• Anna (2/5): Disappointing - The location was in the old Sultanahmet area we wanted to stay in, which is beautiful. However, the hotel itself is situated right in the corner of a very busy narrow street, where there is a steep ascent. As a result, it could be dangerous to cross the road, and there are also very limited options for parking - we arrived and departed on a taxi and both times it was quite stressful because our taxi was blocking the road. There was an electricity outage in the area and we stayed without power and hot water for more than two hours. It was our last day in Istanbul and this disrupted all our plans as we didn’t feel safe to leave our things in the hotel without light and not knowing if the electric key system was working properly. There was also a very steep dark stairs that was difficult to walk without a light - and no lifts working. Despite all this, the hotel refused to issue any refund to us. Also, the room we were staying in was extremely small (despite being a deluxe one) and the balcony was divided in half with a glass divider - we were literally feeling we were intruding on a privacy of our neighbours who were sitting at the other half of the balcony. Finally, there was an emergency ladder leading to our balcony from the outside, which was accessible from other levels and not too high from the ground - this was a security risk if we left the balcony door open. However, there was no way not to leave it open because it was the only way to get fresh air into the room.

Но, персонал старается решить ваш вопрос всегда. Отсутствие завтрака, даже за доплату нету. Комары летают, но, их травят.
• Dodie (10/5): Exceptionally comfortable stay ! - Excellent location! it’s just a five minute walk from Sultanahmet square!! There’s a beautiful terrace overlooking Mehmet Sokollu’s mosque, very panoramic. The room was cleaned everyday and comfortable for its size, (the shower was very spacious and worked well) + the staff, especially Aziz, were all very friendly and helpful with anything we could need!! i highly recommend and would definitely come back ❤️ thank you Sultan Palace !!! Everything was fine, except maybe payment in property by card not being available, (the staff were very kind however and pointed out a helpful atm with zero commissions near the hotel)

• Olha (10/5): A wonderful hotel — we had a fantastic stay - Everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They provided us with all the information about the hotel, explained where everything was located, and even showed us around. The room was lovely, with a view of a quiet street, which made it very peaceful. What we liked the most was the terrace — it’s a perfect place to have dinner, enjoy breakfast, or simply sit and relax while admiring the beautiful view of the mosque. The location is excellent, very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Square, and the waterfront. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, and small shops nearby, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The walls in the room are quite thin, so you can hear sounds from neighboring rooms and other guests. It didn’t really bother us, but for people who are sensitive to noise, especially in the early morning, it might be a bit disturbing

Особенно хочется отметить вид с крыши — он просто великолепный! Открывается прекрасный вид на мечеть Соколлу Мехмед Паши. Расположение отеля очень удобное: рядом находятся Айя-София, Голубая мечеть и парк Гюльхане. Также недалеко проходит трамвайная линия T1, можно удобно сесть на остановке Чемберлиташ. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить персонал — очень добрые и отзывчивые люди. Нам много помогали во время проживания. Пусть Аллах будет ими доволен! Я очень рада, что выбрала именно этот отель. Иншаллах, надеюсь приехать сюда снова. Район Султанахмет мне очень понравился — уезжали с грустью, не хотелось прощаться. Честно говоря, за всё время проживания мы не нашли никаких минусов.

Вид с номера на мраморное море и на мечеть Соколлу Мехмед-паши, шикарный вид. В номере было чисто, тепло, отопление регулируется, это существенный плюс для Стамбула в прохладное время. Так же у отеля есть терраса с шикарным видом, где можно посидеть выпить чая и юли кофе. Уборку проводят каждый день, убираются чисто, мы отказывались от каждодневной уборки, было чисто. Предоставили чайник по просьбе. Вай фай работает отлично. Персонал отеля приветливый, дружелюбный. В номере следует сделать небольшой ремонт, ламинат разбит возле двери в душевую. Фото вида с номера 402 с балконом нет в описании, там пожарная лестница.

A szobára ráférne egy felújítás, de a célnak megfelelt- legyen fedél a fejünk felett :) az ágynemű és törülköző látszott hogy mosva van, de voltak rajta fura foltok. A szobában borzasztó meleg volt, a fűtés nem volt szabályozható és mivel szinte 0-24ben sirályok és galambok rikácsoltak, plusz a tetőn is mászkáltak macskák, nem volt megoldás az egész napos, éjszakai szellőztetés. A szállás mellett van egy mecset, ahonnan reggel 6kor szól az imára hívás, légvonalban a kikötő sincs messze, hajókürtök hallatszanak nagyon korán, szóval aki szeretne sokat aludni, itt nem fog. Ezenkívül a falak nagyon vékonyak és szerencsénk volt más vendégekkel a folyósón, akik úgy érezték otthon vannak és hajnali 2-ig élték az életüket, ajtócsapkodás, zenehallgatás, hangos beszélgetés mellett. jó lett volna egy vízforraló és bögre a szobában, plusz ha az ágyneműn nem lettek volna le se akarom írni foltok....

Heißes Wasser gab es nicht wir haben ein anderes Hotel buchen müssen damit wir duschen können. Der Besitzer hat unser Geld nicht zurück gegeben und meinte entweder bleibt ihr so hier oder ihr kriegt kein Cent zurück!! Finger weg!!!

Al fin una mampara triple que no deja pasar absolutamente nada de agua. Cumplió con mis expectativas. Está muy céntrico, pero es un poco difícil de localizar, pero Arif nos guió con una videollamada y evitó que pagasemos taxi por solo 500 mts

The shower stopped working. The toilet seat was also fairly broken. I opted for a sea view room with separate beds. They first allotted me a non-sea view room and then upgraded me. The sea was barely visible from my 'upgraded' room too. Not worth the money.

Las habitaciones son lindas, aunque hace mucho ruido entre una y otra, pero tiene unas vistas increíbles en la azotea.
