The only downside is that it’s quite small compared to the pictures, I was expecting more space. But in front of airbnb there is a lot of restaurant, Beautiful street I loved the area. The location is perfect. If you’re looking for a safe area in Rome with everything close by, it’s ideal. Buses, the metro, and even the train station are all nearby, which was the best part of this place. Unfortunately, you could hear everything the neighbors were doing, which was the main thing I didn’t like. The room was also pretty small.

L’établissement a annulé notre réservation le jour de notre réservation à 15h, alors que nous venions d’atterrir à Rome. Nous avons ensuite essayé de les appeler mais nous n’avons eu aucune explication. Je déconseille fortement si vous voulez commencer vos vacances avec un énorme coup de stress. Je précise, le séjour était réservé depuis plusieurs semaines.

It is situated in a prime area, right in the middle of several major points of interest. The location’s setting, the cleanliness of the space, and the host’s responsiveness. There were a few misunderstandings related to the internet wifi connection, but they were resolved immediately. The bed was slightly narrow. The room took a while to warm up, but I traveled in mid February.

Wonderful room, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. Tea/coffee making and fridge in room. Altogether a gem of a place to stay, all important attractions walkable. The smell in the bathroom late in the afternoon and overnight was rank and very unpleasant. I suspect it's a municipal issue not the property but looking back on reviews, it's been going on for months. If everything else hadn't been so lovely, we would have asked for a refund and left.

• Emily (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay for two nights - Staff very attentive and helpful with check in. The location is great and in an ideal location for many attractions in Rome. Train station is walkable for you can use the metro to shorten the walk. We didn’t personally have an issue with the noise which I had noticed some people mention in reviews prior to our stay. There were earplugs available but we didn’t need them. We didn’t have breakfast as we had other places we wanted to try but breakfast is included at a nearby cafe. There was a strange smell coming from the shower and no ventilation in the bathroom.

• Jeanine (10/5): Een heerlijk verblijf op een toplocatie. - Ons verblijf bij Luxury Novana was echt een aanrader. De locatie is fantastisch: op loopafstand van veel belangrijke bezienswaardigheden, waardoor je de stad heel gemakkelijk kunt verkennen. Dat maakte ons verblijf extra ontspannen en plezierig. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip. Het enige kleine aandachtspunt was dat we even moesten zoeken naar de locatie waar we het ontbijt konden nuttigen (een gevulde croissant met koffie). De eerste ochtend was de locatie gesloten. maar verder heeft dit ons verblijf niet negatief beïnvloed.

Notify us beforehand that Leonardo room was another flight of stairs along with the flight to get to the property. Ligne de bus à moins de 5 min pour les autres destinations avec tabaccheria en face pour acheter les titres de transport! Chambre très propre, confortable avec tout le nécessaire! Un grand escalier à monter pour arriver au bâtiment qui pourrait ne pas être pratique pour certaines personnes (en cas de plusieurs bagages lourds par exemple).

Erg vriendelijk personeel en de kamer was heel schoon. De bedden lagen prima en de badkamer met ruime douche was heerlijk. Eigenlijk was er alles wat je nodig hebt. Het typische Italiaanse ontbijt was even wennen maar erg lekker en werd geserveerd in een leuk barretje op een romantische pleintje. De kamer was wat klein maar wel te doen. Soms wat gehorig door de andere gasten maar prima geslapen.

Der Raum war viel zu klein,nur zum Schlafen reicht es sicher, aber wir hatten uns mehr erwartet.Frühstück ( wenn man es so nennen will) gab es nebenan in der Straße , einen Kaffee und ein cornetto zwischen der Straßenkundschaft .Wir haben verzichtet ! Es gab keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wärmen und das im Januar, es gab zwar eine Klimaanlage, diese heizte aber nicht! Das Schlimmste aber war das versprochene WLAN, das ungesichert und somit nicht existent war! Normaler Empfang im Zimmer auch nicht möglich. Das ist auf einer Reise mehr als ungünstig! Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend für den Preis. Das nächste mal kann ich für das Geld lieber ins Hotel!
• Irma (9/5): - La mia permanenza presso la struttura è stata molto gradevole. Ho alloggiato in una stanza comoda e dotata di tutti i comfort. Nonostante la struttura sia sprovvista di reception, contattare e interloquire con lo staff, molto affabile e gentile, è stato piuttosto agevole e tempestiva è stata l'assistenza ricevuta per la risoluzione di un piccolo problema occorso con la stanza. La posizione del b&b è comodissima, essendo esso sito a pochi passi da Piazza Navona e a pochi minuti di cammino dal Pantheon. Inoltre, Dalla Via di San Simone ci si immette nella suggestiva e servitissima Via dei Coronari, da cui è possibile, tra le altre cose, ammirare il caratteristico vicolo di San Trifone, il più stretto vicolo di Roma. Dalla struttura si raggiungono comodamente anche Castel Sant'Angelo e Città del Vaticano. La colazione, che consta di un caffè o cappuccino + cornetto, viene offerta presso un Cafè posto nelle immediate vicinanze del b&b. La stanza che mi ha ospitata è sprovvista di bidet.
• stefano (9/5): Una bella struttura in centro a Roma a pochi passi da piazza Navona - La struttura è a pochi metri da piazza Navona e permette di raggiungere a piedi le principale attrazioni del centro di Roma. Nei dintorni della struttura sono disponibili trattorie e ristoranti comodi da raggiungere. da segnalare che per accedere alla struttura si deve salire una scala. Per noi non è stato un problema. Andrebbe evidenziato meglio.

