• Sven (10/5): A good choice! (from the viewpoint of a german tourist) - We spent one night. It was possible to store our luggage at the reception on the day of check-out, which they provide as a standard service for free. They also gave us cooled water bottles for the hot day outside, and even gave some extra when we came back to pick up our luggage. Breakfast is good. Rooms are reasonably clean. Water pressure in the shower could be a little higher but in total we are very happy with the choice of hotel. Location is also very good with metro stations in foot-walking distance! Рабочий день начинается в 6:30 утра. Бахает достаточно громко. Все время идешь через леса строек. Вопрос к завтракам остался. Совсем не было овощей. Скромно, но в целом неплохо.

• Laurent (10/5): Great hotel at an even greater location! - Always a pleasure to stay at the Bund Branch of Campanile! Got a renovated room this time which is very well done (new bathroom, big TV, very comfortable bedding, a couch and height adjustable table). The staff is as always friendly and efficient. And nothing beats the location which is super central. If your room is available you can check in already early and you can always leave your bags at the reception. The windows the block the whole outside noice, unfortunately. Currently, two new buildings are being built next to the hotel which can be a bit bothersome but completely fine with ear plugs.

No pidan más - Lo único medianamente bueno, era que estaba a 300 metros de la estación de las líneas 10 y 14 del metro. Las instalaciones deterioradas, el personal maleducado, gritones. De todos los que había, solo uno hablaba inglés. El desayuno muy poca variedad. El wi-fi no llegaba ni a 1mbps de velocidad (muy lento). No volveré a reservar en este hotel. Disculpen si les ofende el comentario, pero hay cuestiones que no puedo pasar por alto.

Very convenient The staff are rude, not helpful and potentially dishonest. As soon as we arrived they said if I cancel my booking with trip.com they could give me a discount. It was only a $20 difference and not worth the hassle to me. In addition, they wanted to charge for breakfast and for me to pay their personal WeChat accounts. Not good. Beware Trip.com

• kaya47 (6/5): Just OK - Unfortunately this hotel is dated and it is next to huge building sites making noise and your mouth is full of dust when walking outside. Only some team members speak english but are helpful. And there of course is not wifi, just like in whole Shanghai, you won’t have data unless you buy sim card. The hotel advertised bar, but hasn’t got one, just a cafe. I was advised to buy beer in the shop. The positioning of hotel is good, close to bund and yu gardens which are breathtaking. The cleaners clean the room very well and the beds are comfy. If you want a pre booked taxi for a set price, do it 24h before, or you will get a meter taxi, this information wasn’t mentioned on their poster advertising taxi services.

Infelizmente o Wi-Fi estava péssimo, fomos até a recepção perguntar se havia algum modo de melhorar, pagar ou enfim, mas não nos deram nenhuma satisfação, apenas que devido muitos hóspedes estaria lento. Mas isso não é algo que já se sabe e pode ser resolvido? Outra questão foi o chuveiro, ou a água queimava ou era muito fria, não tinha meio termo, também não deram nenhuma importância quando relatamos na recepção. O café da manhã é muito fraco, devido o valor do hotel você espera um café muito mais completo. A lavanderia é apenas paga. Escolhemos este hotel devido as boas avaliações, mas infelizmente para nós não valeu a pena, foi caro e decepcionante.

• Tatiana (8/5): - Местоположение отличное, номер маленький, уютный. Бельё отличное, полотенца меняли каждый день. Завтрак приемлемый, вкусный. В основном китайская еда, но совсем не было свежих овощей. На завтраке много людей и мало столиков. Как- то этот момент не учтён. Окна номера выходили на стройку. Шумно, но это не вина отеля. В моём номере не работал холодильник, странно управлялся кондиционер. WiFi периодически отключался.
• Nataliya (10/5): - Была в отеле в 2024, вернулась в Шанхай в 2026. Выбор отеля даже не стоял, сразу решила, что поеду снова сюда. За 2 года сервис не ухудшился, все осталось на нормальном уровне :)
• Konstantin (8/5): Без проблем сделали раннее заселение. Достаточно хорошие завтраки . Номера пытаются реставрировать, но уже есть вопросы - Завтраки
• Esther (10/5): REPETIRÍAMOS - Nos ha encantado la experiencia en este hotel. Es muy familiar con un excelente restaurante, muy buena calidad y barato. El bufet de las mañana merece muchísimo la pena. Las habitaciones algo justas como todas en China . Trato excepcional. Para repetir!!!!
• Татьяна (9/5): отличное расположение, берите, не пожалеете - Отличное расположение, за такие деньги просто супер! все близко. До многих достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, таких как Юйюань гарден, набережная, пешеходная улица и район Xintindi. Завтрак вполне приемлемый, все есть, голодным не останешься. за такие деньги все норм, но отель конечно все таки требует реновации, но я без претензий, тк мы приходили только ночевать, и целый день нас не было в номере, то вообще все это не важно

• Christiane (10/5): Sehr zentral und sehr sauber! - Sehr ruhige Lage und doch schnell im Zentrum und nach einem kurzen Fußweg direkt am wunderbaren Aussichtspunkt Bund. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, ruhig und das Personal freundlich. Wir waren vom Flughafen Pudong mit der Line 2,grün → Nankijng East gefahren. Kosten einfache Fahrt 8 Yuan, nächsten Tag hatten wir ein Tagesticket für 18 Yuan gekauft, um nach little Venice zu fahren. Wunderschoener Ausflug! Station: Zhujiajiao -  „Mini-Venedig“ mit Kanälen und Brücken – nur ~1h entfernt. Die bereitgestelkten , fertigen Eierspeisen waren kalt. Das Frűhstűck war für Nichtchinesen nur in Ordnung. Keinerlei Wurstaufschnitt oder Kàse.
