Guest Reviews
- js (4/5): Unmanned property - its an unmanned property. this should have been specified on your website. no emergency help. difficult to order taxi, etc. AC in the room needs servicing as error showed in 5 min of working. Cupboard broken and held with Tape. Every time you open it threatens to fall out.
- Sandip (10/5): - Nice
- Jonathon (4/5): - Staff texted to arrange access to property. Property has no onsite staff. They require you to send them a photo of passport to check in which was odd. But explained by lack of on site staff. Only one small rolling toilet paper. Not all outlets worked.
Close enough to terminal and walking distance to major sights.
- Henan (10/5): - Very nice location easy to walk everywhere
- williamkI1857CP (2/5): Nightmare in Rome - In my 20 years of overseas travel experience, there has never been a place that ruined my trip like this. The employee spoke to me harshly, almost threateningly, and even treated me like a mentally ill person, behaving in a way that was difficult to understand. I tried notifying the owner, perhaps his manager, about the employee's behavior, but he ignored it without apologizing. When I call, they rarely answer, and when they do, they are quite rude. Their English skills are so poor that conversation is difficult. Thanks to you, my dream holiday in Rome became a nightmare in Rome. If you want to completely ruin your trip, choose this place.
- Sho (2/5): - Way overpriced for this facility. The staff is only available during the day. When we first arrived there at night, there was no one to open the entrance or to the room. When I called them, they asked me to text a picture of my passport or an ID to confirm so that they could send me the code to enter the inn (there was no other way to enter the place at night). Unlike the description, there was no breakfast or any other amenities. The room was bare: just a cheap bed and a light stand. The cleaning person came every two days or so (this lady was nice). They also asked me to pay some additional fees at the end of the stay via some unknown website (a tourism tax?). When I asked for an explanation for this fee, they didn't reply. The location was convenient but I won't recommend this place.
- Judy (6/5): - Room nice. Cleaning staff helpful. Check in handled exclusively by WhatsApp which we were not aware of. No reception staff on site. If not for the cleaning staffs help, we would have not been able to get our room
- Armando (4/5): - Even for just sleeping and the price it is not worth it. The property is very limited and hard to find. I didnt see any staff working and my room and key were arranged on the Whats app and when i got there my room key along with 2 others were waiting for me on the desk with no reception
- Christina (8/5): Central to attraction - Easy self check in , no one on reception.
Girl that was cleaning rooms on Thursday 18th May was lovely very helpful.
Central to bus a metro a within walking distance of a lot of attractions .
Rooms were clean but very basic was kettle in room but no tea or coffee supplies
- nanatee2014 (6/5): Great location average room. - We checked into the hotel last week and can offer some observations to help you decide whether to stay here or not.
PROS: * Within walking distance of Termini station, Piazza della Repubblicca, metro stations, plenty of restaurants, and a little supermarket very close by.
*When we contacted the manager re. Issues with the room or wirh questions about taxis etc. he was very helpful and rectified most problems very quickly.
*The housekeeper was friendly and cleaned the room well in addition to providing clean towels daily.
*The Wi-Fi worked well so we were always connected.
*There is an elevator so you don't have to carry your heavy suitcases up 3 flights.
* The shower was satisfactory. There was lots of hot water and good pressure.
CONS* The A/C didn't work until a few days before we left.
*With the window open, you get lots of noise and some awful smells that come wafting up.
*There was a constant leak from the bidet which meant having towels on the floor to soak up the puddles. This made the bathroom smell. Problem was never fixed although Fabio said he"d called someone.
* There was no vanity in the bathroom so nowhere to put you toiletries.
* The front desk isn't usually manned so it's a problem when you want to get advice or another room key right away although Fabio did a good job remotely.
So I would say my assessment of my stay was 50/50. The price was right for this location so that"s why we chose this hotel.
I commend Fabio and his cleaning staff for doing their best when we had a problem or special request.
It's definitely not the Ritz but if you want a clean, basic hotel room within walking distance of the sights, this is a pretty good bet.
- 680elisabettar (2/5): A very bad experience - A 3-day stai at Target Inn: very good position, the accomodation : Nice room, bathroom needs refurbishing.
