We had like 5 minutes to get our breakfast because it was shut down at 9:30 and everything was removed. What we did managed to get before it was whisked away was good. Room was clean and well equipped. Blinds are a little thin and morning light is bright. Close to airport and handy. Photo on elevator door showing food in bistro don’t match as to what’s on menu. Same menu for all day . Had lunch there, burger was good but for dinner we popped out to another hotel further down the street which offered much more. Pool is large and very clean. Free airport shuttle got a flat tire but fellow driving quickly arranged for another bus to come and take us. Staff very accommodating and very friendly. In an industrial type area so no shopping near by. Definitely would stay again. The bistro menu. Breakfast being whisked away so quick when still several people in room.

Not many options on walking distance. - Had an unexpected long layover and needed to stay some where for 16 hours. 1st time in such hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Shuttle bus to airport runs every 30 min from 7 to 23 pm. Airplanes are flying over the hotel and rhe boise can be heard in the room.
• SEAN (10/5): GREAT STAY AT A GREAT HOTEL!! - The hotel seemed unassuming from the outside, but it was a really great hotel. It had a bar. & served breakfast plus offered room service, which was an added bonus. I was blown away by the rom. It was difficult to navigate there & initially I drove past it, but that's Miami in all honesty.

• Paradise526600 (10/5): Great staff and Waffles - This trip staying at the Element hotel made me feel at home, starting with free hot breakfast that has a waffle maker that you make yourself that really hits the spot with some butter and syrup, there’s eggs, toast, yogurt, juices too much to mention, I was looking forward every morning for breakfast, friendly faces especially this one lady Ileana always greeted the guest with a smile and always said good morning, she was a breath of fresh air, the hotel is very clean and everyone is helpful, they also have free happy hour with toast, olives and a cheese platter, yummy 😋, they have a pool, restaurant, mine snack store and coined laundry, the room are like studio apartments, plus this location is by the airport which offer free shuttle service, Alfredo the shuttle driver helped with my luggage right to the airport door, I’m definitely coming back!

• EnglishTeach30 (4/5): Stay Away If You Have a Car - The hotel itself was fine. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible. The real problem is the parking situation, and it completely ruined the experience. This property uses a third party company called Metropolis Parking, and the system is a disaster. I was triple charged because of an error in the app you are forced to use to pay for parking. What should have been about $50 ended up costing me more than $150. That is not a minor inconvenience. That is outrageous. Trying to deal with Metropolis was just as bad. Their response was basically, too bad, no refunds. So guests are left stuck paying for the company’s broken system with no real support. And to make it worse, you do not really have a choice because they physically lock you into the lot. When I brought this to the hotel staff, the initial response was indifference. I was told to go deal with the parking company myself. One employee did at least make an effort to help, and I appreciate that, but the manager on duty clearly did not care. Completely indifferent and took no responsibility at all. I was told the hotel would credit me back for the parking while I fought with Metropolis, but that credit never actually worked. So in the end, I was overcharged, stuck dealing with a useless parking company, and left with no meaningful help from the hotel. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company because that seems to be the only way to get any kind of resolution. It is completely irresponsible for a hotel to partner with a company like this, trap guests in the lot, and then wash its hands of the problem when that company overcharges people. If you have a car, DO NOT stay at Element in Miami. The room may be fine, but the parking setup is a complete mess and can cost you far more than it should.
• Lovett100no (10/5): Relax at Element - We used day use to book Element by Westin from 10am to 6pm before a long evening flight. Absolutely perfect for our needs. Luvvly room, enjoyed sun loungers & swimming pool . Totally relaxing day before our flight from Miami airport. Rounded off by Emilio the happiest, informative driver of the free shuttle service which was fantastic.

Habiamos solicitado una habitación para 5 personas, y si bien una de las camas era un sofa/cama, la misma estaba mal diseñada/distribuida con su mobiliario. con el sofa abierto, no se podia ir al baño. hubo que correr el sofa todas las noches. Tampoco hacian las camas todos los dias y hubo que reclamar la vajilla y toallones esten completos para 5 personas.

