Kristina a été extrêmement rapide et efficace à régler les quelques problèmes rencontrés durant le séjour ( d'où la note de 8 ). Le ménage est à revoir. Taille du logement, ce n'est pas un studio mais une chambre équipée plutôt.

• Kelly (10/5): Amazing stay, great location, highly recommend - Apartment was in a perfect location, right in the heart of old town. Great facilities provided including hair dryer, fridge etc. Apartment was opposite a bar which you could hear with windows opened but didnt bother us at all as couldn't barely hear at night, especially when tired from a busy day. Host was amazing, great communication, gave recommendations on where to go such as sites and restaurants, and went above and beyond to allow us to keep luggage in room beyond check out. Was perfect for what we wanted and just made out stay great. Nothing

• Matheus (9/5): Excellent cost benefit stay in Dubrovnik - The apartment was very clean, the small kitchen had all the essentials to prepare breakfast, and the highest asset of the apartment is its location - in the heart of the Old Town and close to everything. Our host, Kristina, was very attentive and supportive.

(1/5): - The noise was extreme untill 2 AM, followed with cleaning noise, it was impossible to get any sleep even with ear plugs so I had to look uregntly for another accomodation which was stressful. The exposure to extreme noise is not diaclosed at all, the management is well aware of this problem and you learn about it when it is night time and too late to look for alternative accomodation. The shower walls still had stains when I arrived. The customer support person was very kind but said nothing can be done. the compensation claim was not peocessed since there is no response from the maganent yet, even after a few days.

It’s not normal street noise. It is ridiculously loud and anxiety inducing. The property didn’t even provide earplugs. This level of noise is something that should be noted in the property description.

Size of room was totally ok with me and my friend as we spent almost all of the time exploring old city. Everything within walking distance. Earplugs were definitely needed as nightlife music from nearby restaurants/bars was loud. We enjoyed our stay a lot and weather was perfect - sun shining every day and temperature every day more than +20 Celsius but not getting too hot!

• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - It was perfect location for sightseeing and had everything we need for a short vacation, as kettle fridge and 2 cooker rings.. It's not a luxurious apartment but it's spotless as crisp white bedding and a powerful shower with plenty of hot water. We didn't find the stairs a problem and we are 2 pensioners. Some have mentioned noise in reviews and you can hear it with window open but once you shut the windows you can't hear anything and the apartment is air conditioned so it's not a problem to shut the windows. Also the bars tended to shut at 12 so we never had a problem sleeping. Would definitely recommend this accommodation for its central location and if we ever come back would hope to stay again.
• Claire (8/5): Central apartments in Old Town - Central location in Dubrovnik's Old Town, close to all attractions and 5 mins walk to Pile Gate. Kristina sent through a list of recommendations (including some great restaurants) which was really helpful. Good airconditioning and comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. There are pictures of a few different apartments on the page and I think we got one of the smaller ones - it was fairly tight. As others have mentioned, it is noisy, particularly when there is a major football match on (drunk revellers coming out of the Irish pubs at 2am). That is however the trade-off for being so central so we did think it was worth it - just bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Showerhead was broken and the shower didn't drain well.

• Rubi (8/5): Good but could have been better - Location was inside of the old city of Dubrovnik so you save on bus trips and long walks from wherever you would be coming from cuz you wake up and go down straight to the city center. From your room, you can watch the tourist walk along the plaza. You can make quick breaks in between your self tour to take a siesta since your room is so accessible. The apartment was above the Irish pub bar which tend to be noisy at night especially on our last night where there was a soccer game of sort so there were screaming and shouting until the middle of night. Also, the bed was super hard. I personally prefer a softer bed but if you like hard bed, then this should not be a problem.

Hot water runs out pretty quickly in shower so need to be efficient. Also can be noisy due to bar just outside but this is not down to the host as its a external issue where bar is inconsiderate with their music noise levels so bring ear plugs

Instructions and access to the apartment was also very easy. I wish the property provided shampoo and maybe earplugs. It gets very noisy, as there is both a pub and a bar just on the other side, so be aware of that.

Not enough hot water, but I guess it can be just me because I take forever in the shower 🙃 It’s in the main street of the old town, can be loud sometimes with the amount of foot falls and some road works, but nothing major.

The nights weren’t pleasant and I didn’t feel relaxed despite being - The mattress is firm, the shower is good, the location but at the same time have an opposite effect as it was very noise in the nights, the room size for one person is ok. The air cond was ok. Kristina was very helpful with tips and her response to messages is fantastic! The location is great, but bcos of that the noise in the nights, was extremely unbearable and loud and I didn’t have a good sleep in 7 nights. And the people shouting at random times in the night.. The deliveries rattling the street, pallets banging the ground was extremely noisy. Unfortunately the most negative aspect of my staying. The cooker is very slow, I couldn’t cook, only tried to do boiled eggs once, but it took 45-50 mins, honestly the electric cooker was too slow. The view from the window is very restricted and it’s a narrow appreciation of the street. I did book the place to be able to cook and I was disappointed of the slow electric cooker. So I didn’t cook at all.