But it was incredibly annoying and regrettable what happened the departure day: we asked if we could leave bags till 7 P.m. , we were told we could at the reception ( not present 24 h )and I was stolen a bag with some shopping…
I called Mr. Fabio ( the Manager ) who promised to check even if he never apologised and showed no regret for the inconvenience.
Two days after he told me he had found the bag and would send me ( “ when we have time we will send you…” he said
I have never received It, I called him again and again asking for my bag, he was always using rude and impolite tones
I think a hotel Manager in Rome can’t behave like that
A place I cannot recommend: you can find many other hotel in the city
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Enkelt men prisvärt i centrala Rom.
- 588ahmadh (2/5): Not even the basic needs - I’m hotelier myself and I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, I’ve never experienced a hotel that you need to beg for cleaning service, they say it’s upon request, however, it took me three to four days to arrange the service till I ran out of towels and toilet papers, there’s no one to assist as they come only when there’s a check in, and they don’t reply any messages.
Strongly not recommend.
- Roberto (8/5): Cómodo, excelente servicio y buena ubicación - Ubicación perfecta cerca de estación de metro, de buses y de supermercado y restaurantes. Habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias. Servicio inigualable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel ok quite disappointing but the amazing staff - First review I am leaving to be honest but the staff was absolutely exceptional and went way over the expectations. Both the guy and the girl was super helpful even if the WiFi did not manage to work and it was not their fault. The hotel itself is not great, old building and nothing special, the WiFi didn’t work and I needed badly to be able to work on it. The staff really tried to help but nothing could be done.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - In a very good location. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The woman at the reception desk was very hospitable. She did an amazing job with helping is throughout our stay with directions to places or anything else we needed to know about rome. She was a very nice person and made our stay at target inn better.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely stay there again .
- Silvina (10/5): Great value for money - Clean, comfortable and well located
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good spot - Looked for a spot in the city that was reasonable. Target Inn was perfect for what we needed a bed a shower and close to things.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very good location to everything. Good conditions for this money, nice staff.
Thank you!
- Love2Comment (2/5): Great location absolutely NO Frills - Let’s start with the positive the location is safe just a 10 minute walk to the HopOnHopOff stop and 15 minutes from the airport bus stop next to Termini Station. There’s a wide choice of restaurants with lunch specials located on every corner. Just one block away is the Departure of Defense you’ll see uniformed soldiers frequently. The building is easily over 100 years old which seems to be restored not remodeled. The extremely high ceilings and parquet wooden floors are impressive but that’s where it stops. Furnishings and drapes very dated. No breakfast, there are only 7 units and 1 desk person none after 8p. Wish I could be more positive about the Inn but.....
- 51julian (8/5): A real treasure! - Delightful, clean, quiet accommodations; and convenient to the train station, 4 blocks away.
Friendly staff, tiny rod-iron elevator! Close to bodegas, bistros and tour buses..even though there only one night, it fit our needs!
- Andrew (8/5): - Location to the train station was great. Also close to “hop on hop off bus” location if that’s something you like to do. Walkable to most sites if you like to get out and walk a little.
- Kwok Wai (4/5): -
- Rosemarie (8/5): Good value for the money - We needed a place to stay the night before a very early flight and the Target In totally fit the bill. While the bathroom had some mold around the tub, this is almost to be expected in these old pensione type hotels. the room was spacious for 4 adults and the location could not be beat (about a block from the Piazza Della Repubblica). I would definitely stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - the sign was a little hard to find, other than that, everything was awesome.
the hosts were so friendly, they helped me out getting to my destinations everyday - gave me recommendations and were just extremely pleasant.
- Verified traveler (6/5): -
- Nadiawe (6/5): - The room was big, enough beds and it was functional. Has a good TV and closets. The staff were very nice people. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty. Acoustics were terrible, couldn’t sleep much because we were able to hear everything from outside and the internet wasn’t strong enough to get to our bedroom.
- Anonymous (4/5): - - PROS
Location
-CONS
It was advised my key and a welcome note would be left at the desk as i requested a late check in but they dodnt do it, had to look for my key, also they said if we rang the buildng the door would open but we waited for a few minutes until luckily other guests from the hotel were coming out and let us in (which is also not safe)
This is not a hotel, its just a few rooms located in a floor on a bulding
Quite expensive for hotel/room quality
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The welcome from staff, service and location was great.
