Manque de sécurité (voisins qui laissent leur porte ouverte en leur absence ce qui rend le lieu assez inquiétant en arrivant quand il n'y a pas d'accueil). Présence de poissons d'argent dans la salle de bains et la cuisine. Canapé-lit inconfortable.

- Nigel (7/5): Decent value and location - There was a convenient reception desk and staff on hand throughout the day. Checking in and out was very simple. The location is good, just a short distance from the metro and walkable to some attractions, such as the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya and Montjuic. The neighbourhood is nice, clean, and well-maintained. The apartments themselves are relatively spacious, modern and well-equipped. The price is good, relative to more traditional hotels, and provides an alternative to vacation rentals, which are difficult to get in Barcelona right now. There is limited service once you are checked in - you can only get new towels once every 3-4 days and while there is a reception desk, they don't really provide much by way of services. The soundproofing between units is not great - we received a noise complaint from the neighbouring unit because we were using a hair dryer at night. There is a good deal of traffic noise if your room fronts onto the Grand Via, so you may wish to consider asking for a room that faces a different direction - that said, on an upper floor, it was not so bad that it kept us awake at night. The lift is a bit old fashioned and rickety, not to mention very small and quite noisy.

The concierge team kept calling us to keep our voices low even though we did not make much noise and once when they called we were having our dinner. It was a bit annoying but not a deal breaker.

- ben barak (9/5): אני עוד אחזור - דירות חמודות ומקסימות. היתה הרגשה של בית ישר ברגע שנכנסנו. מיקום מעולה ליד הרכבת ודקות ספורות מפלאזה קטלוניה. הגענו מאוחר, עשינו צ׳ק אין עצמי במכונה הלך חלק ומעולה. לקחנו דירה עם מרפסת וחדר שינה אחד לזוג + 2 ילדים. המיטה בחדר היתה נוחה וגדולה. היה ארון גדול, מטבח נוח ומאובזר עם כל מה שצריך, מזגן טוב, אינטרנט ומכונת כביסה. המיטת ספה היתה לא נוחה - הילדים הסתדרו אבל למבוגרים ממש לא מומלץ. לא ניקו את החדר ולא החליפו מגבות. היינו 6 לילות. בדף שלהם כתוב שמנקים רק לאחר 7 ימים (אנחנו יום אחד פחות) המעלית קטנה מידי ולוקח לה הרבה זמן להגיע. המחיר לא זול. אבל ביחס למקומות אחרים שבדקתי הוא סביר.

- Nataliya (9/5): great place to stay in Barcelona - Everything was perfect, location with next to metro station and with a lot of restaurant nearby, room was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. so I would recommend it for sure. And I hope to have opporunity to stay there again. there is also locker to keep luggage if needed. The elevator is a catastrophe. We had to use the stairs most of the time, but if you have luggage or a baby carriage, be prepared to wait 15–20 minutes just to go downstairs. I think something really needs to be done about this. The elevator is also very small — it fits a maximum of two people with 2–3 suitcases. Keep this in mind when booking this apartment. Maybe it’s not such a problem later in the day, but in the morning it was a real disaster. Also, the electrical outlets next to the bed were connected to the light switch, so they turned off when the light was turned off. It will be also good to have mirror in the main room or corridor

Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le nécessaire était à disposition (drap, serviette, machine à café et dosettes à discrétion). Nous recommanderons votre établissement à tous les gens que nous connaissons. Les messages étaient fluides, et pour terminer, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Sara avec qui nous avons fait le check-out. Nous avons tout aimé, nous n'avons jamais été autant satisfait ! - omar osama (5/5): - Virginia was an outstanding staff member — she was very kind, helpful, and made a genuine effort to assist us whenever needed. Her attitude was truly appreciated. My stay was a bit disappointing overall. The elevators are very old and extremely small, which made going up and down uncomfortable. The room cleaning rules were very strange and inconvenient since they are using 3rd party company. , During my entire 12-night stay, the apartment was never cleaned by housekeeping because the cleaning time they offered did not suit us. As a result, we had to clean the apartment ourselves, which was not acceptable at all, especially since this was supposed to be a vacation. In addition, the view from the balcony on the back side was not nice and did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience did not feel relaxing or worth it for a holiday stay.
