• MV1974 (8/5): Mooi, net hotel. - Goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en schoon. Midden in het centrum Bed stond een kant tegen de muur. Kom hem ook niet ervan af zetten. Was niet makkelijk om uit te stappen als je naar de wc moest 'snachts.

• Özgür (9/5): Merkezi konum ,güvenli ve çok rahat edilebilecek bi otel . - Konumu çok iyi ,merkezde .Prag da gezip görülecek her here yürüme mesafesinde .Metro ile bsşka yere gitmek istediğimizde de çok yakınında istasyon var.Tam cadde üzerinde.Otelin girişinde dışarıyada hizmet veren bir cafe var ,kahvaltı için buranın menüsünden her kişi için bir ana yemek ,sıcak içecek (çay kahve çeşitleri) ve soğuk içecek(taze portakal suyu,mix içecekler) seçebiliyorsunuz.Lezzetli ve doyurucu yumurta çeşitleri.Kahvaltı saati için ilk gün chek in sırasında saat bildirdik ,rezv yaptılar. Resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Odamız hergün temizlenip ,kapsül kahve/çay ve kurabiye bırakılmıştı odamıza. Odamız ön tarafta caddeye bakıyordu,tam karşısındaki cafe/bar geç saate kadar açık olduğundan ve dışarıda insanlar takıldığından sesleri biraz gürültülüydü

Accueil très sympathique avec des gâteaux et boissons dans la chambre et petit déjeuner extra. Je conseille la brioche à la vanille et noisettes. Literie très confortable et chambre très propre. Je ne conseille pas aux personnes âgées car l'escalier est assez raide pour accéder aux étages
• Lourdes (8/5): - Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable. No tiene ascensor solo un montacargas para las maletas que sube hasta el segundo piso, del segundo al tercero hay que subirlas uno mismo. El acceso es a través de una cafetería que es donde te sirven el desayuno ( no buffet es a la carta) El único problema es que la cafetería abre a las 8:00 por lo que si tienes que salir a alguna excursión temprano no puedes desayunar antes.

Kambaryje kasdien paliekami pyragėliai ir stalo vanduo su vaisiais buvo maloni staigmena🙂 Gyvenome viršutiniame aukšte, kur veda be galo statūs ir siauri laiptai. Tai vargino. Jei turite judėjimo negalią ar mažų vaikų, atkreipkite į tai dėmesį. Taip pat jau laikas atnaujinti lovų čiužinius.

• Arima (7/5): Recepcionista caótica - La ubicación es excelente y se duerme maravillosamente bien, la calle a pesar de estar en el centro es muy silenciosa. La cama y las almohadas son cómodas. La ducha con un escalón altísimo, el desayuno que empieza a las 8:00h (imposible para hacer turismo) y el cuál no tomé ningún día, la chica que me hizo el check-in me dijo que me daría un sandwich para el día siguiente, que esperara y menos mal que no esperé, cuando bajé para salir estaba con su móvil y a las 2h me dijo que la cocina tenía un problema. Por otra parte, me olvidé de la tasa turística (me acordé el día antes del check-out) y tampoco me dijo nada, tuve que volver de lo que estaba haciendo el último día para pagarla puesto que al día siguiente me marchaba temprano. El hotel está genial, pero esa chica es bastante desastrosa.

• CARMEN (9/5): Excelente estadía para una breve visita a Praga. - La amabilidad de recepción; súper bien ubicado, cercano a lugares de interés. El desayuno A1 y la atención 10. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Que no tuviera ascensor. Sin embargo; puedes subir tus maletas por una alternativa que tienen para evitar cargar tus maletas.

• laura (5/5): desayuno decepcionante , ubicacion centrica - la decoracion de la habitacion era linda , buena ubicacion llegamosa la medianoche tal cual habiamos acordado , era self chekin las ubicaciones de la calle donde estaban la puerta trasera era poco clara , vivimos un momento un poco tenso al no encontrar el hotel a las 12 de la noche solos , el colchon no era bueno , pero lo mas decepcionante fue el desayuno que se suponia era muy bueno , consistia en elegir 1 splo plato que tal vez pueda ser un almuerzo ( aunque no explican que uno podria tomarlo asi ) y era minima la variedad de un plato dulce , es muy dificl para un extranjero que practicamente su unica variante a las 9 de la mañana sea un plato de carne

Solo alcune info o suggerimenti: l'accesso alle camere avviene tramite scale abbastanza ripide che potrebbero creare difficoltà a persone anziane o a chi ha difficoltà di mobilità - le camere al terzo piano sono più piccole di quelle al secondo piano pur della stessa tipologia, quindi se siete una famiglia di tre persone, meglio una camera al secondo piano anziché al terzo

• Nathan (9/5): Great location with great staff and a wonderful breakfast! - The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was amazing being able to select off the menu at Venue. The location is very central, still possible to drive up to drop off luggage. Used a Mr. Parkit lot a good distance away along the #18 tram line and was able to easily get back to the hotel. The only downside was that the room was a little small, with access to the bed from only one side and the foot of the bed, with the other side of the bed against the wall. This still worked okay as I was able to scoot into the far side from the foot of the bed.

Y el desayuno impresionante, de los mejores que he probado, eso sí no tiene nada que ver con los habituales de un hotel, pero nos encantó inclusop puedes hacer como un almuerzo. La habitación un poco justa para tres personas.

