• Audrey (9/5): Un hôtel charmant quasiment les pieds dans le sable ! - Hôtel absolument charmant situé les pieds dans le sable, vue imprenable sur la plage depuis la chambre. Le personnel était très sympathique et nous a régalé d'un cocktail d'arrivée. La terrasse de l'hotel donne sur la plage, c'était parfait pour prendre un café. Très bon jus de fruit pressé minute. La chambre était propre et disposait du confort attendu. petite salle de bain mais fonctionnelle. Rien ne manquait. L’hôtel est localisé au bout de la rue piétonne et commerçante traversant le début de l'ile, à une 20aine de minutes à pied du port. Un vrai air de vacances à 30Min de ferry du tumulte de Hong Kong, quel bonheur ! Votre sommeil sera dépendant de celui de vos voisins car les canalisations (toilettes, douches, lavabo) sont malheureusement très bruyantes.

• Willard (10/5): This was a cozy experience for my partner and I. - The BBQ coordination and staff support were exceptional. The welcoming feeling remained from arrival until the moment we checked out. There seemed to be a stray dog roaming the restaurant area during dinner.
• Diana (8/5): - The location is the best, of course. Waking up to the view of the beach and the mountains is amazing. There's also a nice assortment of tea and snacks in the room. Water pressure is 👌🏻👌🏻 Walls are pretty thin so when someone goes to take a shower it's like they're in your room. But that's not really a deal breaker I guess.

• Phillipa (8/5): - Very relaxing and cruisy vibes. Great walks and nature right at the door. The sun shines more here than Hong Kong central. 3 days was not long enough. Recommend 5 days here. Loved the ferry ride from the city and no cars on the island. Building and construction in the area when we stayed. Too many wild cats.

• Max (8/5): Lovely hotel, the place it's located isn't the best. - Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and the view was beautiful. I probably wouldn't stay on Lamma Island again, not the nicest place with the power station and sewage lines nearby.
• John (8/5): Small but lovely located Inn - Location right on the sand line of a pretty bay - very rare for Hong Kong! I also liked that as no vehicles exist on Lamma the required walking is very healthy! Food was a little disappointing and on the costly side of Asia

• Harmen (10/5): - A green oasis just minutes from Hong Kong’s skyscrapers, absolutely wonderful. Surrounded by nature with stunning views, yet close to the city. It’s also a perfect base for hiking and exploring the island. The hotel offers everything you need: a beautiful terrace, great food and drinks, and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. I even forgot my favourite jacket, and the team kindly brought it to us a few days later at Pier 4 in Central, Hong Kong Island: outstanding service. A true must-stay. Highly recommended!

• Wojciech (7/5): - Pokój z widokiem na morze, malutki ale wszystko zgodne z opisem. W takim miejscu i tak nie siedzi się w pokoju. Super jedzenie w restauracji, personel bardzo dobry. Jedyny minus to czas zwrotu depozytu. Na zwrot pieniędzy czeka się dokładnie 4 tygodnie zostaliśmy o takim terminie poinformowani przy zameldowaniu. Dla porównania w innym hotelu w Hongkongu zwrot otrzymałem po 3 dniach dokładnie w taki sam sposób -"anulowana transakcja".

Trasa z przystani do hotelu TRAGEDIA - wąska ścieżka, która najpierw prowadzi przez "centrum" wioski a następnie przez krzaki i las, w ktorym są dzikie zwierzęta (węże, dziki). Jedyna opcja, aby dostać się do hotelu to 1.5 km marsz. W bezpośredniej okolicy hotelu nie ma żadnych sklepów, ani innych knajpek - jeśli chcesz, zjeść ciepły posiłek musisz korzystać z restauracji hotelowej (bardzo droga). W wiosce można znaleźć sklepiki, jednak o bardzo słabym asortymencie (płatność tylko gotówką lub AliPay HK). Aby dostać się do pokoju należy wspiąć się po bardzo stromych i wąskich schodach. Pokój malutki, łazienka jeszcze mniejsza.

• Tony (9/5): - Excellent location. Very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms are basic and small but at this price point so close to HK it's really not a problem, just don't bring big luggage. Breakfast choice is limited. Otherwise can't fault it.

• Per (10/5): A hotel we want to recomend. - Excellent service, and the staff met us with a smile. They did everything for us, and the restaurant catered beach food that was excellent. The cocktails were superb. A splendid hotel to pass away a weekend in. Nice beach and relatively quiet ad peaceful while we were there.
• Catherine (10/5): - We loved our stay at Concerto. So much so we extended our stay. The room was beautiful and going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the sea was awesome. Clean rooms, the staff were amazing and a big shout out to Daniel. Who went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. We would definitely go back the beach is very, very clean too. Nothing not to like. Would stay again in a heartbeat

• Kathryn (9/5): - The hotel is right by a lovely sandy beach and the hotel can provide beach towels and mats. All the staff were both helpful and friendly. The room we had was comfortable with a lovely view over the beach. We had a double bed and a sofa bed. The double was very comfortable. The sofa bed was OK once we had put the two duvets under the sheet to make the cushions more comfy, otherwise you can feel the slats of the bed. Excellent shower. We will definitely return. Sofa bed could be more comfortable, perhaps an additional layer of cushions?

