• Donald Naredo (9/5): It was a very relaxing getaway even while attending a conference at their conference halls. - The room that was given to me has a very stunning view of the sea. It was very clean. Has towels ready for two persons. I enjoyed soaking in the bathtub after taking a bath in the rain shower. It was like a dream room after a long day at work. I just have a comment about the AC. It took quite a while before it reached 21 degrees Celsius. And it did not reach my desired sleeping temperature of 19 degrees Celcius.

I booked a seaview room and the room we were given was looking at a concrete wall. When I went to the desk to raise these issues the staff were very rude and unprofessional. No sun on the pool at all.

• Al Massan (6/5): The value was great compared to the price i paid. But the service need to be improved - I got a good deal from booking app so, it was worth it. The staff took for ever to reply, in addition when a request was given it took a minimum of 30min to be done. At first we asked for room service since something was spilled they took almost an hour. When checking out the staff took almost 40min to come pickup the luggage.

Floor is as smelling really bad , and in room very minimal Amenities( just 2 water hotels , toilettes were not complete and whatever was available was almost empty and no tissue in room ) It’s 5* hotel please maintain the standards. Or else reduced the amount for room .

• Paul (8/5): Overall very good. - Great location, friendly staff and decent buffet breakfast. We stayed in a suite - room was huge but just felt a little tired and the floor including the room did have a slight smell of stale cigarettes.

We had dinner at Grills at Chill’O and ordered the seafood bisque soup, which we found to be quite salty. We shared this feedback with the staff. The first lady who served us was very helpful and kindly informed the kitchen. However, another staff member (Pilipino lady - we didn't know her name) later approached us and explained that the dish was “French taste” While she also offered to provide an alternative dish, we clarified that we were not requesting a replacement or refund and were simply providing feedback about the saltiness. I was surprised by this response of French taste. Having travelled widely and experienced many cuisines, including living in Europe, I believe such feedback should be acknowledged as a matter of personal preference rather than attributed to a specific cuisine style. We are familiar with how the dish should typically taste, which is why we shared our feedback. So, we decided to have dinner outside the hotel for the remainder of our stay. Overall, the staff throughout the property were very helpful and pleasant, but this interaction in the restaurant was somewhat disappointing.

• Olesia (5/5): Not up to Sofitel standards - Perfect location. The hotel is nowhere near 5-star standard. We planned to celebrate our wedding anniversary (which we mentioned in our request), but our request was ignored. The room was prepared for one person. The reception staff were tired and unfriendly, and didn't even provide basic information about the hotel. Water dripped from the taps, the lampshade was broken, the windows were so dirty that it was impossible to enjoy the view, and the shower head was wrapped in tape... The breakfast was really average. The price did not match the quality of service at all! Absolutely disappointed ! This is not the standard of Sofitel.
• Saschispatzi (10/5): - Unser Zimmer war klasse, im 21. Stock. Schön groß. Explizit möchte ich die Dusche erwähnen, selbst im 21. Stock super Druck, gut zu temperieren. Es stand immer genug Wasser gratis zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war reich im Angebot und gut im Geschmack. Die Lage war super, nur ans gratis Valetparking muss man sich gewöhnen. In unserem Falle war auch das Krisenmanagement hervorragend. Im Alarmfall konnten wir uns alle im Ballsaal versammeln, es war Wasser und Ansprechpartner vor Ort, hier zeigt sich, was ein Hotel drauf hat. Und das war sehr sehr gut, wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Absolut Top Eigentlich nix, war alles Tip Top. Wenn etwas zu verbessern wäre, dann würde ich das TV Angebot mit mehr Auswahl für internationale Gäste anmerken.
• Carol (9/5): I'm so lucky I was here when the war started and the planes were grounded. I felt safe and welcome. - I stayed during the start of the war in March 2026. The staff were patient and kind and supportive. The hotel had to close the pool area and created an evacuation area. They were helpful with all matters regarding cancelled flights and issues coming from tourists being unable to fly home.. Everything was good.

При заселение у нас возникло несколько проблем в номере - плохо работал слив в раковине (вода застаивалась), душ в ванной протекал и самое неприятное при наполнении ванны из крана выходили мелкие красные крупинки (мы так и не поняли что это было, возможно ржавчина). Эти крупинки красили ванну, принять ванну было невозможно и неприятно. Персонал быстро ответил на моё сообщение, но в течении трех дней так и не устранил эти проблемы хотя мне сообщили что их решают. За такую цену ожидаешь большего. Стоит отметить, что при заселении в номер не было холодильника, но его быстро принесли по первой просьбе.

• NZ (9/5): 4 days AD - Reception and staff were super friendly. Basically all hotel personal. It was clean and breakfast was good. I also liked the shuttle bus. Really can recommend the hotel There are few.point of improvement. The location for breakfast is very dark. In the morning you want to see some morning sun and light ... but the area is very dark. The ceiling is low and made from fark material... not inviting to start the day. Also, i think the price for the iftar dinner (during ramadan) is way tooo much for you get.
