Personal hat umsichtig reagiert. Informationen am Empfang waren knapp, Check in Unterlagen nur in englisch. Trotzdem war das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei, Übernachtungskosten und auch die Parkgebühren im Parkhaus fanden wir etwas überzogen.

The rooms were clean and we were able to reserve a parking spot. They have a limited amount of ev chargers in the parking and even though we had booked a space with an ev charger we couldn’t use it because it was occupied by another vehicle.

- markwY8179ZM (8/5): Berlin short break - We had a 3-night short break at the hotel Pestana and found it met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good with a wide choice. It’s located a little way out from the centre but there are good transport links with the No.200 bus just outside and the Zoo Sbhan station a 10-15mins walk away. There are cafes and bars nearby and the Tiergarten park, which is great to walk through to get to the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate etc; approx 30-40mins.

Lage an einer Viel befahrenen Straße.....Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer spürbar Luft nach oben. Mit allen Punkten konnten wir leben,aber unser Zimmer war sehr abgewont.das schlimmste war der Boden. Kleiderschrank konnte nur mit Krafteinsatz geschlossen und geöffnet werden. die matratzen unzumutbar!!!! Für **** eine Jugendherberge hat zum Teil bessere matratzen Jalousie nicht funktionsfähig( mit Kabelbinder zusammen gebunden Gardinen mit Löcher Dusche in der Badewanne ohne Rutschschutz sehr qefährlich

Nach Reklamation wurde Portwein als Kompensation aufs Zimmer gebracht Garageneinfahrt sehr eng, zugewiesene Stellplätze wurden teilweise fremdbesetzt; telefonische Auskunft nur in Portugiesisch oder Englisch; Bar dunkel und kühl durch Zugluft; Licht am Make-up Spiegel defekt und wurde nach Reklamation nicht instandgesetzt; Umschaltung der Dusche war nicht gekennzeichnet; Toilettenbürste sehr unappetitlich.

Dies wurde abgelehnt und ich mit gesagt dieser würde mir sofort aufs Zimmer gebracht. Dies ist nicht erfolgt, so dass ich im Badeanzug im Fahrstuhl zum Schwimmbad fahren musste.
- Ni.Bo (8/5): Ein gutes City-Hotel in zentraler Lage am Tiergarten. - Ein gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage am Tiergarten, Nähe der Botschaften. Vom Hbf. mit dem Taxi in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Der Empfang durch die Mitarbeiter ist ausgesprochen freundlich, an der Rezeption geht es schnell und unkompliziert. Mein Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer, nicht direkt zur Hauptstraße, wurde im zweiten Anlauf mit einem Upgrade umgesetzt. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Gutes Frühstück, jedoch in Bezug auf Obst keine zu große Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße und hat einige Zimmer zur Straße. Wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft, kann dies störend sein. Die Zimmer sind recht nüchtern und kühl eingerichtet. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten.

- Elżbieta (9/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i chętnie wrócimy do tego hotelu. - Lokalizacja - obok czystości - jest największym atutem hotelu. Cisza, spokój, przepiękny ogromny park tuż obok, możliwość skorzystania z prywatnego parkingu, bliskość atrakcji które chcieliśmy zwiedzić oraz sklepów i restauracji na Kurfurstdamm i bardzo dobra komunikacja - to wszystko oceniamy z mężem bardzo wysoko. Pokój czysty, duży, łazienka ładna i czysta, szkoda, że prysznic był w wannie, ale nie można mieć wszystkiego. Śniadania w porządku, wnętrza ładnie zaaranżowane. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane nawet bez rzucania na podłogę. Obsługa w sali śniadaniowej oraz personel sprzątający bardzo uprzejmy, uśmiechnięty, pomocny. Czuliśmy się komfortowo. Klimatyzacja i windy są już chyba dość wiekowe - klimatyzacja wyłączała się bez powodu w środku nocy, winda wydawała niepokojące odgłosy. Pani na recepcji stanowczo zażądała od nas z góry zapłaty przy zameldowaniu, nawet zanim wjechaliśmy zaparkować do garażu, co było dość nieprzyjemne, jakby obawiała się, że nie zapłacimy? Nie mamy pieniędzy? Pomimo wcześniejszej weryfikacji karty? Śniadania były mało urozmaicone jak na hotel tej klasy, wybór był niewielki, pod tym względem inny hotel w Berlinie wybrany przez nas w zeszłym roku, podobny cenowo, stał dużo wyżej.

