- Mike (8/5): It's a nice hotel with great staff but the location is something you have to be ok with - The staff was amazing especially Elice and Aktar. They were very helpful. The roof deck was perfect The men outside the hotel on Schiller straße stayed up until the early hours of the morning talking and yelling. It was warm in the room and at night and I either had to open the window and listen to them all night or close it and get hot as the AC won't go below 18° C

Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха после долгого путешествия по городу. Индукционная плита, электрочайник, столовые приборы. Ежедневная постельного смена белья, туалетные принадлежности. Отель расположен в самом центре города. И в то же время очень близко к остановке автобуса Hop on Hop off и экспресса из Меммингена (это было важно, так как прилетали и улетали мы через этот аэропорт, а не через Мюнхенский). Не очень удобные подушки. Чай с сахаром пополнялись не каждый день. Приходилось спускаться на рецепцию за этим.

I had a wonderful stay. Nice staff, rich breakfast, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere. I absolutely loved the bed! I want to mention that the neighbourhood felt totally safe. I travelled to and fro at late hours and no one bothered me. I also enjoyed the little extras - like gummy bears on the pillow, vanities and toiletries in the bathroom, tea and coffee bags in the kitchenette and soft drinks in the fridge.

I felt that the cost of the room did not quite match the facilities though. The location was a bit loud and we struggled to find a restaurant nearby at night. However, if you were looking for a nightclub stay this would've been a great location. I felt that the price was way too high given the amenities offered. There was no shampoo or conditioner for the shower. The mini bar was minimally stocked and when I requested additional bottles of water I was charged for those bottles. The breakfast was tasty but also pricey. And most hotels that I pay this rate at offer at least water, coffee, tea, etc. in the lobby at all times and this was only offered for those who paid for breakfast.

La habitación muy grande y cómoda. El desayuno buffet bastante variado. El personal es muy amable. Cerca de la estación central el barrio aunque es seguro, no es el mejor. Se encuentra a faltar un pequeño bar en el hotel donde poder tomarte alguna pequeña comida. Siendo la habitación muy grande, la pica del lavamanos estaba super estrecha e incómoda. Las toallas no parecen de hotel.

La colazione abbondante e varia nella proposta sia nella versione dolce che salata. Posizione perfetta. Solo 5 minuti da Karlsplatz. Direi che la prossima volta saprò già dove alloggiare! Grazie! Die Zimmer- Möblierung ist so gut geplant, dass man sogar Sessel drin hat und auch sonst nichts fehlt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist bis kurz vor dem Hotel etwas störend. Dann biegt man ein und merkt es nicht mehr.

- Marjorie (6/5): Staff was great and stored our luggage before check in time - Location to the train station and walkable to Old Town Streets seemed unsafe and dirty
- Mikel (8/5): - We had a suite, which was huge. There was an entryway with a small bathroom, closets, a living room area with a pull-out bed, a desk, and a kitchenette with a sink and dish washer. The bedroom was large with its own large bathroom and a king-sized bed. There was a balcony with a few chairs that overlooked the driveway leading into the hotel. Not a great view but not a terrible one either. The front desk staff was very nice and very helpful, and the breakfast options (while a little overpriced) were varied.