- Muktar Ahmed (2/5): Mr mumu - Derty hotelnot good
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was very good location subway was thair bus but restrant rip you off
- Sercan (8/5): Good location, good breakfast. - My wife and baby stayed 4 days. It was good experience. The room is ok. Air condition is good. There is a fridge and hair dryer in the room. But the shower is too narrow. If you are over 90kg, think about again)) breakfast was good enough. It is too close all the attractions. By walking, it takes 6-7 minutes to get Rome Termini. We suggest you to stay there.
- JEAN-PAUL (10/5): - Très bon séjour, Hotel bien situè .
Rapport qualité prix vraiment intéressant
rien à redire
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything perfect: Service :-) Personal really friendly!
- Ossamu (6/5): Shower faucet broken. - The shower faucet was broken and we stayed two nights having to do magic to turn the water on/off. I didn't let this ruin my trip and had to have a good sense of humor to not let my wife get upset. :) i
I did inform the receptionist, but no feedback. Btw, this week was around 34°C, just saying that because having a good shower was a big deal.
Other than that, the location is good, as well as the breakfast and cleanness.
- Alexandra (4/5): Not good - No power for one night and no hot water for my 3 night stay!! Wish I listened to the reviews when booking!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Near to centre , good for short stay... staff clean the room everyday.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very basic hotel. Broken window lock, broken TV, clogged shower drain are some of the issues with the room. Room was not clean (dirt under the bed]. The only great thing about this hotel is it's location.
- Adam (10/5): Centrally Located European Hotel - Very roomy, nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to Termini station and the subway making ideal for sightseers like us.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient Hotel near Termini - Target Inn Rome was a convenient hotel from the Termini station—about 10 mins top walk with carry-on luggage. Breakfast was served in room right on time. Staff was helpful, although someone accidentally opened our door and then closed it...not sure who. Water also didn’t stay hot. However, it did its job and we spent through the night.
- hlyzengin (8/5): location - the hotels location is perfect, its near to everywhere in the city center. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms are big enough and bed was clean. the breakfast was a standard italian breakfast we can prefer it again.
- Glenn (8/5): - It was a little difficult to find as it was down a side street and up three flights. The rooms were spacious by European standards and the staff were very helpful.
- fortheloveofTuscany (10/5): Great location - Great location- clean- friendly- super comfortable room- breakfast brought to the room - very spacious - I would recommend when in Rome- one block to the metro- one metro station from the train station
- weebaldy79 (4/5): No hot water!!! - We spent 4 nights at this hotel and 1st impressions were resonable. This changed when each evening between 6pm and 8pm we had no hot water to shower with. Having approached reception to advise of the situation I was forced to ask to speak to the manager/owner when problem persisted. I was advised they would be at the premises within 20mins but only night porter arrived who offered no solution. I was then told the owner would meet me the following morning but again no one turned up. Staff were friendly enough but didn't appear to appreciate that showering with cold water was not acceptable. We were forced to plan returning to the hotel before 6pm in order to wash with warm water which isn't good enough.
We only received breakfast on our 1st morning with no explanation offered as to why it was provided on any other day.
Shower head covered in mould and why provide tea making facilities if tea bags etc aren't replenished> Kettle also has limescale inside it. No offer to change towels.
This hotel has the oppourtunity to be a great place to stay in Rome but much work is required to up the standards. Wouldn't recommend.
- Margaret (10/5): - Excellent location to train station. Room was very quiet and clean
- Verified traveler (4/5): No hot water - This hotel has a great location but sadly this is where the good points end.
Each night during 6pm and 8pm our room (304) had no water. Having approached reception about the problem I was forced to ask to speak to the manager/owner when the problem.persisted. This appears to have fallen on deaf ears as the manager/owner never appeared (even after being told they would be at the hotel at 9am one morning). We understood that this hotel was not a luxury option but having hot water when you need it for me is a basic requirement. The lack of urgency to deal with the matter on the staffs part was disappointing.
Breakfast - received this on our 1st morning and then never again with no explanation as to why.
Tea making facilities in room but tea bags/milk never replenished. Keetle had limescale in it. Shower head has mould on it. No offer to replace towels.
Overall disappointing experience.
- RonG. (8/5): - It was centrally located for what we wanted to see and do, loved the subway. A/C was not working for two day but we managed. We would definitely book there again.
