- Stefano (9/5): Soggiorno top, consigliato soprattutto per la zona e il personale! - La struttura è accogliente, le camere e i bagni sono tenuti bene. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla strada principale del quartiere di Beyoglu. Lo staff è super accogliente ed amichevole, disponibile a dare consigli su luoghi da vedere, cibi da provare ed aiutarti con eventuali problemi. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio della navetta aeroportuale al ritorno, prenotandola la mattina stessa. Il wi-fi non prendeva nelle camere. Quando abbiamo riportato il problema, lo staff ci ha fatto connettere alla sua rete personale, ma nelle camere non funzionava lo stesso (si riusciva a stare connessi a turni per qualche tempo breve). Consigliamo di aggiungere una luce in bagno perchè quella c’era non era sufficiente per vedere bene ed abbiamo fatto fatica a truccarci.

- Dominika (10/5): - We had a wonderful weekend stay at Taksim Prelude Hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which made us feel truly at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic: delicious, varied, and a great start to each day. The only small downside was that our room faced a busy street, so it could be a bit noisy at times, but a pair of earplugs solved that easily. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend stay in Istanbul. Thank you :)

Отдыхали вдвоем с подругой, но с семьёй тоже очень удобно, есть лифт, в 10 минутах метро и набережная с паромами в азиатскую часть. Немного освежить ремонт было бы отлично, но нашему отдыху это никак не помешало. Мы очень довольны, будем рекламировать друзьям, которые захотят в Стамбул!!❤️❤️❤️
- YULIA (10/5): - Уютный небольшой отель в центре Истикляля. Отель соответствует цена-качество. Номера выглядят немного уставшими, но все сделано добротно, крепко, все работает! Номер брали с 2-мя кроватями, они были достаточно большими и удобными, постельное белье чистое! В номере достаточное количество розеток, есть кондиционер, который работает как на холод, так и на тепло! По телевизору много каналов на разных языках. Есть холодильник с мини баром, чайник, кофемашина, чашки для кофе, чая, стаканы для разных напитков, вода. Очень хороший душ, всегда была горячая вода, и после принятия душа вода никуда не вытекала на пол, как это часто бывает во многих других отелях. На 6-м этаже есть терраса, там мы завтракали. Завтрак был простым, но все что нужно обычному человеку. В отеле ОЧЕНЬ приветливый и отзывчивый персонал! Всегда во всем помогали, были максимально любезны и приветливы! Я словно провела каникулы у родственников в гостях! Надеюсь, что в следующий раз, когда поедем в Стамбул, в отеле будут свободный номер для нас, я была бы очень рада вернуться туда! Спасибо всему персоналу, что помогли сделать наш отдых таким замечательным!

Great location near Taksim square and Istiklal Street Friendly and polite staff 24 hours open reception. Baggage storage room after checkout. On Friday and Saturday night, there is loud music till late in the evening/night. It's better to take some ear plugs to be able to sleep or noise cancellation headphones Cleanliness could be improved. Also, there was no daily cleaning in the rooms, nor replenishment of bathroom supplies. Some of the bed sheets were torn. Also part of the furniture could be fixed Breakfast is basic, but if you're hungry it will do the job.