I can feel the springs, after two night my body was sore. Owner is alerted of this. Be advised there is loud music from the Irish bar to the wee hours. I was not bothered but if you want some quiet, just be aware. But Location and view cannot be beat.
• Autumn84 (7/5): Great location and value for money - Location was fantastic. In the middle of old town, with pretty much a step free 5 min walk from the airport bus which was great with a suitcase. Apartment was clean and functional. Air con in the room. Basic kitchen incl a fridge. Good, hot shower. Host Kristina was super communicative and helpful. Really good value for money considering location. Didn't have the best sleep due to the noise from outside and the bed was on the hard side. Would have been great if there was an iron/ironing board in the apartment.

I - I had to book at short notice when I realised I needed to vacate my former accomodation a day earlier than I’d expected. Kristina was so lovely and helpful - especially with organising an early morning driver to the airport. The noise of happy travellers carousing till 2.00 am when I had an early plane to catch 😁 BUT it was such a great location for my purpose - it wasn’t the fault of the property!

E.g. the socket beside the head of the bed is practically useless. You can't insert a charger without the bed blocking the door. • Only one very small rubbish bin
• Katherine (8/5): If you want value, cleanliness and central location, this is the place for you! - The apartment was an excellent value, centrally located, efficient, and clean. The apartment is located just off the main square/walkway from either the Ploce gate or the Pile gate, very convenient to everything in the old city. There is a bakery steps away for your morning espresso and a mini market close by. Ari conditioner kept the room nice and cool. Communication with Kristina was great, she sent me a list of recommendations and arranged for my pick uo from the airport. It is located right across from two very busy pub and when I say right across I mean 3 feet, even with ear plugs and the air conditioner it was a bit difficult to sleep. There was also no coffee/espresso machine which was surprising but not a huge deal.

The studio was just what we needed, with simple accommodation and plenty of utensils for cooking breakfast etc. The shower head was broken and would not stay up. The street is noisy at night with the Irish bar downstairs but it didn't bother us.

• Rachel (8/5): Very good - The location was unreal. I stayed in a small one bed room which was simple and clean. Everything to see in the old town was walking distance which was fantastic and convenient to be able to rest during the day in the air con to escape the summer heat or to have a post-swim shower. The noise - the Irish pub downstairs was open and heaving with people until 2am every night. I had read other reviews so came prepared with noise cancelling headphones which did the trick.
• Jocelyn (8/5): A great studio apartment in historic Dubrovnik with excellent location but bring earplugs - A nice studio apartment (room with a great view of the main old street in Dubrovnik, a small 2 burner cooktop, sink, and dishes. Bathroom, AC, and reasonably comfortable bed although very low to the ground). Quite clean. Location was very central to all of historic Dubrovnik. I felt safe here as a solo female traveler. The description of how to get into the apartment was good as you don't meet the host. You enter in the small street behind the Srandun in front of the Irish pub- also handy for coffee and drinks. The only deficiency is the noise which the host cannot change. The street and bar below are noisy until midnight then the worst are the trucks delivering goods starting at 5 am in the stradun below and street cleaning. This is just the way it is and a trade-off for location. Bring good earplugs!! The room is big enough for a solo traveler but would be very crowded with a couple I think.

The host Kristina was very prompt to help me and give advice about travellinhlg to and from Split & Dubrovnik Airport. I would have liked a kettle to make tea or coffee. Also it is noisy at night being beside pubs. But still very safe.
• Paul (10/5): Dubrovnik Trip - Absolutely everything. The accomodation was excellent, location superb, room had all the requirements we needed and the view 🪟 was amazing. There is nothing bad I can say about this accomodation premises. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. The pics are the view from our bedroom and one from street level. We really had an amazing holiday here and I will definitely be back in the future.

• Claire (8/5): Brilliant location in Dubrovnik Old Town - Fab location overlooking Stradun (a little noisy at night but nothing too crazy), had everything I needed (even a hairdryer). Kristina was the nicest host and so helpful. I arrived quite late but she gave me really good directions and instructions on how to get the keys so it was a really easy experience. Again, a bit noisy at night and early morning but nothing that a sleep playlist or earplugs wouldn’t fix.

I was not given instruction ahead of time and had to call via long distance to be able to contact property manager. To be fair, property manager was very nice. Worst aspect of this property is also the location because it faces an Irish pub that is noisy up to 2am. The room is extremely small. I was told it would be at the first floor but it was in fact a floor higher.

The transfer taxi to the airport was priced fairly and very efficient. Communication with the owners was good. Hot water ran out very quickly, especially if two people want to shower one after the other. There was noise outside at night from revelers leaving the neighboring pub and garbage collectors in the morning.

• Eduardo (10/5): Can not go wrong booking this place. - I had a wonderful stay in this place. Location is great, right by the main street in the old town, could not be any more central. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. The hostess was really helpful and kind. They were able to let me check in a bit earlier, as well as check out a bit later which made my life a lot easier. Staying inside the old town is a terrific experience and this accommodation adds to it. Nothing to dislike about. Everything was perfect.

• Adam (10/5): Incredible location. Couldn't have chosen better. - The studio apartment had everything I needed for a great stay. Biggest perk was the location; before arriving, I had no idea how nice it would be to be right on the main street of Old Town Dubrovnik, and it really made my trip that much easier! Everything was so close - bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops; it's also a 3 minute walk from where most tours start which was so convenient. Would definitely stay there again! Being right on the main street of Stradun was a joy! I loved opening the window and people watching while enjoying a morning coffee. On the other hand, it can become a bit loud on weekend nights. Nothing too loud to sleep through though and generally quieted down by 10 pm.