- Abdul (10/5): Nice room great location - Stayed at Target Inn Rome, nice decoration clean room. Close to local attractions and landmarks.
Some points to consider. The venue is inside a building located on the 3rd Floor there is 1 lift in the premises. There is no official kitchen area to go and have breakfast instead it is delivered to your room at a specified time starting from 7:30 am. The breakfast is standard Italian continental breakfast such as crossaints, biscuits, yoghurt and a choice of hot beverage. Overall happy with location and room
- Funk (10/5): Lovely quaint hotel near the Centre - Lovely quaint hotel near the Centre. Excellent base for exploring Rome.
Nice, spacious room.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay very comfortable for us.
Breakfast brought to the room each morning was a very nice touch.
Definitely recommended.
- mo71flori (10/5): Small and family friendly hotel - We were there 2 nights.. very good location.. 5 minutes walk from termini, close to metro station. the breakfast is nice, we got everything what we need to start the day in Rome.. clean, very friendly staff, great price! If I come back to Rome, definitely go back to stay there..
- Danni (10/5): Fantastic hotel - I loved everything about the Target Inn. Staff were so friendly and helpful that you felt like a member of the family being hosted by the perfect family. The room was spacious and cool. The hotel arranged a wonderful babysitter so that we could attend the Beyonce and Jay Z concert. Location was fantastic.
- sydney_h0liday_girl (6/5): Great Location - This is the second time we have stayed here and after loving our stay last time were really disappointed in the change at the hotel.
Although all the rooms were the same, they are looking extremely tired and grubby and dare I say dirty.
We had a leaky sink from pipes that look rusted, a shower where the water wouldn't run away, had to stop the shower 2 or 3 times to stop the base from overflowing and then restart it once the water had ran away. TV wouldn't work, no irons (though the staff did go to the hotel next door and borrow one for me).
The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us, were quick to respond to any requests but that doesn't make up for the disappointment in the presentation of the hotel.
It is in a great location that is close to the train station and within walking distance of so many of Romes main attractions, but there are many other hotels in the same area and even in the same building which offer competition.
Unfortunately we won't be back.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room is good, but problem with hot water. in the evening and in the morning only cold water.
- Ivy (6/5): - For our surprise was in the 3rd floor of a building (like a hostel) so no help with baggage's, an antique elevator, breakfast was not included (5 EURO per person but no facilities for breakfast), location in a residential street but everything was workable. The employees were very nice, AC worked perfectly, room/bathroom cleaned everyday.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Convenient location, short walk to Termini (nor worth taking train to Repubblica). Room is spacious and clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The access is great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Out of all 5 hotels that we stayed in Italy, this was the best hotel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Dirty. Seriously dirty. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere nicer.
- Marthinus (8/5): 2 Days in Rome - Well-located hotel with easy walks to sites like Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and even the Colosseum. Very close to a metro stop. Please note there is only someone at reception 08:00 - 24:00. We arrived early and there was no one. Even when we left we couldn’t finish checkout procedures. The hotel is adequate but not great. No dining area for breakfast.
- Bilen Oytun (6/5): Nice staff. Not very clean - Staff is super nice location is excellent.breakfast is good enough. The smell in the room and the sheets was a bit funky. Recommended if you don't plan to spend any time in the room and use it for just sleeping
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - The hotel is very well located within less than a 15 minute walk to several of the major attractions in the heart of Rome. It's also very quiet for being only one block from Nazional. Finding the hotel is very tricky as it's only a few rooms on the third floor of a multi use building, but once you find it, you will appreciate the quiet environment.
- Mike (8/5): Rugby in Rome - Good clean hotel. A little bit different because there is no dining room but no problem just order what you want and they bring it to you room at the time you ask, recommend the international breakfast. just one stop on the metro from Rome termini and then less than 100 yards from The Republic metro station down quiet side street, so spot on for location
- SY (8/5): Nice location - Nice location, Metro and bus stops are just around the corner. Most sightseeing points are within walking distance. Plenty of eating places near by too.
Compact and comfy inn, with a lovely old-fashioned lift in service. The first room we had did not have a good Wi-fi reception. Luckily the staff was friendly enough to move us. The large double bed could be pulled apart into two single beds, which was what we wanted in the first place. The room has a good sized toilet/shower room. It has a safe, fridge, and even a kettle which is rare in most Italian hotels.
