow. We had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs, which would not have been an issue except for the timer on the hallway light that turned off and the two cockroaches seen by my daughter and husband. There was only enough hot water for one shower in the evening, and a half shower in the morning. There was a washer/dryer, but no instructions and no detergent.

• Valerie (10/5): The perfect Old Town Dubrovnik Apartment - It was right in the middle of the old town but had every convenience at your finger tips. Grocery market, sights, bakery, cafes and restaurants and even a fabulous gelato shop …… included breakfast was delicious from a nearby cafe and the only stairs were the two flights to the apartment. There was even a washer and dryer. We could not have asked for more in this position at this price 😁

• Jiří (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in the very center of the Old Town. You can enjoy the atmosphere of the city and everything is just a 3 min walk. The owner communicated with us in advance and during the stay. The service was excellent. In the room is everything you need in a very practical manner. Breakfast in a nearby restaurant was perfect. There is nothing to complain about. Dubrovnik Old town is full of stairs; you should take it into the account. But you will be rewarded for the exercise :-)

• Kate (8/5): prime location in Old Dubrovnik - the location couldn’t have been more perfect. the kitchen is modern and up to date and we loved having a washer/dryer. the bed in the living room is very short and small. the bedroom gets very hot and stuffy, so in general the sleeping conditions weren’t great.
• Paula (10/5): A hidden gem - Loved this apartment - its a hidden gem in the heart of the Old Town in Dubrovnik with the added bonus of not having to trek up a million steps to get to it!!! The apartment itself is really well kitted out, its like something out of an ikea manual & is very comfortable for any length of stay. The host, Petra was very generous checking in to see we had everything we needed which was very much appreciated. The bed was really comfy & the shower was fab!!! The all-inclusive breakfast in Café Festival is also a really nice touch given how expensive Dubrovnik is. All round, we cannot reccommend this place highly enough & would certainly return. Thanks Petra & Tony! Couldnt fault a thing!

• Matthew (10/5): Perfect Petra - We were very impressed with our stay at Petra Apartments in the very centre of Dubrovnik (without being up lots of steps). Great location, great décor, quiet aircon and very comfortable. A very special place that makes visiting this sometimes hectic city so enjoyable as you have a quiet spacious apartment to relax away from the heat and crowds. You are in a city that clears out its recycling and rubbish every day, but this does not start too early and helps you drag your self from your bed and enjoy your holiday even more. A great touch is the free breakfast available at the Festival Café, only 5 mins walk through historic Dubrovnik, whose staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. If I come back to Dubrovnik, there is no where I'd rather stay, you have raised the bar for all other apartments I will choose for my holidays.
• Lianne (6/5): Lovely apartment, but noisy at night - Right from the start, the owner Petrica was nothing but helpful. From the moment we booked, she kept in touch and was very responsive to our enquiries. Apartment Petra itself is pretty much exactly like the photos, and had all the basics that we needed for our 5 night stay. It has lovely big windows and a cosy living room for relaxingt mid sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast at nearby Caffe Festival was very much welcome, and the staff there were lovely. The one thing I would say is that I picked Apartment Petra on the basis that most of previous visitors said it would be quiet - however for three nights in a row, the nearby restaurant kitchen decided 3-5am was a good time to very noisily sort out their empty glass bottles, right outside our window . We lost several hours sleep every night because of the smashing and banging - but in a testament to customer service, Petrica kindly offered to relocate us to another apartment where it was much quieter. Overall we had a good stay at Petrica's apartments - though mainly because she was able to move us to a quieter one than this.
• Adam (8/5): Fantastic Updated Apartment in Old Town - My family chose to stay in an apartment located in old town for he convenience of more space. We were very impressed overall with the upgraded apartment, the fantastic service and advice, and the airport transfers. Everything went very smoothly. The rental came with breakfast vouchers for Cafe Festival located a short walk away. There were several choices of breakfasts and the staff at the restaurant were very efficient and friendly. Overall a great stay!
• ANDERS (10/5): Dubrovnik - en riktigt bra vecka med boende inom ringmuren - Vi var tio personer i tre familjer, jag och min fru samt barn med äkta hälfter och barnbarn i två familjer (4+4). Barnen var 6,6,7 och 17 år. De två större lägenheterna var excellenta medan den mindre var bra med några brister (varmvattenberedaren lade av sista dygnet; ganska bullrigt tidiga morgnar av sophantering i gränden nedanför). Café Festival där vi åt frukost var helt ok med utmärkt trevliga kypare. Mycket bra restauranger inom korta gångavstånd. Kolla TripAdvisor och det går att undvika turistfällorna. Fina bad inom gångavstånd. Vi hittade till och med en picknick-plats på strandklipporna strax utanför ringmuren, ett stenkast österut. Vi har fått valuta för pengarna.
• Gyul (8/5): Nice location and breakfast. - It was good, and people was kind. Even they offered breakfast for two days, despite the fact that I've stayed only one night. As well as nice location where close to the main road. Only problem was that it was a bit cold at the night.
• Verified traveler (4/5): 주차 가능하지 않은 낡고 시끄러운 아파트 - 새벽에 근처 식당및 상가 준비로 주변 환경이 너무 시끄러움, 낡고 엘리베이터 없음, 주차 가능하다고 검색에 나오지만 성 밖의 유료주차장에 알아서 세워야함.
• Verified traveler (6/5): très bien situé - L'appartement se situe dans le centre de la vieille ville. C'est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner, servi à la terrace du café sur la rue principale, est aussi très bon. Le problème est que nous avons dû séjourner dans la chambre un peu loin de celle de notre amie, bien que nous pensions que nous pouvions séjourner dans le même appartement.
• a (8/5): super beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen - beliggenhet og inventar var helt supert. Eneste negative var harde madrasser (men det hadde de alle steder vi sov i Kroatia) og dårlig lydisolasjon fra utsiden. Kvelds og nattestid var det ikke noe problem siden leiligheten ligger i en sidegate og det ikke var noen restauranter eller utesteder rett under, men om morgenen når de begynte med søppeltømming og åpning av butikker o.l. ble det vanskelig å sove. Men for oss som uansett var opp tidlig med ungen var det ikke noe stort problem.
• Patricia (8/5): au coeur de la vieille ville de DUBROVNIK - excellent accueil par Madir , qualité des petits déjeuners , cadeau-souvenir très apprécié , localisation au coeur de la vieille ville à 2 pas de toutes les activités avec malheureusement les bruyances associées, avons apprécié la rapidité d'intervention lors du problème de fuite d'eau de la douche
• Faerenuff (10/5): Smak dab in the Centre of Dubrovnik Old Town - Petricia organised a local cafe to be the place to collect the key and while we were waiting we offered drinks. Soon help arrived to take us to the apartment and help with the luggage. We arrived to find a basket of goodies to greet us on the table including some local wine. The apartment was very newly renovated and a comfortable base being no more then 50 meters from the central Strada. As we were in the old town there was no view from the apartment but it was generously appointed and super convenient to the old town. A fantastic base.
• 김경돈 (8/5): 좋은 위치, 친절한 서비스 - 구시가 안에 있어서 위치는 좋음. 하나 골목에 있고 간판이나 어떤 표시가 없어서 찾는데 애를 먹었음. 여기를 가려면 필레게이트에 들어와서 플라차 거리로 한 50미터 들어오면 노천 카페 페스티발로 찾아가야 편함. 거기 주인이 같이 운영하고 있고 조식도 그 카페에서 먹음 전반적으로 만족하나 3명 이상 자기에는 좀 비좁음.