• mirko (7/5): Sehr freundliche Betreuung - Die Unterkunft selbst bietet gar kein Frühstück an. Das Frühstück bestand aus einer Tasse Kaffee und einem Croissant in einer befreundeten Bar circa 100 m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel! Es handelt sich um Zimmer in einem Haus ohne Hotel Service. Die Anreise ist sehr beschwerlich, da sich die Unterkunft nur über steile Treppe erreichen lässt und die Unterkunft in mitten einer Fußgängerzone liegt. Es gibt keine Rezeption und kein Hotel Service.
• Adrian (10/5): Super zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Unterkunft - Super Frühstück in einem Café , tolle Lage und sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig und ein schöner Kontrast zu allem drum herum. Von Kolosseum über das Pantheon und den Vatikan sowie jede mögliche Basilika in Rom, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

• Elena (8/5): - Struttura nei pressi di Piazza Navona, in una via del centro veramente ben fornita e raggiungibile a piedi. Abbiamo sofferto la lontananza dalla fermata della metro (la più vicina a Piazza di spagna). Purtroppo abbiamo avuto difficoltà con il condizionatore che emetteva aria fredda, nel complesso siamo state bene. Stanza poco illuminata, super gradita la bottiglia d'acqua minerale e la possibilità di farci il caffè. Bar convenzionato per la colazione a due passi dalla camera, con staff molto gentile e disponibile.
• Lodovico (4/5): - Faceva freddo. Per riscaldare c’era lo split dell’aria condizionata ma era insufficiente. Una sola coperta non bastava, sarebbe stata necessaria una coperta di soccorso ma non c’era. Ho dovuto rimediare usando il cappotto come coperta supplementare. Raggiungibile con molti gradini, adatto solo per persone giovani che non hanno bisogno di ascensore. Non lo riprenderei.

• Melanie (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war toll! Vor allem die Lage! Viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Bis auf die u.g. Sachen wirklich super, würde ich wieder nutzen. Teilweise war es etwas kalt im Zimmer, weil die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Das Frühstück konnten wir leider nicht testen, da das Café/Restaurant um 08:00 Uhr noch geschlossen war, und wir nicht warten wollten. Zumal niemand da war, den man hätte fragen können.
• Rosa (10/5): ALOJAMIENTO CENTRICO, ELEGANTE Y MUY BIEN EQUIPADO - Ha sido un excelente hospedaje. La ubicación del apartamento es ideal, está muy céntrico. Tiene una estación de metro y otra de taxis al final de la calle, con lo que la comunicación es perfecta. Todo el procedimiento de check in y check out lo hacen muy fácil. Por otra parte, las habitaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras. A destacar la limpieza y dotación de toallas e instrumentos de aseo. Además se puede tomar un desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación en una cafeteria muy cerca del apartamento, donde el trato recibido es excepcional. Muy, muy recomendable. Nosotros, desde luego, volveremos a alojarnos aqui. Me gustó todo. No es accesible para personas con dificultades de movilidad.

• Rocio (9/5): Estancia excepcional en Roma - El alojamiento es estupendo. Muy limpio y acogedor. Ubicación excelente, a 10 - 15 minutos andando de los monumentos principales. Así mismo, se encuentra en una zona segura y tranquila. El personal muy amable y atento. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos tapones para evitar ruidos, secador de pelo, paraguas para la lluvia, café para desayunar y unas botellas de agua. Disponen de wifi y aire acondicionado/bomba de calor en las habitaciones. El contacto con ellos es rápido y efectivo, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. Muy resolutivos. Disponen de servicio de consigna tanto en la llegada como para la salida, así como de late check out. Todo maravilloso. Quizá, añadir una mampara en el baño evitaría que se saliera el agua al ducharse. Pero, en general, todo fue estupendo.