Overall, we had a nice stay and happy to recommend Target Inn.
- Patricia (8/5): - Everything was amazing apart from the big noises which you could hear at night from the restaurant downstairs and also in the morning when people were talking really loud in the lobby. Apart from that everything was amazing. What we liked most was breakfast in bed and also it was close to every tourist attraction . I recommend this hotel.
- Whitney (10/5): Excellent! - The hotel was exactly what we were hoping for. We only wished it weren’t rainy and we would have gotten in the beautiful rooftop pool.
- Bearyloo25 (10/5): Heart of Rome - This is a lovely inn off the beaten path of the bussle that is central Rome. The staff is so friendly, kind and welcoming. They accommodated our needs throughout our 5 night stay. Breakfast was a delight each morning! We didn't need to eat again until well into our tour filled days. The area was safe enough to walk at night and the inn itself has a lift to get up the flights with all that luggage. Our room was cleaned perfectly each day. We never worried Simone was tampering with our thongs because the staff was so honest and treated us like guests in their home. We were so please to return to our clean, large room each night.
- Kathy (6/5): Over priced & wouldn’t go back a 2nd time. - When I picked this hotel I was impressed with what I saw advertised expecting much more than what I came across when I arrived. What disappointed me was this hotel run by a family but was actually within another.
hotel. They had about 6 rooms, the lobby was small, amenities & services negligible. You gave your order for breakfast the night before from a very limited selection of items, yoghurt, pastry & cold meat, chees, beverage. They would serve it to your room on a tray next morning. The hotel location was not easy to find because it doesn’t look like a hotel but more like a converted apartment though it was in a good area.
- vane (10/5): Nice location - The rooms are clean ,and they have good customer serivice. I would recommend this place.
- Charlv98 (10/5): Lovely room, lovely staff, lovely location - I stayed here for the first three nights of my European tour, and it is a lovely hotel to stay at. Nice, sleek and modern room that is always welcoming after a long day of walking around. Breakfast is served in the room.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful in terms of restaurants and attractions.
The hotel is located around the corner from the Republica metro station, which is exactly in the middle between the Vatican and colosseum.
- Ebony (8/5): Great location - Close to the landmarks you'd typically visit whilst in Rome. Clean, comfortable and great value
- clara (6/5): - I found out that one of the employees accidentally drop our breakfast and broke the plate, we heard the noice and we did not know that was ours until I personally found couple pieces of the broken plate in my cheese and ham that I was eaten!! Terrible .... they should toss all ... I could got sick over that !
- 937FredW (8/5): 5-day stay - Good base to explore the city. Close to Repubblica underground station. In some sort of condo building with rickety elevator. Twice the hot water boiler did not have enough capacity. Spacious room (303), clean, air conditioning. TV didn’t work, but was of no concern to us so we didn’t follow up on this.
- Tperru (8/5): Thanks for a nice stay - This hotel is an easy walk from the Termini train station. The room was clean and comfortable. We heard a little street noise the first night but for the most part it was reasonably quiet. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. For 5 euros per person you can have a very nice breakfast delivered right to your room. It includes pastries, meat, cheese, juice, and coffee or tea. I would certainly stay here again.
- isabella682 (2/5): Pegaram minha jaqueta de couro no armário do quarto - I forgot my leather jacket black in the bedroom closet. How still it was early for flight time (it was 11am morning), we left our bags at reception and we went out for a walk. Upon returning to the hotel around 13:00 in the afternoon I asked to go to the bedroom to get the jacket that
forgotten, but it was no longer there. The receptionist said that the only person who entered the room after we left was the maid who had cleaned the room.
I had left the jacket hanging in the closet because I would take her in the hand on the flight. The receptionist said he did not know what to do and when I sent an email to the hotel the owner did not answer me. I was informed that the camera does not capture the images. There is no security in the hotel and I do not have anyone to help me!
- Han (10/5): Nice hotel close to Metro and of the major attract - Great and helpful staffs. Walk to Metro station and Train station.
- WiGuy3 (6/5): Value hotel with good access to major sites - Good location for visiting. Off main avenue but very close to public transport and tourist spots.
