Есть лифт, кровать достаточно удобная, хоть заснуть мы на ней долго не могли, ниже объясню почему. Не получалось выключить кондиционер, но это мы слишком мягко нажимали. После звонка на ресепшен, нам быстро помогли, НО шум и движение воздуха не исчезли. В комнате стоит принудительная вентиляция в ванне и в комнате, из-за этого мы долго не могли заснуть. В душе дует так, что когда моешься, будто стоишь на ветру. При этом плесень есть все равно. Как измеряют комнату- не понятно, наш номер в другом отеле 16 метров, не меньше этого, хотят здесь 22 или 25 метров.

THE PLACE WHERE IS THE BREAKFAST SUPPOSE TO BE THE ALL DAY SITTING AREA BUT THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL TIME. SATURDAY BEFORE LEAVING FOR THE AIRPORT AT 3.00 PM THERE WAS NOBODY SO WE COULD ASK FOR A COFFEE OR EVEN WATER.

• Stefano (9/5): - Hotel che frequento abbastanza spesso per lavoro. ubicazione eccellente (Via del babuino), pulizia, colazione in terrazza all'ultimo piano con vista sui tetti. un plus gli accessori in camera: a prescindere dalla tipologia di camera, sempre acqua e dolcini di benvenuto, macchinetta del caffè e teiera. E ferro da stiro con asse (spesso introvabili anche in strutture di più alto livello ma quasi essenziali per chi è in viaggio) la colazione è molto "international", ma d'altronde capisco vista la location
• Kateřina (6/5): Too expensive for the value - The location was great and in a walking distance to major historical sites. Also if you like luxury shopping, it’s on your doorstep. I booked the hotel for three adults and called the hotel prior to make sure there were three proper beds. I was assured it was suitable for 4 adults so three would be no problem. The third bed was very uncomfortable sofa bed. After raising the issue with the reception, an extra foldable - even more uncomfortable- bed was provided. The receptionist was rude and reassuring me “the never had this issue before.”

La porta che dava sul terrazzo non si poteva chiudere a chiave, e questo non mi ha fatto sentire molto sicura. Inoltre, c'era un po' di polvere sul pavimento e alcuni dettagli del bagnonerano poco curati (doccia che perdeva, profilo della doccia rotto)

• Delphine (10/5): - The room was really really nice, the bed very comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was impressive and always fresh. The staff was exceptional: very nice and friendly, always ready to help and very responsive to any request. The location is also very good, not to close to the crowded historic center, but close enough to walk.. I highly recommend this hotel.

• Joëlle (8/5): Beau séjour au centre de Rome - Emplacement très central de l'hôtel, accueil attentif au petit déjeuner. Très belle salle de petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse. Un problème de chauffage qui a toutefois été très bien pris en charge. On aurait apprécié des attentions dans la chambre pour le Nouvel An : lors de nos autres séjours, une bouteille de vin était offerte. La temperature matinale de la salle de petit déjeuner était trop froide.
• Cha (8/5): Enjoyable small hotel in a great location with great staff. - Room was small but comfortable. Surprisingly quiet considering it is on a major shopping street in a high traffic tourist area. Location is great. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of pastries, fruit and charcuterie. The hot items could have been better prepared. All the hotel staff were well presented and very helpful. The Chromecast streaming service was not working and there was no other method available to access streaming TV. The service was not repaired during our 3 night stay, which is not what I would expect from a luxury hotel.

• jean-luc (10/5): Sejour Parfait à l'hôtel BABUINO-181 - Notre séjour à l’hôtel Babuino 181 a largement dépassé nos attentes. L’accueil est remarquable : chaleureux, souriant et très professionnel. La chambre est parfaite, décorée avec goût et offrant un grand confort. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, servi dans un cadre très accueillant par une équipe attentionnée et professionnelle. Enfin, la situation géographique de l’établissement est idéale pour découvrir la ville. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Néant.....👍

• Hila Yahalom (10/5): תענוג של מלון - מלון מ-ד-ה-י-ם! לקחנו סוויטה קלאסית. החדר ענק, מעוצב בטוב טעם, נוח, עם חדר ארונות מאחור, אמבטיה שעשתה חשק להכנס אליה ומקלחת מרווחת. נקי, מיקום מושלם בלב רומא, ממש ליד המדרגות הספרדיות. ארוחת בוקר טעימה. הצוות היה נחמד ושמח לעזור בהזמנות למסעדות והמלצות. נרצה לחזור בהחלט.

• Vinita (5/5): Stay was OK. I booked thinking that it was a luxury hotel, but it was not a luxury hotel. - Location was great! Near Piazza Del Poppolo. Breakfast was good. Rooftop breakfast area was awesome! Staff was also awesome! Some of the front desk staff were also good. Room was a basic one. Should not be classified as a luxury hotel. Bed was OK. Bathroom flush had an issue. Toiletries were OK.
• MARIA-ANGELIKI (10/5): Ήταν όλα υπέροχα - Το κατάλυμα είχε κομψά δωμάτια, εξοπλισμένα με ό,τι θα μπορούσατε να χρειαστείτε απο σίδερο, σιδερώστρα, σεσουάρ μέχρι στοματικό διάλυμα και άλατα για το μπάνιο. Το πρωινό ποιοτικό και αυθεντικό. Κάθε φορά που βγαίναμε έξω βρίσκαμε το δωμάτιό μας τακτοποιημένο και καθαρό με καινουρια μπισκοτάκια σε ένα κουτάκι πάνω στο μαξιλάρι. Και η τοποθεσία φανταστική με τα πόδια στο πεντάλεπτο από την πιάτσα ποπολο και την πιάτσα σπάνια! Όλο το προσωπικό μέσα στην ευγένεια και το χαμόγελο. ΟΛΑ ( περιποίηση, καθαριότητα, κομψότητα δωματίων, ποιότητα πρωινού, ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΙΑ) Era Perfetto

• Anna (7/5): Great Location, But the Hotel Needs Renovation - The location is absolutely fantastic — right in the very center of the city, just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo. The breakfasts were decent, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. However, the hotel itself is quite old and really needs renovation. I didn’t love the bed, the room was rather dark, and the radiator in the bathroom was leaking. Overall, you can stay here for the sake of the excellent location, but given the price, I would expect the hotel to be updated. Also, be prepared for the fact that staying in the very center means it can get quite noisy at night