- Balint_ (9/5): Kiváló helyen , jó ár érék arányban, nagyon jó közlekedéssel. - Gyönyörű helyen található a hotel. Közvetlenül az állatkeri park mellett. Hatalmas kényelmes szobák, nagy fürdőszoba. Mélygarázsban parkoló kérhető. Ennek ára 29Euro / éj. Viszont elektromos autónak a töltés ingyenes. A személyzet nagyon kedves. Bármilyen kérésre azonnal történt reakció. A tömegközlekedés innen tökéletes. 3 percre van a 100-as busz. Amivel szinte minden nevezetesség könnyen elérhető. A bár csak később nyitott. De cserébe van egy kis "minibolt" aminek elég gazdag a választéka.
- Kristin (7/5): Lage ok, sonst ziemlich ratlos (da könnte man echt mehr draus machen) - Die Lage ist an sich ziemlich gut mit dem Tiergarten um die Ecke. Auch die Betten sind an sich gut. Es war ziemlich ratlos... Also... Ich hatte zunächst ein recht lautes Zimmer (nach vorn zu großer Straße - und: nein, die Schallisolierung ist nicht besonders gut) und bat daher um eine Alternative. Die bot man mir für den nächsten Tag an (an sich: gut). Die Zimmer sehen auf Bildern ok aus, aber vor Ort war der Boden ziemlich ranziges Laminat, im Bad fanden sich Haare, die Bettwäsche hatte undefinite Flecken, ein Handtuch war eineindeutig nicht weiß sondern mit Makeup... Das 2. Zimmer am nächsten Tag war insgesamt etwas besser und auch ruhiger - aber der Prozess, dahinzukommen ziemlich verpeilt - man hatte mit angeboten, mein Gepäck umzuziehen - und es stattdessen im alten Zimmer gelassen. Als ich an Tag2 wieder ankam wußte erstmal keiner, wo es war...

- Selwri (9/5): Top Hotel in sehr guter Lage - Das Hotel liegt in sehr guter, ruhiger Lage. Direkt neben dem Tiergarten und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Kurfürstendamm. Zum Flughafen dauert es mit Bus und Bahn ca. 45min. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Hotel ist super ausgestattet. Den Preis für das Frühstück finde ich etwas übertrieben mit 23,--.
- ash7leigh (8/5): Nice hotel - Recently stayed at the Pestana Tiergarten hotel in Berlin. The hotel is modern and overall very nice. We stayed in the premium balcony view room and it was worth it. The view was incredible and having our own balcony meant we could enjoy the view even more. The room was spacious and for the most part comfortable. The bed was pretty hard and not comfortable to sleep in however this may suit others. The room looked clean at first glance however I doubt it has had a deep clean in a while. Parts of the room were dusty and the floor definitely hadn't been cleaned properly. Breakfast was lovely, a great selection and it was refilled regularly throughout the morning. Even going down to breakfast late you still had a decent choice. Staff at the hotel couldn't be any nicer, always polite and friendly. Overall happy with my stay here and would come back.