Le manager devrait les inviter à discuter dans une pièce dédiée afin de respecter la clientèle. Ca dégrade un peu l'image de l'hotel, qui d'autre part fait assez "classieux". Moquettes nid à crasse partout. Petit déjeuner avec pas mal de variété, mais globalement moyen. Parking payant. NOTA IMPORTANT : Rentrés depuis 3 semaines en France je reçois une amende de 95,20 USD (65.20 d'amende + 30 de frais) pour avoir stationné dans l'enceinte de l'hotel pendant 33 mn ( heures spécifiées sur l'amende) le temps de : descendre les bagages, check in à la réception bondée, et monter les bagages dans la chambre !!! Cette amende provient d'une entreprise privée de gestion du parking de l'hotel avec caméras, et ensuite débitée automatiquement par le loueur de voiture. Le parking est payant, je le savais... Mais tout de même, ne pas avoir le temps de déposer ses bagages je n'avais jamais vu ça, c'est hallucinant. Il faudrait laisser la voiture sur la rue (archi bondée) et marcher avec ses bagages jusque l'hotel (sous la pluie à ce moment). Incroyable !!! SI VOUS ETES EN VOITURE, FUYEZ CET HOTEL ...

• AnnMayTravelling (2/5): Desperate state of hotel is absolutely terrible - This hotel is in desperate need of repairs and renovation. The pictures even on the Marriott website have nothing to do with the reality of the rooms and general facilities. The hotel itself gets 0 points, the staff is the only reason why the 1 point here on TripAdvisor is still ok. They tried their best to be friendly and helpful but even after 3 room changes the hotel was a terrible experience for the price they’re asking for. To list some topics for your all’s information in case you consider booking this hotel: 2 of 3 rooms viewed were smelly (damp smell), all metal appliances were rusted and looked disgusting, there was obvious dirt all over the couches and table in 2 rooms (indicating no thorough cleaning happened after the previous guests left), 1 room had a window that barely closed (only with some significant force applied) and all bathrooms were not necessarily clean as well and some sinks cracked/chipped. All in all, I would never ever come back here. In addition, the parking is close to 30 USD per night as well and needs to be paid through some online account/app.

I heard every plane that the hotel is in its path. and that's a few planes a minute. wouldn't stay here again because of that. the shuttle was hard to get to go to hotel, easy to get to airport.

• Doreen (9/5): Overall my stay was very relaxing and quiet, enjoyed the breakfast and very impressed with housekeep - Staff was exceptional accommodative, room service clean the rooms every day, breakfast every morning and free shuttle to the airport, the shuttle drive was so pleasant and helpful, clean well kept swimming pool and a gym with lots of equipments, would definitely recommend this hotel Terrible experience with couple who stayed next to my room, I was severely terrified from their behavior, fighting and banging my door asking if I was at their door, had to call maintenance, they were swearing slamming the doors and yelling in the hall way Also there is a not very pleasant scent when you just walked into the room, I think it’s coming from the vent, also the dishwasher was broken.

Die Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß vom Flughafen ist prinzipiell gegeben (an der Greyhound-Station die Flughafen-Anlage verlassen), wurde allerdings durch vollflächige Bauarbeiten auf dem Fußweg deutlich erschwert.

• betty (9/5): - Staff, clean, comfortable, breakfast, Pretty good choices, room a little tight in bed area, kitchen area very nice. Room on the airport side a little noisy. Elevator area need spills clean , room a little small at bed area.

• KHALED (7/5): - Room is equipped with almost all kitchen stuff, full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils. Bathroom is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, very good for families Staff don’t speak English except the receptionist. Parking is not free on site, expect to pay for parking but not to find a spot (major holidays) Bring your own changes 25 cents and washing soap for washing machine and dryers (4$/use)