Room had a few mechanical issues; broken hinge on toilet seat, AC on high only and shower drain back up. We told staff about issues but not fixed till our departure. While not huge issues would have been nice to have them addressed.
Breakfast included.
- Brian (10/5): Nice place - Only a couple of minutes from the main train/bus/taxi station which was great. We were able to walk everywhere in the city we wanted within about 30/40 minutes at most. The hotel itself was really nice and the staff were great. Honestly liked pretty much everything about our stay here.
- Verified traveler (10/5): tidy hotel well located
- we were dealing with retrieval of luggage lost by airline and desk staff pitched in to help with recovery. Tidy and spacious room for 3 guests. Thumbs up.
- Greg (6/5): Quick stay in busy Roma - Just a simple hotel in a bldg with 3 other hotels on different floors.
- Lynda (10/5): Nice hotel close to everything. - This was our first time travelling to Italy. We really liked our stay at the hotel. It is very small and there are many hotel within the same building which sound strange but it is common. Both hotesses were terrific and helpfull. This hotel is in walking distance to all the great sites. There are affordable restaurants all around. We recommand this hotel for its location the staff and it is very clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent hotel and staff in Rome - Very good value for the price. The staff was amazing, very kind and always showed a good predisposition to answer our questions and give us recommendations. Good location at the centre histórico of Rome; walking distance to Rome main attractions.
- joseph (10/5): - Friendly staff and helpful with site seeing tips. Good info on metro stops.
- Kristen (8/5): Clean, Comfortable Hotel near Termini - Pros: STAFF - Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff (the only reason they didn't get 5 out of 5 is because they missed our breakfast one day). This is one of the only locations that actually answered they phone when I called them and they reached out to me via email before we even arrived. We were able to check in early as well. LOCATION - 5 minute walk from main metro station and very, very close to several great food and gelato spots. BREAKFAST - the staff brings breakfast to your room every morning at your requested time. ROOM - our room was attended to daily and was always clean and had no bad smells. We had a safe and our bed was thankfully very comfortable. The bathroom was small but always clean.
Cons: NOISE - (it wasn't a deal breaker for us but might be an issue for others) There is quite a bit of street noise at this location. There was ongoing construction just outside our window that we heard every morning. Rome must also collect their garbage at night bc we were woken up in the middle of each night by the sound of what seemed like hundreds of wine bottles being dumped into a large pile. It was deafening. BREAKFAST OPTIONS - They really weren't any. We had beverage options but the food was the same every day (bread, jam, nutella, biscuits, prosciutto and sweet rolls).
- Donn (8/5): Convenient and clean - Great little hotel in city of Rome. Loved the location for exploring. Shopping, dining and train terminals close by so very convenient. Front desk clerks were very friendly. The shower on the room was a bit small. Although air had been off they turned it back on since temperatures higher than normal. Another hotel we stayed at would not go that. So we appreciated that they did this for us. Would definitely stay here again!
- Wivi (6/5): Clean Bed and Breakfast in central Rome - The room was clean, the staff were very nice. THe window was broken, therfore lot of nise coming in from outside and also you can easly hear the reception desk talk or answering the phone, not easy to have a good night sleep
- Lois (8/5): - We just spent one night here and it was comfortable. We left at 7:30, prior to breakfast being served and the staff provided us with breakfast the night before. When trying to leave, we realized we were locked in the office area...it took some stressful minutes and a stranger s help to get us out, there was the potential for disaster if there had been a fire. Please make sure all clients know how to get put when the desk isn't staffed
- J. Evangelista (10/5): Great location...Great Staff - Staff are warm and informative. Cute hotel on 3rd floor of the building. Would return again. Location is in walking distance of many sites.
- AK (8/5): OK hotel in Rome - Booked this hotel based on reviews. Was an average hotel, with helpful staff. This is a set of apartments in a building. The area looks a bit shady after 9pm, though we did not experience any issues.
- Candice (10/5): Wonderful stay - We stayed at this small hotel and it was a nice experience. It is off the busy street so it is more quite than the rest of the city. It is near enough the train terminal to not have to take a cab. They upgraded us to a larger room without charge and left us to our own devices when we asked not to be bothered. The walk to sites is to be expected when you stay in Rome, there really is no central location. They provided us with wonderful directions and information about how to reach the various sites we wished to see.
