Nicolas (5/5): A lovely location with welcoming hosts, investment in new linen and a small welcome hamper would make it even more welco - Lovely location and very friendly welcoming owners. The bed was not very comfortable, a welcome hamper would have been nice as would basic toiletries such as soap and toilet roll. The towels, although provided were very old, small and exceptionally thin.

Sergey Glybov (10/5): Beautiful Tuscan Stay with Family Warmth - We had a wonderful family getaway at Villa Pian De Noci - Tenuta del Palagio in Mercatale Val di Pesa. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a Tuscan break. Our group of three felt right at home in the charming villa, and the nearby vineyards and countryside views were just stunning. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay easy and relaxing from Oct 9-12. Warm hospitality and easy communication completed a memorable visit. Would highly recommend for families seeking a tranquil Tuscan retreat.

Gaby (9/5): Ausflüge und Entspannung 93,99 - Wir hatten das zur Einfahrt hin gelegene Appartement für 2 Personen, praktisch ein Haus mit Wendeltreppe und großer Terrasse. Es liegt mitten in den Weinbergen und da nur wenige Appartements vorhanden sind, ist es sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist prima, man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Hier und da ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste erneuert werden. Aber es ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich gut selbst zu versorgen. Die Lage zwischen Florenz und Siena ist super für Tagesausflüge zu den toskanischen historischen Orten. Man ist aber dort auf das Auto angewiesen. Die Mücken! Das Einchecken war nicht ganz einfach, da es zeitlich gebunden ist und ein paar Kilometer entfernt erfolgen muss. Auch mit dem Navi nicht so einfach zu finden.

Alistair (10/5): Postcard perfect accommodation in authentic toscan setting - We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Pian de Noci – it's set in a beautiful, hill-top, picture-perfect location that truly feels like a getaway. It is accessed via a short track that cuts across a vineyard. The setting is peaceful, scenic, and ideal for relaxing - with a good size, clean, swimming pool - or exploring the surrounding area - Mercatale is within walking distance and Florence just over 30 minutes drive. We also enjoyed visiting San Gimignano! Everything was just as described, and even better in person. We absolutely loved our beautiful spacious apartment (with a full kitchen!) amd our own private area to enjoy dinner al fresco! The team is absolutely lovely and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing friendly Tuscan retreat! Cannot fault it!

The views are incredible, the property is pristine, and the villa was spacious and well appointed. It was like a dream. We wished we could stay longer. Highly recommend.
Shelley (8/5): Nice place with very beautiful views - The location of the place is great but you have to go to the winery to check in then drive 2.5km to the house. We got great sunset pictures and the views are spectacular. You can hear the people in the other units way too well. The size of the showers are tiny and the bidet in the one bathroom was laughable at the room you had, maybe six inches, no joke. Why bother I wonder. Not a lot close for food. A great place if you bring your own as they do have a bbq and out door eating areas.

Jens (10/5): Magical birthday weekend with 20 friends in Pian de Noci - The remoteness of the villa gives you enough privacy, the pool is magnificent for the heat, the setup of the apartments and the kitchens is more than sufficient. The location is outstanding and delivers 100% on the real Tuscany experience The pool got a little murky after 3 days. I guess it would've needed daily tending. It didn't bother us, but on day 4 we would've asked for some maintenance. Minor thing, it was a perfect stay nonetheless

Costly services (such as heating) which we decided not to get. One of the showers did not work properly but nothing huge. Perhaps having some salt, oil and spices available to customers would be a great addition.
Cristina (8/5): dissapointed in treatment great location - the apartment was great big the location is beautifull but the staff well they left us for 4 nights and 3 people 1 toilet paper and when i called they said is agriturismo....make sure you buy everything salt pepper toilet paper cofee sugar oil ...i thouth agriturismo is expecting your guest eith smth local not buying your own toilet paper... the basig stuff needed especially when guest are coming by plane...or atleast let them know before they arrive to get everything

Collecting key is 3 km away at a winery. there’s no restaurant at the site - it was at the winery which is not clear from Booking.com. Expressing our disappointment the owner said we could cancel but given it was non-refundable, it was an very unhelpful comment. Her attitude was hardly service orientated. We weren’t advised that we were entitled to a wine tasting which one of the other guests said was part of staying. Also a long gravel drive which may be difficult if on motorbikes as we were. Also if you want the sofa bed made up you need to ask. However the sofa bed is in a room below ground, like an old cellar, it smelt dank and unpleasant and I did not enjoy sleeping down there.
