The hotel consisted of a room and a bathroom, the room consisted of two beds, one for two people and one for one person, the room is beautiful and very suitable for a family of two people and a child, the place is close to Osmanbey metro station and close to all services and in a lively and beautiful place, the staff are very very cooperative and helpful to the point that there is a laundry unit for our clothes for free and they extended our checkout time for two hours based on our request, meaning if I asked for more time they gave it to me, the room itself I rate it 9 out of 10, the air conditioning is very excellent, there is internet that is very suitable الماء كان يتجمع في أرضية دورة المياه وفي مغسلة اليدين تصريف الماء في أرضية دورة المياه والمغسلة كان سيئ جداً تحتاج الى إصلاح يعني المويه ما تروح بسرعة ولكن مغسلة اليدين كانت تصرف الماء بشكل اسرع من أرضية دورة المياه ، أنا ما علمتهم عن المشكلة هذي ممكن لو علمتهم بيصلحونها ، طلبت منهم شطافة البلاط اللي تمسح المويه وجابوها لي . Water was accumulating on the bathroom floor and in the hand basin. The water drainage in the bathroom floor and the basin was very bad and needs to be fixed. I mean, the water was not draining quickly, but the hand basin was draining faster than the bathroom floor. I did not tell them about this problem. Maybe if I told them, they would fix it. I asked them for a tile bidet that wipes up water, and they brought it to me.

The staff were also very helpful and kind. However, on the second day of my stay, when I returned to the room around noon, I saw one or two bugs on the bed. Since I had just opened the window a few minutes earlier, I assumed they had come from outside and didn’t think much of it. But later that evening, I noticed that there were tiny tiny bugs on the floor around the bed. I immediately called reception and said I wanted to change rooms. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful, and they moved me to a different room. Still, from that point on, I continued my stay feeling very uncomfortable. Since I had already paid for the room and I knew there is no refund policy and I was also on a business trip — I had to complete my stay. Also

Было очень грязно, много пыли было в углах и под мебелью. Под кроватями также никто не моет. В номере имеется плита, но никаких приборов, посуды нет, как готовить - не понятно, либо запрашивать каждый предмет, что тоже не логично. Завтраки неплохие, нам понравились, подаются с 8 до 10. Но если вы придете к 8, ни факт, что все будет готово. Из плюсов - хорошее постельное белье, удобные кровати, матрас, просторная комната. Хорошее местоположение, метро в 5 минутах. Рядом много кафешек и магазинов. В общем, в целом было неплохо, но грязно, за что, естественно, и снижено ревью.

- hussains1405 (4/5): Unpleasant Stay Experience and Disappointments - Urgent Attention Required - Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the experience I encountered during my temporary stay at your hotel. I had booked my room through the airport application, and my experience was extremely unsatisfactory from the very beginning. I, like many others, expected the hotel they choose to be a 4-star property classified according to the well-known star rating system. However, the reality fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, we did not receive a proper welcome, and we struggled to carry our own luggage. The rooms lacked basic cleanliness amenities and were infested with insects. Even the cleaning hallways, which are not cleaned regularly every day, lacked basic hygiene. Furthermore, I found that the room designated for my wife and I was unreasonably small, accommodating only two square meters. Even the bathroom was cramped and unclean. After my complaint, the management transferred us to a larger room, but this did not improve the situation significantly as the overall standard of the room remained unchanged. Additionally, I am greatly disappointed and hurt by the airport application's handling of my complaint. They did not offer any assistance or intervention, merely sending an email to the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not expect the term "hotel" to become merely a label for providing accommodation and rooms. I have neglected to mention the breakfast offered at the hotel, which was lacking in variety and poor in quality. In summary, I was compelled to move to another hotel at my own expense due to the lack of comfort and satisfaction in your establishment. They provided water for us every day and upgraded us to a higher room. The breakfast was good and fresh. The location of the hotel is a little difficult to get to as it is in between 2 lanes and can be missed. The room in question was a little off. The room could have been cleaned better as we found an old sock under the bed, and the flush was not working well. We had to fill the water to flush manually.

It is very nice hotel ,close to everything reasonable walking distance for Cevahir mall, Osmanbry metro station ,Nisantasi aerea, everything was good as we expected, kind reception peoples, gave us bigger rooms , good breakfast, worth for money, Nothing to say

The table got burns from cigarettes. The fridge does not work properly. Breakfast is a bit pure. Not international channels in English language on TV

- Svetlana (9/5): Beautiful Istanbul - Excellent location, on a quiet street near Osmanbey metro station. There are many markets, pharmacies, and eateries nearby. The room is spacious, has a French balcony, comfortable mattresses, good shower. The room was clean, they cleaned it every day. I definitely recommend! only Turkish TV channels, For 7 days our bed linen wasn't changed unfortunately

İyi Olan Detaylar: *Klima anahtardan bağımsız çalışıyor. Sıcak İstanbul günlerinde soğuk odaya gelmek iyi geliyor. *Her zaman Sıcak Su var. *Vasat ile iyi arasında bir kahvaltı var. *Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. *Otel lokasyon olarak harika bir yerde toplu taşım, restoranlar, cafeler, marketler çok yakınınızda. bir çok yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Kötü Olan Detaylar: *Çok ciddi Temizlik eksikliği var. Balkon daki masa sandalyeyi ben sildim ve üzerinde 1 yıllık kir vardı. Havlular eksik bırakılıyor ve çok temiz görünmüyordu. *Tek kişilik yatağın baş kısmından demir çubuk çıkmış şekilde duruyordu. Kızım farketmese yüzüne gözüne girebilirdi. *Banyo da duş kapısı tekeri kırıktı örtülmüyordu. genel olarak tuvalet, lavabo, duş çok eskimişdi. *Yataklardaki çarşaflar yatağı tam kapatmıyor, yatağın yan tarafdaki kirli kısmına yatıp kalkarken vücudunuz temas ediyordu. *Kahvaltı salonu -1. katta ve klima vs yok. iyi ve kötü detayları ile konaklamak için bir daha tercih etmezdim.

- Phong (8/5): Staff need to be more friendly talk to us ie How are you, do you enjoy Stay atc - We got 3 people and stay in a family room, king size bed with single bed, with a sofa foldable to double bed, got kitchen and washing machine but no where to dry clothes Breakfast is vegetarian even sausage is vegetarian, coffee machine is terrible no where near good taste. The room certain can't fully close , luckily I got my sleep mask with me