• Judith (8/5): Schöne Strandauszeit - Das Hotel ist genau an einem sehr schönen Strand gelegen und perfekt um von dort aus wandern zu gehen oder zu entspannen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Preis ist sicher deswegen so hoch, weil es auf Lamma Island keine vergleichbaren Unterkünfte gibt.
• Marta (8/5): Quiet location with a lovely view - The location is really nice and peaceful. The young lady at the reception is one of the friendliest receptionists I’ve ever met. The ocean view is truly incredible, and there’s a lovely outdoor area for sitting and dining. Beach towels available for free for guests. The air conditioning is quite loud. The double bed was small and not very comfortable — and unfortunately too short for me (I’m over 180 cm). It was the only time during my long stay in Asia that my toes were sticking out of the bed!

• Antxon (6/5): Máximo 2 días - El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. La playa que tiene delante está contaminada por los ríos de fecales que llegan, incluso desde el hotel. En la foto se ve la mancha de fecales en el agua. Los precios del hotel para desayunar, comer y cenar son desorbitados. Enfrente hay un local con mejores precios.

• pepijn (8/5): Leuk klein hotel direct aan het strand. - Kamer direct aan het strand met zicht op de zee. Terrasje aan de kamer. Gezellige plek. Ontbijt aan 8 euro was prima. Badhanddoeken inclusief. Restaurant aan hotel ligt mooi aan het strand met een leuk terras. Klein bed in kleine kamer, maar wel een leuke kamer met balkon en ruimtelijkheid door groot raam op de zee. Staat van de kamers niet meer up-to-date.

Let me keep my bags at the front desk because I was too early to check in. Travel from the ferry is a little strenuous if you have a heavy suitcase/bag. There’s construction on the way as well. But just travel light! I had a roller suitcase and it was sweaty going but it was alright

Very good position Rooms tiny even for Hong Kong. Quite dirty even for being on an island in the jungle. Breakfast was terrible no justification for this. One single choice with nothing fresh. The entire structure needs some investments or a full rehauling

• Wing (5/5): Bad value of money - The view of the room and the proximity to the beach The size of the room is very small, the price is relatively high compared to the city’s higher star hotels. Towels are dirty, in one we found stains and blood. The toilet is old and rundown. The standard is worse than Airbnb. The bed is covered with dust, causing discomfort. The room isn’t sound proof.
• Felicity (6/5): Nice spot with kind staff but small, dated rooms - Beautiful location, a good twenty minutes walk from the main village, but we knew this before we came and it's worth it for such a lovely spot next to the beach. Views from the balcony were stunning. The restaurant downstairs is a nice spot for beachy cocktails with views of the sea, but it has last orders at 8pm so if you want to eat/drink later than that you'll need to go back into Sha Po which has many options for both Chinese and international food. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Beach mats and towels were provided. Effective air-conditioning in the room. The room was very small, especially the bathroom, which was absolutely tiny. My husband who is about 6ft tall found it difficult to move around in. The decor was also quite dated. We paid for breakfast in advance which I wouldn't recommend as it's the same price in the hotel and might not be what you want. It was ok, but there's only one option and it would be nice to have some choices. I should say they were helpful and made me a vegetarian alternative which was appreciated. Not really the hotel's fault given the location but we got absolutely feasted on by bugs, so just be aware!! (and they did provide anti-mosqito plug-ins)
• Robert (7/5): Good - The balcony and the location right on the beach and at night you have it pretty much to yourself. Staff were lovely. Lots of things you need available umbrellas mosquito repellant beach umbrellas etc. Noodle place and snack place next door was good and fair priced and if you walk 20 min into town there are lots more dining options. Bed was a bit stiff and small for a taller couple but there was an stiffer and smaller futon available. Food and drinks at the restaurant was overpriced and not great. Kind of expected from a beach front resturant on lamma though. For the price of the room and price of breakfast it could be better is all I'm saying.

• Terence (8/5): A place to get away from the city - Quiet, a pleasant view of the beach, friendly staff Narrow stairway to the room.
• Nicky (8/5): Enjoyable although maybe two nights maximum - A lovely location on a beach right on the family trail around a 1.5km walk from the ferry port. The beach was very pleasant. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We ate in the hotel and found the food to be good. Check in wasn't good, we arrived early and the room wasn't ready. At 3 pm the check in, time advertised, the room still wasn't ready and we didn't get into the room until 3:30 pm. To get to the hotel it is necessary to walk from the ferry terminal. This was fine for us as we only had a small overnight bag to carry. The bedroom was small but, as mentioned, clean and pleasant. There is a power station next door although this is not visible from the hotel and didn't make a noise. As the electric company actually built the family trail it kind of comes with the territory. Not a big problem for us.

Room and facilities were very good and clean Would have preferred the option to have twin beds. Would have had to pay 200HK$ for extra bedding but honestly do t know where they would have put another bed. There was a pull out chair but for a child.
• Alexandra (10/5): An amazing place to take a break from the sea and sleep to the sound of the waves - You can hear the waves in your sleep, which is just perfect. Also the view is amazing, all of the rooms have a great sea view. There’s also a balcony in every room and a very nice breakfast for an extra pay. Just a perfect location to take a break from city. I felt the check in process was unnecessarily long, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The power plant next door is not visible from the cosy room with balcony overlooking the bay, nor from the terrace. Great vegetarian breakfast on demand. Hongkong style bathroom, which is to say narrow:-)

Toilet is relatively small, sound proofing is not that good, can hear neighbour playing music from their phone.

• Caroline (7/5): courteous staff, great view but facility noise whole night - looks cozy. loved the terrace view straight at the beach. can hear the sea waves literally. issue 1: noise of something like water pipe whole night. was not air con noise as i switched it off. could not sleep at all. issue 2: teeny tiny shower - when I turn, I felt like I could smell the wall. even smaller than my uni hall one.
