- Valeria (10/5): Impeccable service in 1920-s themed intimate-feel hotel - Beautiful 1920-s themed property tucked away in a quieter street. Rooftop pool is small but very refreshing on a scorching day, secret garden with live music at the very top of the building opens up to magical views. The service is impeccable, breakfast buffet lush and truly varied, bed linens soft and silky. Members of the staff are incredibly professional and friendly and service is impeccable. The little running map on the desk, the detailed instruction card on where to find what in the hotel skyscraper and the magical welcome drink are small cherries on top that dot the entire stay. AC in the room can be Arctic to those sensitive to it - we set ours to +27C and still it felt a bit fresh outside the blanket at night, but that’s just a testament to a good system that has to keep things cool in a scorcher of a city like Bangkok, so if you’re not a lover of hot and humid Asia like we are you might be happy with its ultra efficiency. Was missing hand soap by the sinks in the bathroom - seems it’s part of the plan, otherwise shower amenities are fragrant and plentiful and stack of towels is tall.

Staying here felt like stepping back into the Roaring Twenties—a time when Gatsby-style fashion and jazz were at their peak. The vintage aesthetic is beautifully executed throughout the property. Service & Hospitality The hospitality here is top-notch. Being part of a reputable hotel chain, the staff lived up to every expectation. Their service was professional, consistent, and perfectly aligned with the high standards you’d expect from this brand. Room Quality The room was well-appointed with a full range of amenities. Most importantly, the sleep quality was superb; the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a truly restful night. Dining & Drinks Breakfast: A must-try! I particularly loved the Green Curry—the flavors were authentic and delicious. Happy Hour (19th Floor): Don’t miss the fresh garden salads. They pair perfectly with the selection of drinks on offer. Rooftop Bar: The atmosphere at the top floor bar is fantastic. The drinks are well-presented and definitely worth the price for the vibe and view.

The room was cleaned constantly and always smelled and felt nice. All the staff were friendly with smiles and polite greetings. The music was nice and brought out the antique atmosphere very well. The food was delitful and gave a safe and secure way to try some Thai food without worrying about getting sick or having to eat something that didn't suit my tast. It was also better then some of the food around. This is definitely a place I would consider returning to in the future.

Beautiful pool area( but they need more care for simply servis). Nice room. The price-to-quality ratio is very poor. The pool is beautiful but us pity if they don’t care more! Pool area often had piles of towels and didn’t feel very clean. If you want to order anything, you have to go to the restaurant yourself and still get charged a service fee. We moved to a nearby hotel for a third of the price, and it was really better.

Детали (где-то неровно висит картина, у бассейна на спасательных кругах следы жизнедеятельности птиц, листва в бассейне, ручки на дверцах, которые откручивались буквально в руках (немножко "уставший" номерной фонд). Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to assist.the warm greetings and friendly farewells every time we passed by made us feel very welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The room itself was lovely - excellent blackout curtains. Staff were all super helpful and kind, they helped us arrange transport to the airport when we checked out as well. It was really fun a little different than every other 5 star hotel Not much i would stay there again!

Couldn’t take it out of shower because it was attached to wall. I also wanted small washcloths but there were only hand towels.

Have spent a lot of money on the hotel including food/drink etc. When we had a scheduling conflict with one of our trains inbound we wanted to move our check in date up with one day. prevent us having to pay without staying. The hotel wasn't very helpful and kept referring to the terms. I would have hoped that we were met with a bit more service after all the bookings we've made. Also the hotel and pool could us a little upkeep. Other than this we love the place!

Die Zimmer sind weiterhin sehr schön und sauber, und das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und professionell. Besonders Antonio hat uns beim Check-out sehr herzlich und professionell verabschiedet. Unklar war für uns jedoch die Situation bei der Buchung: Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Personen und eines für drei Personen gebucht und den Aufpreis für die dritte Person bereits im Voraus über Booking bezahlt. Vor Ort sollte ein weiterer recht hoher Betrag nochmals berechnet werden. Wir hoffen daher, dass die im Voraus gezahlte Zusatzgebühr von Booking entsprechend erstattet wird. Auch das Frühstück hat uns im Vergleich zu unserem Aufenthalt vor zwei Jahren weniger überzeugt: Der Preis ist deutlich gestiegen, während Qualität und Auswahl aus unserer Sicht etwas nachgelassen haben.