- Nikka T (9/5): An interesting experience - I lived in this hotel with my boyfriend in March. Coming to Istanbul in March means not to forget about the heating in the room. It seemed to me that there was some kind of reset in the middle of the night. Because we were fine at first, but it was cold in the morning. The next day it's completely stuffy. Although I checked the regulator before going to bed and in the morning. Breakfast - yes, they are brought to the room. It's funny that at first they brought us one egg or an omelet made from one egg for two persons. But on Monday, when the weekend ended, they brought us such a menemen that I was almost ready to forget about the past days. But I haven't forgotten. Hungry woman is an angry woman)) About the coffee/tea that are in the room, we were immediately informed that they are paid. But I don't drink filter coffee, instant coffee, I've been bringing my own ground coffee (or you can buy it in the store) and tea for a long time. As for the cleanliness in the room, I cannot say that over the past three years, when booking in the same price range (60-80 euros/night), I have seen perfect cleanliness. There is always dust in the corners, sometimes it is better not to move the furniture, for your own peace of mind. Here is all the same. It is clean as it can be cleaned on the surfaces. Also, during our stay, minor repairs were made in the bathroom - water was leaking from the toilet bowl. The problem of downpipes in the old town is understandable. Here you can ask the question: if there are so many disadvantages why do I give 9 points? because I didn't expect a WOW effect. There was a normal bed and pillows, there was a blanket, there was heating (if you figure it out or wake up at night). The shower was working, the sink was intact. There was breakfast. I definitely won't be living on this street anymore, but I returned to the hotel at a normal time, so I didn't cross paths with the night residents. The street where the hotel is located... Be mentally prepared to see something that was a shock to me personally in a Muslim country. I asked my boyfriend to smoke outside, he always returned with the stories that lady-boys offered him their services. The location can't be change, so it is just the information. They appeared after the dark (after 20-21:00). And it is better to return from Istiklal st. side.

- Fuad (1/5): - I didn't see any good side of the hotel except that they cancelled the money I paid in advance. I have a hard time understanding who gave this hotel a score out of 9 on Booking.com. How did they give this score? It's a very bad hotel. I don't know which bad side to mention. The welcome was zero, there was a young guy (as far as I understand, he was the hotel owner's son) at the reception. That guy had no idea about hotel management or even humanity. The hotel rooms were very old, the cleanliness was zero, and there was dirt in most parts of the room that hadn't been cleaned for years. The TV remote control was in a very disgusting state. When I tried to plug my phone into the electrical outlet to charge it, the top of the electrical outlet fell to the floor. They had a coffee capsule coffee machine, water, and tea on the table in the room (you can see it in the picture), but don't say that they were all for an additional fee. Although I have a lot of hotel experience, this was the first time I've seen something like this. There was a nightclub right in front of the hotel, and it was impossible to sleep because of the noise until 4 am, and at 6 am it was impossible to sleep because of the noise of street vendors and cars. I had a terrible hotel experience in this hotel. The only good thing was that a guy came on the first day and offered to cancel the hotel reservation because we were very unhappy. We were tired after the flight, and the 3-hour traffic jam from Sabiha Airport to Taksim was very tiring, so we decided to pay for 1 night and stay. But I wish we hadn't.

- Ilda (10/5): - Staff muito prestavel. Mal precisamos de algo eles ajudaram logo. Ofereciam alguma bebida quando nos encontravam na recepção! Os dois irmaos, o senhor e a senhora todos muito simpáticos. Local muito bom, perto da zona turística assim como de ruas muito características e locais. Sem duvida recomendarei! Nada

- Nikolai (6/5): Сотрудники очень добрые, за свои деньги нормальный отель, но не без минусов. - Очень дружелюбные работники, говорят на английском и подскажут все, что необходимо. Расположение около пешеходной улицы Истикляль, просто добраться от аэропортах рядом много кафе и баров, магазинов. Каждый день убирались, приносили новые полотенца и были интересные завтраки в номер. Всегда из номера можно позвонить на ресепшен и спросить/попросить что-то: там всегда есть работники. В один вечер мы попросили заварить чай, нам сделали пару кружек, очень благодарны за это. В любом случае хорошие деньги за все плюсы и минусы. 1) рядом полицейский участок и в одну ночь мы проснулись из-за заварушки в 4 утра. Было очень неприятно просыпаться ночью. Следующей ночью мы проснулись примерно в то же время, потому что образовалась пробка под окнами (такси громко сигналили). В еще одно утро мы проснулись, так как прямо за стеной в здании (не отеле) разгружали в 4:30 привезенные ящики с напитками, очень шумели и стучали. Мне кажется, весь отель проснулся…. 2) немножко уставшие номера: слабые розетки, одна вывалилась, деревянные окошки, пропускающие запах сигарет в номер, WiFi без пароля, из-за чего большую часть времени не работал. 3) у нас был завтрак: неплохой, он с 9 до 11, его приносят прямо в номер. Можно позвонить в любое время и попросить его, буквально через 10 минут его принесут. Но пару раз нас будили в 9 звонком по телефону (один день просто настойчивым стуком в дверь) и принесли завтрак, хотя планировали вставать чуть позже.

