• Eric (7/5): Très bien, excellent souvenir - Acceuil et personnel très sympa, souriant, aident volontiers pour des questions (adresses, restos, ...) Très bien situé à côté d'un métro (2 min). On peut laisser nos bagages (surveillés) avant le check in. M'ont prêté gracieusement un grand parapluie ( le mien trop petit) car temps très maussade. Ménage fait tous les jours sans rien demander. Les moquettes bien usées dans les couloirs, chambres, ce temps là est révolu (hygiène)

• 玉梅 (8/5): 瑕不掩瑜 - 地點真的太厲害，出門就有捷運站，U bike，對面有超商，門有前後門，出入方便。 我們很推薦。 自己以後也會再來。 覺得施工應該在checkin 時先跟住戶說，或者安排在已check out樓層，因為正門口很災難。 住兩夜，第二天9點，在房間門口施工，釘槍敲打非常吵，反應說工期施工9點開始，要處理，然後，噪音更因加速而更密集，再反應，說主管會打電話給我，我跟櫃檯說，不用打電話，大家各退一步，我們中午之後會出門，請找看看有沒有退房樓層可先施工，於是就解決，天哪，只有我們過新北耶誕節應該沒有早睡早起嗎？
