Sembra di essere catapultati in un quadro di Toulouse Lautrec. Personale molto cortese La struttura é troppo buia. So che é una scelta di design ma nei fatti nelle camere c’è troppa poca luce. Per regolare il termostato del riscaldamento bisogna farli luce con la torcia del telefono. La colazione è modestissima . Nel complesso hotel d’atmosfera cui darei un’alta valutazione se fosse classificato come hotel 3 stelle de charme. Come 4 stelle la valutazione non può che essere bassa

• 501angeliquef (2/5): Very unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience - We walked into the bar of this four-star hotel expecting a pleasant drink, but instead were made to feel completely unwelcome. As soon as we entered, my brother jokingly said “F me” because he got scared by the host who pretty much jumped our of nowhere, to which the concierge/front desk staff member replied, “I’d rather not.” An unnecessary and inappropriate comment. Despite the bar being completely empty, we were then asked twice if we had a reservation, in a very pushy manner. After we sat down, we were told that the area was “reserved,” even though there was not a single other customer in the bar. At that point, we decided to leave. A four-star hotel should offer professionalism and basic hospitality—this was the opposite. In the end, they lost three customers simply because of poor attitude and unnecessary gatekeeping.

• Bonnie (7/5): Too many negatives, few positives. - The bathroom and bedroom were lovely and the main floor unique and beautiful. It is a bit pricey, and we were there just one night, so expected that when we checked in things would all be in good order. When we entered the bathroom the light was flickering, was almost like a strobe light and flashing. It made it very difficult to be in there and frankly having a bath had to rush as it was causing a migraine. I went downstairs, told them we would be out and asked him to change the bulb while we were out. He said it wasn’t going to happen as he was there alone. He assured it would be done the next day (knowing we were only there the one night). It may seem like a small thing, but it made it miserable, every time the bath light was on as there was a window from the bathroom to the bed area (weird in itself) it would flash in the bed area as well. He couldn’t change a bulb? Seriously, for that much money I expected better. Id love to talk to the owner. There also were no usb plugs, no kettle or coffee, amenities were few and it was not soundproof. The bed was higher in the middle so you kind of rolled to the edge. We also had no view to the outside world. The good was the pillows and the bathtub. When we tried to leave we had to walk several blocks so an uber could pick us up as the one way road it was on was blocked by a doors and windows delivery truck. All in all it was really a bad experience for us.

• P1267KDlisam (6/5): Good location but overrated - Over all it's an okay hotel, we did a 4-night stay and it was way too small for that. There is no space for suitcases/luggage, the toilet door/bathroom door is a bifold door and it just does not do the job. The hot water though was just horrific, there was only hot water in the mornings and in the evening it was lukewarm - which doesn't help when you are getting ready to head out for dinner after a day exploring. When we checked in we weren't told where breakfast was being served - noting it's a very small hotel. So we opted for in-room breakfast service - We left the breakfast in room sign on our door for our first morning with a 7.30 am time slot, and at 8.15 still nothing was delivered so we went out for breakfast instead and didn't use the facilities after that. Over all the location is great. But we've gotten better service in similar locations.

The walk-in shower was large and had good pressure. The lobby and breakfast area was well appointed. Breakfast was very good. The host offered an American sized coffee each morning, which was much appreciated. The hotel is in a good location close to the Metro. Very pleased with our stay. Thank you to the staff.

The room itself was small but stunningly decorated (we knew the size before). There was a lovely handwritten welcome note which just summed up the hotel. This hotel was personal and we would defiantly recommend it and also stay there again. Thankyou for our stay!

• W1075DIcarolb (10/5): Beautiful Boutique Hotel in a Great Location - My son and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful boutique hotel. We both loved it. The staff whom we met were all polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Whilst the rooms are small, that wasn’t a problem for us. The beds are very comfortable and our room faced the rear and was very quiet. The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower had good pressure. There were soft fluffy towels and robes. Nice touches, e.g. an automatic light in the wardrobe and free to use safe. No kettle tho. The location was fab, very central. We walked to most of the tourist sites, or hopped the metro to go further afield.

The curtains were dirty, there was an old toothpick/flosser on the floor, the housekeeping is very loud in the morning with door slamming when I was trying to sleep.
• Jet260315 (10/5): Charming Parisian Hotel with an Awesome location - A gem of a boutique hotel in Paris, full of Parisian charm and in a fantastic location. Thibeau welcomed us warmly at check-in and was wonderfully hospitable throughout our stay. The rooms are small, but with so much to explore in Paris, we didn’t mind at all. The water pressure was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The hotel also served the most delicious scrambled eggs, soft and fluffy. Their coffee was also excellent. Hotel is within walking distance of the RER Auber station, the metro, and surrounded by countless restaurants, shops, bakeries, department stores (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette) and the Opera House (Palais Garnier). There are truly endless options right at your doorstep.

• Experience625847 (10/5): Great location, lovely staff! - Lovely hotel and staff, great location on the right bank, right near the Opera House. The room is clean albeit very small. We were only there for one night however for longer stays it could be a bit difficult. Great towels and bedding! Could provide a bit more in the way of room amenities, shower caps, body lotion etc. I will stay here again for a longer stay if the rooms were larger. Paris Hotel rooms are what they are, most are usually small, but this was particularly small.

He also gave me tips about where to visit during my next trip to Paris. Despite it being very late at night/early in the morning he had a great attitude and ensured my stay and departure was smooth.

In the room the space for working on the PC is very limited and uncomfortable. In the bathroom I would suggest putting a curtain or glass to limit water splashing on the floor if you shower.

• Frances (8/5): Very good location. Very good service. Just pray that the elevator doesn’t bog down again! - Location was excellent. Staff were very attentive and courteous. The elevator broke down on our last 2 days. Had to climb up 5 flights of stairs. Once we had to go all the way back down when both our 2 card keys wouldn’t working. So that was really traumatic, climbing 5 floors only to find out you have to go back down to get your card keys reset, then go back up to your room. Despite this issue, the staff were very apologetic and helpful. They even carried our luggage all the way down for check out, while keeping smiles on their faces.