• Sato131 (9/5): - プラハの本当の中心地で、ムーステク駅から歩いて5分。旧市街の東側の見どころは歩いて見て回れます。 市内の移動や空港への移動も地下鉄にアクセスしやすく便利です。お部屋は小ぢんまりしているものの、冷蔵庫やワードロープもあって機能的。ウェルカムドリンクとしてお水や小さなお菓子があって嬉しかったです。 朝食付きのプランで、プラハで最初にブランチを提供し始めたという有名カフェで美味しい朝食がいただけます。種類もいろいろあって目移りしてしまいました。ボリュームもたっぷりで味も美味しかったです。 ささいなことですが、部屋の鍵の開け方がコツが必要でした。夜のセルフチェックインだったので、開かなかったらどうしようと少し心配になりました。それ以外は問題なしです

• Nat (9/5): A lovely little hotel with a great 'breakfast' menu - A single room- a beautiful little room with everything I needed in it. Free toiletries, shampoo, soap & a couple of hidden gems too 😉 Lovely coffee machine, fresh lemon water every day & a special homemade cake too, so sweet. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast menu was the biggest i have ever seen. It's served between 8-4pm- i would recommend go see some sights & use the 'breakfast' as a brunch (the portions are huge & its more like a lunch than a breakfast). What i had was absolutely stunning. 2 drinks -1 cold & 1 hot (hot choccy was divine). Use the entrance for the cafe, the hotel is straight through the same door. A very minor moan- The lock to my door, it shouldn't have been that difficult (but it was) 🤣

Co hodnotím velmi pozitivně je topová snídaně, která opravdu neměla chybu! 5ti * hotely by mohly v rámci snídaní se přijet inspirovat do hotelu Desing Jewel Prague! Byl jsem ubytovaný v pokoji Opal. Pokoj byl menší a trochu ponurý. Z důvodu, že je pokoj u schodiště, tak bylo z chodby téměř vše slyšet. I přes tyto drobné nedostatky hotel a služby v něm hodnotím pozitivně 👍

• Roberta (9/5): Posizione fantastica, colazione deliziosa e staff gentilissimo - Staff estremamente gentile, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in modo da poter girare tranquillamente la città già al nostro arrivo. Entrate in camera, siamo state accolte da un angolo caffè delizioso con varie bevande e dei dolci di benvenuto. Posizione comodissima in pieno centro. Colazione buonissima presso il bistrot Venue al piano terra. Per gli ospiti infatti è possibile ordinare un piatto a scelta, una bevanda calda e una fredda. Davvero ottimo. Camera pulita e bagno completamente attrezzato. Stanza un po' piccola anche se confortevole. Abbiamo solo avuto un po' di difficoltà con le prese per caricare i dispositivi elettronici posizionate in posti un po' scomode e lontano dal letto soprattutto. Non c'è l'ascensore, per noi non è stato un problema ma ritengo sia importante segnalarlo. C'è tuttavia un piccolo montacarichi per far salire solo i bagagli all'occorrenza.

• Teresa (8/5): Ubicación perfecta. - La ubicación perfecta a 6 min de la Plaza de la Ciudad Vieja. La cama cómoda y habitación muy limpia. El desayuno muy bueno y flexible puesto que puedes elegir diariamente entre las 8 y las 4 de la tarde; por lo que, si tienes prisa por la mañana y no puedes quedarte a desayunar, puedes hacer un brunch. Tiene una carta con muchos menús muy completos y originales y puedes acompañarlos con una bebida caliente y otra fría. No hay ascensor y las escaleras no son muy ergonómicas. Tiene un montacargas para las maletas pero sólo llega hasta la segunda planta. El desayuno es en un bar bistró en la planta baja del hotel abierto al público y sin demasiadas mesas. Debes reservar la hora la víspera y, aún así, tienes que esperar si no hay mesas libres. Nuestra habitación era pequeña con una cama doble pegada a la pared sin mesillas de noche.

Muy bien ubicado. - Muy bien ubicado, en la ciudad vieja pero zona tranquila, a un paso de la plaza Wenceslao y del centro del barrio antiguo, hotel con encanto. Personal muy agradable. Desayuno no es buffet al uso, pero perfecto. No hay ascensor. Yo estaba en un tercero, no me importa, poco equipaje, pero no lo sabía hasta que llegué. A lo mejor está en la información del establecimiento y no me fijé.
• Qian Ru (7/5): Good location, basic hotel and stay - Good location and really nice to have a proper breakfast menu that is available 8am-4pm The photos look nicer than the hotel is in person Bed was pushed at against the wall so the person sleeping closer to the wall it was inconvenient if they needed to get up in the middle of the night

• Manuel (8/5): Cumplió las expectativas con alguna mejora - La perfecta ubicación , todo a 5 minutos del hotel , la decoración de la habitación muy bonita y la cama muy cómoda .Lo mejor es un empleado del Bar que es de Barcelona (disculpas, no recordamos el nombre ) con pelo largo y rubio . Amabilísimo , simpático y jovial (lastima conocerlo el último día). Nos ayudó en todo momento El poco tacto y la falta de empatía de 2 empleados del bar ( un chico asiático y otro chico grueso con barbas) que no nos ayudaron en ningún momento y no solo eso sí no que se estuvieron riendo de nosotros el primer día por la falta de comunicación en el idioma ...me parece lamentable . También parece que a ambos les molestaba que los clientes acudiesen a desayunar. El resto de chicas del bar muy bien , muy amables. Otros puntos menos buenos son que Solicitamos poder realizar el check-in (no pudo ser.. ) y una habitación en planta baja o más cercana (tampoco pudo ser ..ya que nos dieron la última habitación de la última planta).