- 18manishv (8/5): Very well located excellently maintained and tastefully done hotel that can do lots to improve its food selection - excellent location, great decor; every aspect of the hotel is tastefully done and complete privacy is maintained; reception staff can be more friendly and recognise the loyalty level and act accordingly instead of stretching the conversation before accepting the request. Only negative aspect is the food quality that was below par. No good selection for vegetarians either in the breakfast or lounge bhours. Simply adding a hot oatmeal to the breakfast can go a long way in helping a vegetarian palate. Room service food was not great in taste.

Hotels in Bangkok are expensive, and this was good value for money. Apart from the rooftop bar which was a bit pricey. The staff dressed as people from the 1920s era wears thin very quickly - some of them look very uncomfortable in those clothes. There was a mix-up over returning my security deposit which was a bit annoying. .

Cozy rooftop bar and pool, as well as a great location in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

- Ekman (10/5): The best hotel stay we’ve ever had – outstanding service and atmosphere - We stayed three nights at Hotel Muse Bangkok, and it was quite simply the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The hotel has a boutique 1920s prohibition-era theme that is beautifully executed. It’s not bright and flashy, but rather calm, moody, and atmospheric — and it absolutely works. The design feels authentic and thoughtful without being over the top. The entire property, including the rooms, is in excellent condition and very well maintained. The location is very central and easy to access, yet the hotel feels like a quiet retreat from the city’s intensity. The size is perfect — large enough to offer great facilities, yet small enough to feel personal. The rooftop bar is fantastic and well worth a visit. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. At check-in, my partner realized she had lost her passport after our domestic flight. As you can imagine, this was extremely stressful. The hotel staff went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. They contacted airlines and airports, coordinated communication, handled follow-ups, and continuously updated us. All of this was done proactively and with genuine care. When the airline finally confirmed that the passport had been found, the hotel staff immediately helped us organize everything so we could retrieve it as quickly as possible. Throughout the entire situation, they remained calm, supportive, and reassuring — always with a smile and llight humor to help ease the stress. They truly supported my partner when she was close to breaking down. This level of service is rare. We are deeply grateful and cannot recommend Hotel Muse highly enough.

Antonio and Four were so lovely to us. Every time we came back to the hotel, they would get us the passion fruit sparkling drink that we loved after we tried it when we checked in and they offered it to us. All of the other staff were lovely and helpful as well. The pool was so relaxing, the dinner at the speakeasy rooftop bar was delicious with a wonderful view, and truly we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. In addition, the hotel is in a great neighborhood with many walkable spots. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is centrally located that gave us easy access to many of the tourist attractions and shopping. The staff welcomed us with warm and friendly smiles and genuine care assisting us with finding our way around, arranging and recommending safe and easy options around the city especially being new in Bangkok. We were able to experience great dining with entertainment and gym amenities at the hotel. We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday during our stay and the concierge Four and Garfield as well as housekeeping staff arranged a sweet surprise birthday bedroom decoration set up, making it very special to us. Thank you Four and the extended staff for your amazing attentiveness and care during our stay.

- Antoinette (5/5): Te duur voor wat je krijgt - Aardig personeel dat enorm behulpzaam is. Het bed was zeer comfortabel. Iedere dag werd je kamer goed opgeruimd. De kamer was ontzettend stoffig en er kon geen raam open. Dat het zo stoffig was, maakte het verblijf in de kamer onprettig. Het stonk er naar riolering. De ventilator maakte enorme herrie, alhoewel die wel de kamer temperatuur goed omlaag kreeg. Het brandalarm hing pal boven het bed en de lampjes knipperden constant en waren zeer fel. Op het eerste gezicht ziet alles er mooi uit. Maar is eigenlijk veel met butsen en is aan vervanging/reparatie toe. Je kreeg maar 1 handdoek per keer. Ook door het hele roaring twenties thema krijgt het hotel een soort Disneyland gevoel, moet je van houden. Ontbijt niet geprobeerd.