- Ulpan (8/5): - Расположение близко к Истикляль, номера чистые и делают уборку и смену белья по запросу Завтрак на пару дней ок, но мы останавливались на 5 дней и он надоел, одинаковая тарелка каждый день, хотя за такую цену еще и завтрак это конечно хорошо

- Hassan (10/5): Very good! - The hotel is a stone's throw from Istiklal Avenue and a couple of minutes walk from Taksim Square. Reasonable accommodation prices and polite staff make it a worthy alternative for a temporary stopover in this beautiful city. I highly recommend it.
- Anita (10/5): great location with friendly staff - Excellent location—just a 10-minute walk from the bus station connecting Taksim and SAW. The area is full of great restaurants, coffees and bars.The receptionist who speaks English is exceptionally friendly, helpful, charismatic—and makes the best Turkish coffee! The warm water with good pressure, the comfortable pillow, the heating and the blackout curtains in the room made my stay a solid 10/10. -Breakfast is served on a plate- I personally prefer a buffet, but the pro was that I didn’t need to wake up early 😆 -WiFi works only at the entrance floor, weak reception on the upper floors
- Tikane (5/5): Horrible - Location was really good My rate said that it included breakfast as well. During check in they didn't mention breakfast conditions. In the morning when I asked they told me that I needed to call them and ask for the breakfast, which I did on next day. Breakfast was a very poor and didn't even include coffee. Room itself was really dirty and I don't even think that anybody was cleaning it after check out. We stayed there for 3 nights and neither day housekeeper cleaned the room. I even found old garbage left under the sink, coffee table and bed. The slippers they had in the room were open and definitely used by previous guests. I even bought slippers and towels to shower. We drank coffee and bottle of water which was put on the main table in the living room. After the checkout they told us that we had to pay 300 TL for using 2 coffee capsules and bottle of water which is always complimentary in each hotel. We weren't informed about it during check in that we had to pay for drinking coffee and water. They even didn't give us a check after paying it. We booked a room with fireplace which wasn't working. Honestly, I don't know why this hotel had such a nice comments recently and I definitely don't recommend it to anybody.
- VLADIMIR (3/5): Оценка букинга 9, сильно завышена. 3! - Отличное месторасположение. До ул. Таксим один квартал. Номер уставший. Вместо нормальной лейки душа омыватель от биде. Завтрак, указанный при бронировании, чистый обман. Первый завтрак пришлось выпрашивать. Дальше просто плюнули и стали кушать в кафе через квартал. Уборки номера ни разу за 3е суток небыло. Номер был двухместный чайный пакетик был один😂. Бутылочки с шампунем, гелем, кондиционером, похоже не только наливают, но и наливают с одной бутылки🤣. Вечером в номере запах сигаретного дыма. Под окном ночной клуб. Музыка до 3х ночи. И как апофеоз, кровать скрипит ну и про кингсайз наврали.
- vitaliiershov (3/5): Только расположение из плюсов - Отель уставший. Брали люкс. Муравьи в номере, сантехника требует ремонта. Свет в общем холле где номера не работает, постельное с дефектами, кровать жёсткая и скрипучая. По сообщению цена/качество не лучший вариант. Из плюсов только расположение. Выше написано.

- Abhishek (6/5): Good location room could be better - the location was really good. The front desk staff was really helpful. Being on istiklal street I guess you just can not avoid the noise. But the wifi didnt work in my room only .5mbps speed. The breakfast wasn't very good very basic. No coffee option. Also there was something wrong with water it was yellow/brown in color.

- Nusrat (10/5): - Хорошее расположение отеля, в 1 минуте пешком от улицы Истиклаль, оживленный район Таксим, но не советую находиться в переулках ночью если вы путешествуете одни. Персонал очень дружелюбный, делали почти сразу то, о чем я просил. К слову для тех кто хочет снять комнату с камином, за камин надо отдельно доплачивать 500 лир, это стоимость балона с газом. Просто к сведению, это не входит в стоимость. А так все супер
