Le petit déjeuner est très complet et de qualité (fruits et pain frais) Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune machine expresso à disposition (ni au buffet ni dans les chambres) Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées nous avons eu des voisins qui hurlaient la nuit 2 soirs de suite...

Tsaregorodtsev (1/5): Very disappointing experience - Nice hotel design, good location, clean rooms We are extremely disappointed with the hotel’s administration. One day prior to arrival, we submitted a formal request to shorten our stay from six nights to five — a change that was clearly permitted under the booking conditions. The hotel refused, falsely claiming that Booking rules do not allow such modifications. Upon arrival, the same refusal was repeated. No effort was made by the staff to resolve the issue or demonstrate even basic customer-oriented service. There was no compensation, no courtesy, and no gesture of goodwill of any kind. Such indifference and misleading communication are completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. This is the first time we have encountered service at such a low level and the first time we have felt compelled to leave a review like this. It is particularly disappointing that our experience in Buenos Aires was significantly undermined by this situation.

Jedes der Zimmer ist einer Attraktion Argentiniens gewidmet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Als Tango-Aficionados übernachteten wir im Tanguera-Room zur Ehre von Carlos Gardel. Leckeres kleines Frühstück. Schöner Salon mit Weinbar. Kleine Terrasse. Sehr ruhig. Mir fällt nichts ein.

It would be nice to have a different entry to hotel then ringing buzzer to have staff open door. Made it less convenient to come in and out, though we understood it may be for security reasons. Also breakfast was pretty basic. Could have had more warm options.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the colorful and lively Palermo neighborhood. It's surrounded by vibrant street art, trendy boutiques, and some of the city's best restaurants and cafés, making it ideal for exploring on foot. The hotel itself has a beautiful historic charm, blending classic Argentine character with thoughtful, modern touches. Each room is uniquely themed and tastefully decorated, adding a boutique feel that makes your stay feel extra special. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with local recommendations or travel tips. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience. One of the highlights was the daily breakfast—a generous spread of local pastries, fresh fruit, and fresh-squeezed orange juice, all served in a cozy, relaxed setting. Debajo del hotel hay un local (boliche, dicho en español americano) que tiene la música a todo volumen con un RUIDO insoportable toda la noche haciendo imposible dormir Lo malo es que en el hotel lo saben perfectamente pero no tienen ningún escrúpulo para alojar a los clientes en esas habitaciones y mucho menos para advertirles del problema del RUIDO. Los empleados del hotel se limitan a poner cara de disimulo (o ni eso) y poco más. La sensación con el servicio fue muy desagradable. Si vas a alojarte en este hotel asegúrate antes de que NO te den una habitación al exterior o de que alguna denuncia de los vecinos haya cerrado o clausurado ese infame boliche de una vez. Eso o lleva tapones para los oídos. Por cierto, tampoco los facilitan en el hotel. Debes llevarlos tú …

Nick (10/5): - Great location, lots of shopping and eating options close by. Blue Dollar money exchange across the street is very useful. Breakfast is good, they should offer some eggs though. Pleasant staff and very cool common space with a house cat.
Alex (6/5): very beautiful hotel but limited facilities and the breakfast really needs to be improved - location was good lots of bars and restaurants very near can walk to park in 20 mins you need to take ubers though to go to any of the main sites in BA staff lovely and helpful and they offer you a welcome glass of malbec which was delicious the lounge area is beautiful and very tranquil the rooms are large and again beautifully decorated The hotel felt very safe the front door is locked and there is someone on the reception 24 hours a day breakfast was not of sufficient quality for a luxury hotel there was very limited choice and what there was wasn't very nice they have very limited kitchen facilities although they will make a very basic omelet ( wont add anything into it apart from eggs and they will do scrambled egg also, there isn't enough proper seating and if the hotel is busy you may have to sit at very low tables which are hard to eat at there is no gym or spa and very limited area to sit outside
Bijal (8/5): Quaint and quirky but with a few hints of "Fawlty Towers" in a good way - Quaint hotel with nice interiors. Every room is differently decorated. Good location in Palomar. A very temperamental elevator. The reception staff is friendly. Terrible welcome...we had to lug our suitcases into the hotel whilst a member of staff opened the door. He finally picked up the smallest and lightest bag to help us. The worst breakfast you could have...no hot breakfast on offer, no napkin to hold a loaf which you can then cut with a knife...anyone's unhygenic hands could be wrapped around the loaf...eugh! Skinny croissants, placing cheese and meat in the dish with one pair of tongs. Its quite upsetting to a vegetarian. You may think its not a big deal...to a vegetarian it is highly sensitive issue. For the price we paid, they should atleast provide free bottled water for the guests in the rooms. The cleaning lady never took away dirty glasses unless you physically handed them to her! (Please train your staff better.)
