- JOSE (6/5): - A mi parecer solo 2 baños para tantas personas es muy poco, uno para mujeres y uno para hombres, al ser así requieren la limpieza más seguido, al bañarse toca hacerlo rápido porque se inunda, estaba tapado el desfogue de la ducha, no tienen canceles para las maletas, por el costo es económico, adicional se pagan unas tasas de turismo qué sale casi el costo de la cama.

- Juan Alberto (1/5): Pésima gestión: nos intentaron chantajear por un error suyo - Localización. Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante, tanto por el estado de las instalaciones como por el trato recibido por parte del personal. • Manipulación y falta de profesionalidad: Debido a un error interno de su sistema de reservas, nos presionaron para cambiar de habitación mientras estábamos fuera de excursión. Al negarnos a que manipularan nuestras pertenencias personales sin estar presentes, intentaron responsabilizarnos del bienestar de otros huéspedes, usando como chantaje emocional que "una familia con niños" estaba esperando. Es inaceptable que intenten trasladar la culpa de sus errores logísticos al cliente. • Mantenimiento deficiente: El estado de las instalaciones deja que desear. El baño no estaba limpio al llegar y las puertas chirriaban constantemente por falta de grasa/lubricación, lo cual resultaba muy molesto. • Nulo aislamiento acústico: No hay ningún tipo de aislamiento en las paredes; se escucha absolutamente todo lo que sucede en las zonas comunes y otras habitaciones. Esto, sumado a que el personal no hace cumplir las horas de silencio, hizo que el descanso fuera difícil. • Trato condescendiente: En las comunicaciones por mensaje, el personal fue muy prepotente, sugiriendo que nos hacían un favor ("vista gorda") por habernos asignado una habitación que nosotros nunca solicitamos, pero que ellos nos entregaron al llegar. Conclusión: Un alojamiento que no cuida ni sus instalaciones ni las formas con el cliente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

- Maximiliano alfredo (2/5): Mal experiencia - La recepción fue amable. Los colchones estaban recubiertos de plástico lo cual dificultaba dormir por el ruido que hacía, en la habitación habían personas que evidentemente no saben convivir, peleaban a los gritos, hablaban por teléfono en horarios de dormir, muy poca higiene, ingresaba gente que no estaba hospedada, el baño con mal olor y sin limpiar. Evidentemente no era culpa del hostel que los huéspedes (aparentemente viven ahí hace mucho tiempo)no cuiden la limpieza y se comportaran así. Pero tampoco era regularizado por la administración. Nos dijeron que estaba prohibido comer dentro del hostel y todos comían y ensuciaban. No tienen lugar de guardado de las cosas de valor como pasaporte. Y en el caso de haber no nos informaron

I had to wait FOR AN HOUR to check in because within the checkin time that was stated in the message from the hostel (13.00-18.00) nobody was there to check me in. There’s no keys, the rooms are just open for anybody, which gives unsafe feeling. In the morning, at 9.30 I was already almost kicked out by a cleaning lady even though the check out time is 10.00 and I was already obviously packing.

O quarto apresentava um mau cheiro constante e os colchões faziam muito barulho ao nos movimentarmos, pois havia plástico sob os lençóis. A beliche, por ser composta por três colchões, balançava bastante devido à altura. Além disso, a cozinha era bem limitada: havia apenas um micro-ondas e os demais utensílios pareciam ser de uso privado.

- Jim Rusill (4/5): Se cercate una struttura vicino alla stazione centrale a basso costo, questa può essere una soluzione - Ostello vicino alla stazione centrale di Milano Signora alla reception molto scortese. Al momento di pagare la tassa di soggiorno non specifica che oltre ai 7€ di tassa di soggiorno, c’erano altri 18€ da pagare per servizi. Oltre a ciò entra in stanza accendendo la luce e parlando a voce alta, disturbando le persone che già stavano dormendo.

- Ana (3/5): No me gusto el Hostal - Lo que más me gustó es el barrio, solo eso. No me gustó que el anfitrión NO me recibiera, al segundo día tampoco lo ví y cuando lo logré conocer, fue para cobrarme y no fue una persona agradable, es más no le trato adecuadamente, fue grosero. Además me tocó en una pieza donde habían solo hombre que no eran viajeros, eran inquilinos, por ende el ambiente no era tan agradable, si rescato a algunos que me hicieron sentir más cómoda, pero en general no me gustó, no tenía guarda equipaje, por ende me cobró 10,euros por guardar mis maletas, por cada cosa me cobrará, primera vez que me cobran por dejar mi equipaje, siento que no es una hostal como tal.

- Andres (10/5): Buena opción para estancias cortas - Me parece un buen lugar para hospedarse por un par de días en Roma, cuenta con una buena ubicación a tan solo 15 minutos caminando del vaticano, cerca de una para de autobus que te deja en el centro historico de Roma. Habitación limpia y organizada.

- Doaa (10/5): Excelente - Esta cerca del centro y cerca de la estacion de metro para poder transportarte tranquilamente , mejoraria las camas , son comodas pero hacen mucho ruido, la limpieza muy bien cada mañana la hacen y tambien esta bien ubicado porque tienes todo cerca(supermercado,cafeterias ,etc) La cama hacia mucho ruido al moverte

Las camas eran un poco ruidosas, y justo tuve la mala suerte de tener al lado a una persona que no durmió en toda la noche y escucho musica sin auriculares durante todo este tiempo.

C'est du grand n'importe quoi ! J'ai été contraint de prendre ça car il n'y avait plus de place ailleurs. On ne m'y reprendra pas à voyager à Milan !

Buono se si cerca un posto sostanzialmente solo per dormire. Avrei preferito trovare il bagno più pulito,personalmente sarebbe stato da pulire più volte al giorno dal momento che è in comune a tutti coloro che alloggiano.