- Michael (7/5): Nice hotel - The breakfast was amazing, the location itself as well as the variety. Lots of sunlight, high quality snacks, friendly staff, I enjoyed it. The furniture of the room was nice. The hotel also offers a nice pool and sauna in the basement, a bit small but enough to get awake by swimming a couple of lanes. It was incredible loud in my room, facing the street, I requested another one but they were not especially supportive here. I really liked the pool but one should clean the windows more than once all 2 months. I asked the a hotel for an offer for a group stay in July.. it totally screwed up, organizational as well as demanding like a 30% higher price than I got when booking the same on the web.

- Nicole (9/5): - Fijne kamer en badkamer. Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Ook het zwembad, sauna en stoombad zijn heerlijk om even te ontspannen. De bedden lagen niet lekker, ik kan niet zeggen waarom niet, maar we hadden beide last van de rug.

The breakfast was lovely but my only complaint was their were no toasters. Hotel bar nice and the barman was lovely and polite. Hotel in a good location and within easy access to the main attractions.reception staff were nice and friendly

- Ernavh (7/5): Verblijf van 4 dagen - Onze kamer lag niet aan de straatkant. Wij haddden tijdens ons verblijf geen huishouding maar alleen schone handdoeken gevraagd. De kamer was ruim met 2 stoelen. Koffie en waterkoker tot je bechikking. Koelkast, garderobekast en safe netjes weggewerkt. Heerlijke douche (jammer van het bad waar je in moet klimmen) De bedden waren veel te zacht (maar dat is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk). Wij hadden een kamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een inloopdouche maar in de kamer stonden 2 aparte bedden en een bad. De kosten van parkeren zijn € 29,00 p/d terwijl er eigen terein is. Zelfs betalen op zondag terwijl het dan overal in Berlijn gratis is. De kosten van het ontbijt € 46,00. Waar gaat het nog over.

- 595sonias (6/5): Pestana Berlin Tiergarten - We stayed at this hotel after my husband booked it as a treat for my birthday. On first impressions the hotel was extremely nice, friendly staff on reception. We arrived late in the evening, so managed to get a drink from the bar before we went up to our room. The barman was very friendly and there was a good choice of alcohol and coffees. We went to our room and initial thoughts were, it’s clean, spacious and looked great. We were very tired so decided to turn in. Well this was where the issue lies. The mattress is the WORST I’ve ever slept on. It is the hardest mattress ever… practically like sleeping on a hard floor. We managed a few fitful hours of sleep, waking with aches and pains. After 4 nights on this I couldn’t wait to get home to get a decent nights sleep without waking up in pain. The shower looked great, until we tried to use the rainfall part. We were totally unable to get this to work no matter how many times we tried. We settled for the smaller shower but who doesn’t love a nice rainfall shower. I have to wet my hair every day, but the hairdryer located in the bathroom, was hideous. Once again this is one of the worst hairdryers I have ever used in a hotel room. Basically there is NO power behind it, it does get warm but you literally had to have the hairdryer against your hair to have any impact. This is not good for your hair. I know hotels have a bad reputation for hairdryers but honestly you need to take your own if you want/need to use one in this hotel. Breakfast was ok, typically continental, the only thing missing was de-caffeinated tea. I am unable to drink caffeine so thankfully I had taken my own. All items were freshly cooked. We didn’t manage to use the swimming pool so can’t comment on it. Would we stay here again, probably not unless they upgrade their mattresses and hairdressers 😊

- Shamsiyya (9/5): Great stay - Great hotel, especially location (100m from Tiergarten, Berlin Zoo, Berlin Bikini), you may just walk to the center 15min, very easy to reach from airport also. There is bus station in front of the hotel. And very comfortable and clean beds. The staff are very friendly. Bottle Water was put only once for first day to the room free also tea and coffee . Even a small water will be better if they put every day.

- Valerie (6/5): - Lage des Hotels Die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Ausblick auf eine naheliegende Hauswand (das wäre verkraftbar), aber auf dem Flachdach über dem Zimmer steht offenbar eine Klimaanlage, die nachts brummt und wummert. Das Zimmer ist in dieser Kategorie so m.E. nicht vermietbar.
