- Sibi (8/5): - Greetings, I stayed for one night and overall the experience was okay. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and efficient. One disappointing point was that the pool was not operating, and this was neither informed in advance nor mentioned on the website. I also requested a dental kit, but as a solo traveler I was asked to pay 4 AED for it, which I did not find very appropriate. I visited Huddle Bar during my stay and had a good experience there. Overall, the stay was decent.Hsk cleaning was very good Charging for Dental kid 4dhs just for solo travel

- Madhu Kannan (1/5): Not allowing a guest to even just visit for an hour - - One guest was visiting us, and they did not allow him to come into the room. The staff was rude and said that no guest can visit us; if you want to visit any guest, you can only visit in the lobby. The guest was coming to visit only for a short time, we requested a lot, but they were not agreeing at all. We have been to other hotels as well, ofcourse guests are allowed to visit but not stay.
