Ayane (10/5): Barcelona内のトップホテル！ - 今回、知人からのおすすめを受け滞在をいたしましたが、旅を彩る最高の滞在となりました！スタッフ皆様のホスピタリティや行き届いたおもてなしに感動いたしました。何よりお部屋のモダンさ綺麗さが素早しく、冷蔵庫内のミニバーも嬉しかったです。また、ホテルがある立地についても、近隣の地区と比べて華やかで安全な印象でした（今回Barcelona内の他の地区、ホテルにも宿泊しております）。こちらがある立地は、日本で言うならば青山や銀座に近いイメージかなと思います。

I just would except the rooms to be a bit more beautiful for a 5-star hotel but it was lovely overall. :)
Vera (8/5): Loved it! - This hotel is amazing! Great location, the service is excellent, everyone is polite and very very helpful: ladies at the reception desk assisted me and helped me a lot. The breakfast in the garden is so dreamy and I found the food selection exquisite. Rooms are clean and bonus points for the complimentary minibar and Malin&Goetz amenities. The hotel has a calming atmosphere and lots of beautiful design elements that pleased the trained eye. The hair dryer in my room was broken, but I was provided with another one. Also it would be nice to have some snacks in the complimentary minibar as well — I promise you, a bag of chips or nuts would make a great difference.

pathurrle (10/5): Very very nice place!! - Casa Alma is a beautiful hotel, especially if you appreciate a more understated and refined aesthetic. The ambiance is elegant and serene, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the property. One of its strongest highlights is the service. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making you feel genuinely cared for during your stay. The rooms are very comfortable, with well-sized bathrooms that add to the overall sense of ease and relaxation. The location is outstanding, perfectly situated for exploring Barcelona on foot, which made our experience even more enjoyable. There are just a couple of small details that could be improved. One is the shower design: it only has a partial glass panel, which makes it easy for water to spill onto the bathroom floor. A full glass door or even a curtain would make a noticeable difference in comfort. The other area that fell slightly short for us was breakfast. While the service remained excellent, it tended to be a bit slow at times, and the overall offering was quite simple. The à la carte portions were rather small, and the buffet, though nicely presented, was limited and not particularly memorable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the terrace due to the weather, though we were told it’s a lovely spot to have breakfast outdoors. Overall, Casa Alma is a charming and comfortable hotel with impeccable service and a fantastic location—definitely worth considering for a stay in Barcelona.

Firstly the staff could not be more friendly and helpful, everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, all were very professional and attentive. The hotel itself was stunning and our room had everything we could think of ever needing, the bed was very comfortable, toothbrush and toothpaste provided, lovely dressing gown and slippers and lovely quality hair and washing products. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening, the food and service were outstanding with excellent wine pairing. A particular highlight for me was the breakfast, such quality, clean food and fantastic choice, I was very happy. Everything was also spotlessly clean and the location was perfect to explore Barcelona easily. The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing and peaceful. It is a high end hotel and the price reflects that, for us this was a special occasion and worth every penny but not the place to come on a budget.

lisahuchen (8/5): Wonderful Experience as a Return Guest - We had such a wonderful experience 6 years ago at the Alma Barcelona and decided to return again for our 2nd visit to Barcelona. The hotel is immaculate and chic, and in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and site seeing. The Concierge staff is exactly how I remembered them to be - helpful, friendly and super attentive, and the spa staff is wonderful as well. I did notice a few details during this stay that surprised me, and hope that my observations come through as constructive versus critical. First of all, we did not have turndown service once during our 4-night stay; for a 5-star hotel, I would think that to be a basic service. Secondly, housekeeping service seemed a bit lackadaisical. Little touches prevalent in other luxury properties were totally missing. For example, after a full day out each day, we returned to a room that was dark, hot and muggy. Presentation of items on our bathroom counter and nightstand lacked organization and attention. While the staff was truly great, we were asked several times (sometimes by the same staff member) what our room number was over and over again. Of course, these examples did not make our stay bad by any means, but for a luxury hotel with a 5-star rating, and in comparison to the other hotels we stayed at in other cities, the details and special touches that were lacking or nonexistent seemed much more noticeable.

Lors du check-in, sur quatre cartes d’accès, une seule fonctionnait et aucune proposition de scan digital n’a été faite. Au petit-déjeuner, une personne en salle n’a pas été très agréable, ce qui a donné une impression de manque d’attention au bien-être des clients. C’est regrettable, avec un peu plus de savoir-être et de souci du détail, il pourrait vraiment atteindre l’excellence.

Historic facade and behind is an ultra modern hotel with full height atrium and delightful tree-shaded terrace shared by the hotel bar and restaurant Excellent reception team who were both knowledgeable and helpful Breakfast buffet was tastefully adequate with friendly waiters, including an interesting young chap studying Business in a mix of Spanish and English. Rooms well equipped and with full height double windows opening onto the peaceful terrace below. Well worth a visit if you are staying in Barcelona

The hotel is located a half a block from world class stores and also from the last apartmentnt building Gaudi designed, It is open for tourists and has a furnished apartment from the period on the top floor. The rooms are very functional and quite large decorated in minimalist style. The refridgerator is stocked with soft drinks which are complimentary. But I had two surprises .. There is no magnifying mirror in the bathrrom and the television has no American broadcasting stations. There is one station in English ...the BBC..and one French station in English. I have been around the world and this is very unusual???

Rooms are lovely, amazing shower and very clean. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is lovely and all food freshly prepared. Would highly recommend!

Wu (9/5): Superb - It's very clean and the bedroom is a very comfortable size. The location is great, very near to the shopping district. Staff is always at the reception and the door to help The room layout is just alittle odd to have the basin away from the toilet. The room is very dark but its in line with the whole hotel theme.

The bar was amazing with very tentative staff and restaurant were second to none!! The front desk was super and helped me on every request I had!

The street this hotel is on is a lot more quiet than other places I have stayed in this area. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast is delicious and also very convenient. The bar staff was gracious. The bathrooms are stunning and large for a European hotel. The location, near two Gaudi designs, is unbeatable. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.

We had dinner the first night we arrived and though we found the food in Barcelona particularly nice the hotel’s restaurant was a delicious, unique and memorable meal as well. The service was a delight. The only thing that fell short was the gym which was on the small side and lacked the variety of equipment we would have expected. Swimming pool and sauna was nice though.

955swatit (10/5): Best hotel in Barcelona - The hotel’s location is perfect. The staff is highly trained and courteous. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant staff was attentive and after the first breakfast, they remembered our choices…excellent guest recognition. On our last day, the restaurant manager actually came to us to say goodbye and to wish us a safe trip home. Such a thoughtful selection of pillows, there was one for even the most fussy sleeper. The rooms and the bathrooms are quite spacious. Highly recommended.

Kerry (7/5): Not worth the money. Redeeming feature the beautiful courtyard. - We have been here before & love location, room sizes and outdoor courtyard. No full length mirror in room. Staff at bar & courtyard could speak any English which made ordering correct drink and food impossible. Should have at least one staff member that speaks at least moderate English so menu can be discussed and drinks ordered correctly. As it was WE paid for mistakes and I promise we did try to communicate in Spanish as best we could bit given what we are paying shouldn’t it be at least reciprocated?? Better last visit. Casual food also not up to par & prices exorbitant for what is basically toasted sandwiches. Not sure will back.
